Quote-O-Note
"There never was a bubble, and there isn't a bubble now. We don't see a bubble in the future."- Larry Murphy, president of SalesTraq, which monitors real estate trends in Las Vegas.
Of course not. Las Vegas is landlocked by BLM and DoD land. Las Vegas is now almost completely built out. There are 7000 people moving to Las Vegas each month. Corporations are moving their headquarters to Nevada to take advantage of the business-friendly government. The city is a destination, and therefore citizens have built-in world-class entertainment right in their backyard.
It's funny how these things are simultaneously proveably true and proveably false. I personally hope that enough Californians believe this and swarm over there to alleviate the oversupply of fools in CA.
