A Simple Question
If all these illegal immigrants are good for our economy why isn't Mexico trying desperately to keep them in?

Because they're better for their economy when they're over here and send billions back at no cost to the Mexican government, than when they're over there making very little. This is insane and probably detrimental to the the long term future of Mexico, but they don't seem to view it that way. So who are we to challenge them :)

Repatriation exceeds all Mexico State industries excepting oil. Bigger than tourism. But the real benefit is that Mexico exports social unrest.
