This is one of those slow broken weeks. Might as well sleep late. Early next week we get the bad news from the State Controller about December revenues. We should also see a fair weather states big pop in for sale inventory. I might be early but the Administration may start rolling out their comprehensive climate change policy before the re-inauguration. Hey! What happened to the comprehensive national energy policy?

Comprehensive National Energy Policy does not provide 1 or 2 Trillion in tax income over the next 10 years like Comprehensive Climate Change Policy will.

Climate change policy will complete his stated first campaign desire to tax coal generation out of existence and raise gasoline to $7/gal.
