People who shout out "FIRST!" are loosers.

BTW, reading Bloomberg tonight is especially depressing. I haven't lost a cent in the markets (bailed 1.5 years ago) yet I fear that me and mine are &%$^%@$.

If me and mine are to be in the soup lines, I'd at least like to see some justice for those who brought us here. I am thinking of that Oompa Loompa who lives near Rob Dawg, and the Wall Street turds Vanity Fair has been consoling lately.

I'm not worried about finding a job in this economy -- Mommy and Daddy will take care of me until I'm old and gray! Sweet deal.

All the rest of you who didn't commit rampant fraud over the past couple years are chumps. ;-p

Yes, let us blame the historically nightmarish W Bush disaster on Obama even though he's not even president yet.
Just cause I like to say it: Shove it up you @$$!

Ak,
Huh? "ohh, this not b cheep" is a criticism? Perhaps it is the "Obamster" moniker. Fairpoint. Please google every instance of "chimp" wrt Bush and complain there first. Better yet, since "chimpy" charictures are/were acceptable for Bush they should be acceptable for Obam right? Right?

No dawg, they are not, because that would be racist. Blaming presidents for business cycle changes is lame but an effective campaigning toll to use on the masses.

I've been intrigued by the Euros and Asians bailing on enviro-GW projects because of cost in this young recession, and I wonder how it's going to look when the govt stalls on enviro projects because we can't get the funding from the oil exporters and China for the deficit spending. The netroots will be sad once more.

Noticed that did you? Racism, the new diode of politics, the current only flows one way.

On an almost sci-fi tech side note our energy dependency would be wiped out in months, yes months of the discovery of a thermal equivalent to the diode.

The euros are also bailing on AGW projects because there has been no GW for a decade. They are actually starting to look at the science rather than listen to the zealots. "How not to measure temperature #78" is up and is a classic.

Obama is gonna fix things good. He'll hand out goodies to his base while he hammers those who will never vote for him.

I can't wait for the nasty political cartoons who caricature Obama in miriad disrespectable ways. NOT! There will be a sudden and deep sense of journalistic integrity suddenly getting in the way of disrespecting this president.

I cannot believe I still waste time commenting on this nutty wingnut blog.
I bet the Californicated folks voted No on Prop 8 even though they regularly jack off to girl on girl porn.

Is it true that Casey gets freaky with bubble wrap and Crisco?

Golden Eagle was featured in the Yahoo Finance bearish section, as continued weakness plagues the stock. Having dropped from its 52-week high of .0144 to a closing price of .0015, MYNG.OB, along with fellow industry heavyweight GSPG.OB, continues to be a drag on the Caseydex.

I'm willing to give Obama some time before leveling any criticisms--and he has been honest about the cost of the stimulus being considered (rather than the usual "oh don't worry we'll get it all back and more" nonsense we've heard from the Treasury lo this last year.) Pretty much my only criticism of Obama so far has been that he hasn't taken any action on his lead speechwriter over the Facebook scandal, but that's not the biggest issue in the world.

New Ridership Record Shows U.S. Still Lured to Mass Transit

Americans rode subways, buses and commuter railroads in record numbers in the third quarter of this year, even as gas prices dropped and unemployment rose. The 6.5 percent jump in transit ridership over the same period last year marks the largest quarterly increase in public transportation ridership in 25 years, according to a survey to be released today by the American Public Transportation Association.

@PV,

I've been somewhat out of the news loop these days, but I assume you’re referring to the party photos that briefly appeared on Facebook with said speechwriter fondling a human-sized cardboard replica of Hillary Clinton... Perhaps I have an infantile sense of humor, but I thought it was f-ing hilarious.

Akubi -

I'd have to agree with you on that one. It was a silly picture, but really - what's the harm?

I'd LOVE to see the pictures of what they did with the cardboard Sarah Palin's. Ditto for what the McCain campaigners did... or even Palin's own people.

I'd also suspect there were several of Hillary's people using her cutouts as dart boards, but that will never come out publicly.

I am not a supporter of Prop 8. I am, however, a long-time advocate for the proliferation of girl on girl porn and it's ensuing masturbation. While I feel two American women should be free to frolic, it just doesn't seem necessary for them to receive social security benefits for it.
