Revestor App

There's an new app for your mobile device.  Called Revestor here's a review.  I've tried it and while still thin on listings the automated cap rate and cash flow estimates are very useful.

“Instead of investors and Realtors using multiple apps and archaic spreadsheets they can now save hours worth of research and analysis by letting Revestor do all the heavy lifting,” the company notes. The free iPhone app is the company’s latest feature launch, arriving shortly before their showcase on the Shark Tank on ABC.

Californias budget deficits are the past!

Any credibility to the idea that the banks are running out the statute of limitations for their 2008 and pre-08 shenanigans? I know they are still doing the same garbage now, but I'm focused on the original CEOS looking out for their hides.

Speaking of LA realtors: I always find it amusing to see which ones pony up for the two bus bench billboards at the corner of Sunset and Allenford, a critical Brentwood/PPalisades intersection with a long stoplight for contemplating the realtor's best mug shots and telephone numbers.

There was a new crop yesterday: two of Brentwood's finest, no doubt.

WHOA! CR has a post one back that talks about how optimistic he is about the future... barring "excess deficit reduction" it's all sunshine going forward. Am I just a crazy permabear or has someone fixed the entire world and I didn't notice?

I was really sick for a bit then busy catching up and spending too much time in HCN.

The itch is back, I'll get more regular here.
