Flips Failing Again

What was old is still old.  This time it is paying too much on the purchase and still expecting a profit.

Six months of no interest.  Smallish, ordinary, expensive.  Seems even low interest rates are no longer enough.

Nota Bene. The idiots at time warner cable cannot be convinced their node a kilometer away is failing. My access is therefor limited until I arrange verizon optical to replace their lame ass. Dummies wanted to schedule me for a week from now for a service call to the house where they would determine it was a network node and schedule a network service call who knows when. I told them to stuff it and I could have Verizon here in a day. Then the supervisor calked back. I told him the same and how I was tired of providing free $85/hr tech support to them. He asked more about how to handle this and I told him I was tired if providing $120/hr market consultations for free.
