ReplyDeleteThe "problems" with this house are many. It is the surviving spouse's no expense spared personal vision. That means there would be no room to make it your own. At that price you lose potential buyers. The no expense spared is lost on buyers. The roof tiles are imported from Italy and cost more than my house. The foundation is extra strong and cost more than my house. They overpaid for everything. None mean a thing to a buyer. The Italian roof tiles look exactly like the cheapest stuff from Mexico in fact.

Well, I can't afford any of those prices.
