TOL Toll Brothers Homes a higher end builder.
WY Wherehauser, owner of Pulte Homes and lots of other stuff.
Both are in the Philly Housing Sector track ^HGX.
Follow the ^HGX and it seems WY is up when the rest are down and vice versa.
