This beautifully rugged property is located about 2 miles north of downtown Santa Paula on Hwy. 150 and is less than a mile south of Steckle Park. Ojai would only be about another 5 miles. There is enough level to rolling area for a small farming operation. Horses and other livestock would be a natural here. Enjoy the Little Red Barn. Use it for storage or a place for you and your family and friends to meet. There are roads to take you through the property and to the tops of the hills to enjoy nature and the panoramic views, including the ocean, Topa Topa and city lights. There is abundant wildlife, which includes: deer, quail, dove, rabbits, etc. Part of the property is on the east side of Highway 150 and actually fronts on Santa Paula Creek. Only minutes to town and about one and a quarter hours to L.A. What a great place for a weekend getaway!!!
Am I forgetting anything? Oh yes. The barn:

Looks like a nice spread to me.

She can ride my wild horses any time she wants.
That's some really nice looking... ah, farm land! That's a really, really well built... er... fence. Yeah, just looking at the fence.
I knew farm life had to be different in california.
I can't see the barn for the cheeks.
Isn't that a decent price for 94 acres? What would the taxes on that be? And you could live in that nice barn.
Isn't that a decent price for 94 acres?
Yes. Too decent. Split by the main road accounts for some. The extreme (you cannot stand on it) terrain is another factor.
What would the taxes on that be?
~$320/month.
And you could live in that nice barn.
Barn? Sorry, what barn?
Gee...I wonder what kind of cash crop you could grow out there on that rough terrain so close to Ojai?
Wow, a farm like that could make a fellow want to give up his place in Enumclaw.
Enough allegory; WHERE IS THAT FARM?
just interested.
SWEEEEEEEEEET!!!
Cash crop or share crop?
Casey should start a commune here. They could have a suicide pact and everything.
