Locarno Update
Readers, yes both of you, probably remember from last April:
There is a lot of that going around, one of the properties we looked at recently was being listed for 1.275mil and had sat for a full year. The listing expired, now they're putting it back on the market for 1.4mil. I'm thinking they don't understand the concept of "market price".
