ACS 2012 Median Household Income

Relative median household income by Census tract.
..but wait!  There's more.  Over the past 12 years there has been an increase in workers per household.

More people working harder for less.

The ACS data is a wealth of information for those who can look past the headlines.

Over the next few days I'll be using both the 2012 ACS and the October release of 2013 housing characteristics.

A note of thanks for the people that continue to stop by here.  Quite refreshing compared to other blogs.
"Kangaroo Kitteh" doesn't care.

More robots working harder for nothing.

It's all relative, lol. Sigh.

The backwash of the greatest wealth stripping event ever continues with false confidence data.

With all due respect. We are being set up for the greatest wealth concentration ever conceived except I suspect 99.7 percent don't see it.

I agree and we will be soon an all debt lifestyle and die with unpaid debt passed to the next generation. Pretty obvious when the banks are combined and not broken down in to manageable size if failure occurs. Fits with global banking nicely. States have lost almost all control to the Federal government.

Thanks RD.

O.M.F.G.

Just drove into VenCo on the 101 because PCH is closed. It took 2.5 hours from SM. 101 North was backed up to the top of the Conejo grade, so bad I got off at Las Posas and took the farm roads across the plain.

There is definitely no lack of commuters. I guess this means that everyone has a job now!

Oh, is there a legend for that household income map?

The legend was deliberately stripped from this post. Evil me. ;) It will be on the next post including the link to do your own maps.

Don't expect PCH to open this week. 2-3 inches is sure to cause big mud.
