Rob, I think your cheesecake has a really bad foodborne illness. As in "not fit for consumption".

'Eff brutal TJ. Lost a dozen avocados to the vicious blasts from the high dessert. Almost had to remember where the thermowhatitz is located.

Merry Christmas to all, and hopes for a better New Year.

We decided to wimp out for a day. Turned the thermosnats up to 72, fired up the humidifiers, and basked in a perfect day indoors. :-)

Rob,
In case you haven't seen it,...

David Crisp banned from real estate for three years

Side note: I was searching your blog for David Crisp and saw the post 'Future David Crisps'. In the center of the photo is Eve Mazzarella. Future Crisps, indeed!

Casey Serin's parents' house is in "pre-foreclosure" status. They've defaulted on their mortgage.

See the comments section at "False Casey".

So, they get to live in their house for at least a year mortgage free.

After which time they rent a comparable house in the same neighborhood for less than 1/2 the cost of their previous mortgage.

I'm not seeing a downside.

Well, they would actually have to pay their rent, or get thrown out on the street. And, they can't get a "rent equity line of credit."

Another year, another Serin rips off a bank.
