Exurban Nation will be restarting regular posting

Since I have rejected the ad model for reasons of visitor privacy and equitable compensation I run the blog on the kindness of others. It never took much but i had to justify the effort beyond mere hobby. Besides, there were better places to have RE/Econ discussions. No longer. Hoocoodanode is closing. Others require deep registration. I intend to continue my three principles. • Light hand on comments • Never betray a confidence • Snark Not everyone's cup of tea. Tens of thousands of comments and I think I deleted 2-4. 1.4 million visits and 1-2 posters banned. There may be a few teething pains. Let me know.
