Any bets on whether and how long we have before IAFF v2 arises from the latest ashes?

  2. Less than a week.

Yeah, in less than ten billion years the sun will burn out. What do I win? ;-)

  3. As I mentioned before, unless he sells IAFF with a no-compete agreement (and even then...), he also has "iamfacingforclosure.com" (note the missing "e").

He is going to keep IAFF running as long as he can. I doubt he will take it down on August 03. He'll find some reason why it should stay up.

I wanna bet when he first gets thrown in the slammer. I'll take never.

  5. he also has "iamfacingforclosure.com" (note the missing "e").

Also imfacingforeclosure.com and imfacingforclosure.com. And bigjuicydeals.com. And serin.us. And his pal Chris Record owns caseyserin.com, caseyserinstory.com, and thecaseyserinstory.com.

  6. The Dawg owns caseyserin.info having paid a whopping $2.47 at godaddy. To tell the truth I first typed in iamfacingforclosure (no 'e') the first time and thought it a briliant move to have the alternate spelling covered. Now, I'd just like flippy to read here (he does) and realize he owes me an apology as everything I've ever said and done would have been in his best interests at the time they were suggested.

Not nice to wave shiney things at the animals/dumb asses.

That is as bad as the new Ditech ads that are so annoying only and idiot or desperate person would call in.

For Shame, for shame, for shame!

  11. As stated over on CH.c, Aaron Knowles seems like kinda the anti-Casey -- serious minded, relatively well-read, it is not 'all about him', etc.

    Odd.

  14. Re-read that carefully, SB.

It's anything but 'dirt' -- I am inclined to give to that legal defense myself!

  15. The new owner appears to be some sort of math geek in Georgia.

Unless he's got family money, he probably can't afford to pay much for IAFF.

  16. OT, but the Tour de France leader got booted off the team and this was a quote from the TdF director:

Reacting to Rasmussen's departure from the race, Tour director Christian Prudhomme said to AP: "We cannot say that Rasmussen cheated, but his flippancy and his lies on his whereabouts had become unbearable."

    Flippancy?

    That's very fliptard like.

  17. Flippancy?

    But Everybody does it.

  18. Dirt was a rash term, I'm not sure what you deem the term of massive google searching for info :)

  19. I don't know fo' sho', Rob, but it seems like for your sake the IAFF implosion will be short-lived.

Now that things are starting to settle down on that front - what now that it seems obvious his days of running roughshod over the system are over - EN hasn't been very active.

Sure, there are still comments rolling in here and there, but it's no longer a frenzy.

I still check in two or three times a day, but mostly that's all it is: I check in, I check out.

Not even your non-Casey posts are holding my interest.

Maybe it's just the dawg days of summer, though.

  20. Interesting that Fliptard™ had no technical difficulties/surprise meetings when transferring it to Knowles, but really had difficulty when transferring it to Duane LeGate for $20K (of course going to cover debts).

How much of the proceeds from IAFF will be going to cover the credit debt and if possible, how much was the transfer done for?

  21. Sorry, SB, wasn't trying to be snippish.

And bj, you are wondering what we all are -- "How did ANYONE who entered the Caseysphere manage to get the li'l shite to do a damn thing?"

and Dawg, Casey blogging again 'shortly' is probably a better bet than the hydrogen running out on the big anti-night light... he he he

  22. Aaron Krowne is one of the fellows, or the fellow, who runs the mortgage implode-o-meter, and is getting sued by a lending company. Details here: ml-implode.com

Too many details on the page to summarize, so, I would encourage reading the whole page.

I could see why Mr. Krowne bought the IAFF url, but wonder how much he paid. This does lead me to believe that Serin is done with the blog, and the internet in general. At least, for his sake, I hope so. Hopefully I will get to read how the story ends, though. Just a little selfishness on my part.

If only HBO hadn't canceled 'Deadwood,' I would watch that over and over each week!

One of the Jack Daniels' semis in my hotel parking lot right now. How cool is that? I believe I will go home after work and have a few old number sevens.

  23. Casey has made some posts at caseyhaterz. He's currently showing as online there.

  24. Yep that's where Casey is at the moment. Probab;y a farewwell post forthcoming. Sounds like his lawyer talked some sense into him. But I am dying to know how much he made and how much went to Galina.
