Housing Bubble, credit bubble, public planning, land use, zoning and transportation in the exurban environment. Specific criticism of smart growth, neotradtional, forms based, new urbanism and other top down planner schemes to increase urban extent and density. Ventura County, California specific examples.
Cuffs maybe but not a prison. The insane usually go to mental institutions. It's really quite boring. He's clearly in a manic phase, soon to be followed by the "failing forward" phase and then back to the van.
Give the kid a break! At least he's delivering exactly what he is promising this time, an exclusive social networking site. There are only four members, so win-win-win-win.

PS Greetings distant relative. I have an interesting photo to email you of a playground in Scandinavia, where free lunch is served to one and all on summer weekdays. Delicious socialism!
Nah, he'd be found perfectly fit to stand trial on mortgage/wire fraud charges. There's literally plenty of video evidence where Casey freely admits he knew what he was doing was morally wrong.
Whatever his mental state today, he was perfectly rational and sane when he committed the original frauds.
But Andrew those were just honest, "failing forward" attempts. He didn't intend to defraud those mean ole banks and parental units out of $1.6m and change. Besides he going to pay back every dirty penny...right??? What did GSPG close at today? Wait that money is long gone as well.
It would be amusing if it weren't so sad... Casey was throwing numbers around, coming up with $600,000 per year. Well, that's fantasy, but suppose he runs into enough suckers to actually pull that together....
Have ya priced out private islands lately? That kind of money doesn't even come close.

No, it isn't quite what Casey had in mind. God only knows what Casey keeps up there.
