Looks like David Lereah. Now that the fall is obviously happening, he wants to be the one saying that he saw it coming. If I remember these cartoons correctly, it's always a long way down.
Now that you mentioned it, that skinny fella up there kind of looks like Greenspan. I wonder if he's the one that brought that Lereah guy to the edge of the cliff?
Since DL is a cartoon charcter himself it is only appropos that he be compared to another. You know the point where Wiley falls off the clif and lands about ten feet down on a rock and wipes hisbrow and sighs with relief. Then he hears the rock cracking….
