'Eff brutal TJ. Lost a dozen avocados to the vicious blasts from the high dessert. Almost had to remember where the thermowhatitz is located.
Freezing our heinies off in southeast Texas,

We decided to wimp out for a day. Turned the thermosnats up to 72, fired up the humidifiers, and basked in a perfect day indoors. :-)

Casey Serin's parents' house is in "pre-foreclosure" status. They've defaulted on their mortgage.

So, they get to live in their house for at least a year mortgage free.
After which time they rent a comparable house in the same neighborhood for less than 1/2 the cost of their previous mortgage.

Well, they would actually have to pay their rent, or get thrown out on the street. And, they can't get a "rent equity line of credit."
