    1. Ya... Pretty sure that's the law now for new construction. 30 years ago Dukakis had is on water destructions during one of the rainiest Summers EVER, all because you guys were suffering from a drought out West

The article is very good. Real reporting not regurgitation of Sacramento talking points. Notable for that alone.

Still. The emergency rules remain in place. The restrictions on existing customers continue. There was not a single instance of a development proposal being denied due to water concerns.

  3. Just spitballing.

What if launching/expending end of life tomahawks was cheaper than decommissioning them?

  12. West coast early. We are not able to get everyone together for Easter so we are having Easter this weekend up north. Rained a bit and we might see more as we travel.

  17. I am impressed that not just DJT but the entire administration has done the hardest two things in a row. First they went against their position of not getting involved because it was the right thing to do. Second they did it and said why and shut up thereafter.

I like how they also documented the process to show it wasn't cowboy diplomacy.

If it does turn out to have been the right thing they've removed the accusation of being intransigent ideologues. If they continue to keep quiet they remove the accusations of disunity and undisciplined.

  18. Hmmm
1.used a lot of was material which will have to be replaced.

    2. Removed the accusations of excessive Russia-love. Being nicer to Russia is ok, but he borrowed money from them.

    3. Americans rally around war presidents and so

    4. His popularity ratings will prolly go up.

If he really cares about those poor suffering kids I will eat my hat.

  19. I don't know where people are getting their prices. IIRC Tomahawk's cost ~$620k. For some of that I am responsible but not sorry. You see the multilayered ceramic circuit boards were cracking and my solution was kinda expensive to retrofit. Had to be done.

  20. Wow! That's cheaper than the old Dragon hand held antitank missiles. They were $1,000,000 30 years ago...
