Well, at the start of the interview, mention that if he hangs up on you or pulls any similar stunt, his $240 fee goes down the toilet.

Ask him to put Galina on the phone for a minute. Threaten to yank the payment if he doesn't. ;-) I'm sure you could come up with some juicy™ questions specifically aimed at her.

Ask him when his date in traffic court is. And the location. Just so enterprising haters can see the schlub in person.

In general, dangle the $240 over his head any time he wavers on something or does something Casey-like. :-)

Rob Dawg said...

Speaking of $240. "T" you got that covered or can the dawgpack throw a little kibble in your bowl? I'd be happy to use the tip jar to get any contributions to you. If "T" says okay anybody with spare change change can leave it in the tip jar with a note instructing it goes to "T".

Hey, I just figured out you might be able to listen live to this thing through Casey's original talkshoe link (look on IAFF for link). Bwahaha, I'm grabbing some popcorn.

Anonymous said...

Drat, I was taking a nap and just missed it.. oh well..

Either you talk to Galina or no money..period! He either comes clean about Nigel or no money. He comes clean about the money man or no money. He comes clean about what Homey was talking about or no money. Make it VERY clear that the haters will determine if he and Galina have answered the questions to our satisfaction or no dinero.

What time and how do we listen in? I'll be out to dinner with the Mrs anyways so I'll catch the MP3 later. Veil in Seattle tonight. Oh yeah...no going heavy tonight, gotta get my swerve on..

Schnapps said...

Do you suppose Nigel's listening in and coaching Casey how to answer?

Anonymous said...

heh, first nice moment... Nacho™ mentioning the playful teasing about Casey and Nigel being gay, and the only response Casey can muster is nervous laughter. :-)

Schnapps said...

Tough questions from T, wishy-washy answer from Casey. But at least Casey is answering the questions with some prodding.

4:34 T "Get a job."

Fascinating...

He's concerned that W-2 jobs will cramp his style. He's working passive income long term deals.

Somebody please stop him!

Schnapps said...

Casey is pissed!! Wow, hang in there T... I don't think we've ever seen him this angry and defensive.

Casey: "I didn't know it was against the law."

Casey [last transcript]: "I was lying to the banks."

Casey: "We're saving money by renting from family, and not spending $2000/month to rent a house".

Anonymous said...

He found a loophole and exploited it. He lost the gamble and his credit and reputation are ruined. The market will stop him, unless he takes it out of the gray area and into full illegality. The corporate credit thingy is moot, no one will lend him any money because they require a personal guarantee. No one will partner with him because he is poison and lazy. The foreclosure advice websitething is doomed to fail as well. He may successfully skate on his debts but there will be no "great things" on his horizon. His only assets now are his notoriety and traffic, and he continues to squander them.

Anonymous said...

Sorry to say it, but I think he beat you, T.

Over and over: "I won't get a job because it will interfere with opportunities that you don't know about."

"My tax and money situation? Well, you don't know about that either."

KC is indeed the artful dodger.

And I think he really believes what he says, because he believes that Amazing Opportunites are just right around the corner. Opportunities that will bail his sorry ass out of all his problems.

In short, KC won every argument with a simple: "You don't know what I'm doing right now, and I can't tell you because it's confidential, but because you don't know... you're wrong."

T said...

Schnapps said...

@BadgerJim

I wouldn't call avoiding the question like that a "win" on Casey's part. Its a weak attempt at saying, "Well, you shouldn't be talking about this because you don't know the whole story."

The boy should listen to himself and follow his own advice sometime.

T said...

BadjerJim said...

Sorry to say it, but I think he beat you, T.

I'd have to agree with that, Jim. He stumped me on more than one occasion with the whole, "you don't know the whole situation" excuse and, to be honest, he's right. I don't.

I gotta tell you, tho, I was really impressed with his fighting spirit. It's a nice change of pace from Passive Casey.

Anonymous said...

I agree, Schnapps.

But winning at the art of debate is simply beating down every question. And KC won this one with a simple: "You don't know what's coming, and I can't tell you, but it will solve everything. I've already admitted to mistakes, yada yada."

Oh yes, and this just in: KC is reading and hanging on every word here. I SEE your IP KC! LOL!

T said...

I was more light-hearted during the last interview because it was just me calling in and fucking around. This time, I felt that Stanley's money was on the line and I wanted to ask questions to allow Stanley to get his money's worth. And that may have been why Casey felt he was facing an inquisition.

And with that, I have to run over to Paypal and transfer the funds because he gave Stanley quite a bit more time than just the hour he agreed to so I will keep up our end of the bargain because it's the right thing to do.

Anonymous said...

Is anyone else almost salivating at the prospect of this man being cross-examined by a vicious prosecutor at the future United States v. Serin trial??

Casey's presented Exhibits A through Z himself with all this taped and written material. It's very disturbing that no agency has moved on him yet... it gives others encouragement that this kind of $@#& goes unpunished... bleh.

Anonymous said...

If Homey the clown is correct, this interview is just a moot point. Homey has been very quiet recently and today posts. This I find very significant. Looking forward to next week. I think that "things in the works" are not going to be what Casey thinks.

T, you did great.

Schnapps said...

@BadgerJim

I agree that he beat down every questions.

I don't agree that the art of winning debate is just the beating down of questions. It requires being convincing as well. Casey is not convincing.

Damn Political Science degree :>

Anonymous said...

T: May be at some point your arguments will "click." Perhaps he needs a few hours for all of this to process. After all, your real world advice is completely contrary to everything he's been hearing from the gurus and other business associates.

Maybe later tonight he'll realize their advice hasn't yet gotten him where he wants to be & he might consider other points of view.

Hey - did he thank the haterz for coughing up money?

T said...

Well, the kid earned his money but Stanley wants to hear the interview so I'm trying to call him to have him make the interview downloadable and then I'll send the cash but he's not answering his cell phone.

Anonymous said...

The 1st 2 initials of one of the agents was D.A

Anonymous said...

I need to look for a new client. The boy has gotten to be a broken record. And a boring record at that.

Casey was zero percent the businessman and 100% the scam artist on that call. He turned the spotlight around on T because he was trying to figure out her angle. Once he knew that she went through similar circumstances, he knew what buttons to push to take control of the conversation. T, I know you're a mom, but there has never been a better candidate for tough love. (Ok, that's a lie, almost anyone that's ever been on Springer besides the fakers is.)

Anyway, I've been an obnoxious hater, but I've just been a dick because I don't know him and he projects himself as a tool. I still don't actually hate him, but he came off as a manipulative scammer tonight.

The best thing for him is to ignore him and steal the wind from his sails. Let him try his new "opportunities." Only when there's no one left to cry out to will he wake up and change.

His story is beyond slow now anyway. The most interesting thing over the last week is Nigel for Cashback's sake. (Casey's new deity of choice.) I don't think I can lurk around for another couple of months just to see of he gets charged.

You're absolutely right and please note that Homey wasn't speaking jive or going ghetto fabulous on us. The utterly serious and blunt nature of his posts mean something's going down soon. Watch for a Jim Bakker sort of crying insanely type of episode as the arrresting officers do what they must

Anonymous said...

T

When you get to read the transcript it will sound much better than you think you did

Anonymous said...

@Stephanie S

I agree... T did a great job with an Impossible situation.

Someone who is self-absorbed and delusional cannot be pinned down in a debate - KC showed this by throwing the "you don't know what's just around the corner" card. Over and over.

I really hope that HOMEY DA is reading this (I'm sure he is), and that his last post/comment was honest and sincere.

KC has made it clear, as of last night, that he cannot pay the most basic of living expenses with his Mad Skillz. That he lives day-to-day, borrowing money to buy gas, fix tires, pay bills, and, well, to even eat!

Please... somebody in authority step in and throw handcuffs on KC, before he damages other lives.

Today's phone call makes it clear that he's using his "experience" to move onto bigger and better scams.

Just my opinion, of course. I guess that makes me a Hater.

T said...

Ok, I just sent him the money as promised. I hope he spends it wisely. It might be the last chunk of change he gets for a while.

Anonymous said...

I follow this blog very closely.

I love all the various characters but Homey always had information that no one else had. He said a few weeks ago that he was going quiet. I think it's meaningful that he now posts a comment both here and on iaff. I did take note that one of the agent's initials were D.A.

Anonymous said...

T,

I don't think he bested you. He's just devolved/backed his way into using the basic fundamentalist religious argument: the "God of the gaps". He can't be proven wrong on points that aren't represented in the debate, whether those points are true or not. What he's doing is rhetorically no different from challenging you to prove that invisible pink unicorns don't exist.

The problem is that, since those points *aren't* represented in the debate (by his conscious choice), he shouldn't be falling back on them to score points. Foul on logical fallacy.

Lately he's been really banging on the "why are you judging me, you don't know everything" drum. It's a desperate rhetorical tactic to shift the tone of the blog (probably done at Nigel's urging). But he needs to understand that as an adult, he's judged based on his outward behavior and how he represents himself to others - the affirmative evidence he puts out. Casey doesn't get that, or thinks he can get around it. That's why he keeps falling back on identity issues ("do you think I'm a bad person?") instead - more secret evidence.

Meanwhile he's doing the dance, whoring himself for pocket change to fend off loan sharks, and by his own admission getting leads on "sweet deals" as a result of his notoriety. And then he's complaining that he's being judged. If he wants the negative assumptions to stop, he needs to provide more than a faith pitch at this point. He needs to give up the goods and stop whining.

If he really wants the judgments to stop, he should take the blog down and cease the unending attention circus. He won't because he *wants* to be judged - only, he wants to be judged innocently, as a great guy making sweet deals who's loved by all.

You did fine, T. You forced him to reveal his rhetoric. Now we all know what to watch for.

T, Annie other positive haterz..

I've enjoyed the more positive spin in the last 24 hours or so. The negativity towards Casey Boy was wearing me down.

I wonder if Casey would consider selling his;

1. Speeding ticket (signed).
2. A signed photograph of Galina (or both).

I wonder if we are seeing the birth of a new Kyosaki here (and I am no admirer of RK)? If we are to have watched it from the beginning is fascinating.

It became futile to argue with him. He was babbling and wouldn't stop. He believes what he's going to believe and he won't make any changes until he's forced to. I thought he might get a bit humbled by last night's show of support from the "haterz" but in all honesty, I think legion was right. We reinforced his behavior. He thinks he can do a few silly things and make bank. Initially I thought it was a good idea. At least he's TRYING to earn some money, right? But it's just reinforced his belief that his entrepreneurial spirit will get him through this with minimal work. I don't think it will. I hope he proves me wrong.

T,
Just catching up on the situation. Excellent job, T.
Why does KC have such a sniffly nose, btw?

Anonymous said...

I was gonna listen in on the call, but after reading all the comments here, it sounds like Casey did the little dodge and weave maneuver while throwing down the Jerry Springer "You DON'T KNOW ME! You DON'T KNOW ME!" retort to parry any deep digging questions. I hope you guys got your money's worth, personally, I knew it would be a farce, and I am sure he had time to prepare for it this time, which is why I didn't contribute or condone giving him any money. The guy has proven time and time again that he has no ethics, but expects every one else to live up to their promises. Look at the way he answers a question and demands to be paid his 5 dollars at least 3 times. Yet when his lenders expect him to pay he goes into lender ignore mode. I suggest that Annie and T go into Casey ignore mode when he comes begging for his money..see how he likes it.

T said...

On the contrary, the "Casemeister" is millions of dollars in debt, living off the charity of family, and has Cashcall breathing down his neck, plus my face the possibility of criminal charges. He even has a speeding ticket he can't pay.

Hardly a "win-win". Dumbass.

Anonymous said...

Anonymous said...

I have to agree, she was whipped, she can dish it ou, but cannot take it. Dont hate the paya, hate the game T.

Anonymous said...

Who's "the Paya"?

Anonymous said...

T, I just finished listening to the call. Interestingly enough, something you told Casey applies to you in this situation.

You were talking about being realistic and you mentioned that "you wanted to look like Angela Jolie". If you take that same perspective with the subject at hand, it could change your perspective.

You wanted to make Casey realize the value of responsibility. While that doesn't seem like you are asking too much, you have to realize who you are working with.

The problem isn't with your intentions.

Your heart is in the right place, and so is your head.

The problem is with who you were working with.

Though quite a few of the "haters" were hoping that the fear in his voice that we heard on the Cashcall recording were indicative of him hitting bottom, it's clear to me now that Casey isn't close to bottoming out yet.

Maybe one day he will realize the value of the message you tried to give him tonight, but it looks like he is going to commit a lot more felonies before that happens.

Also, for the record, while you may not look like Angela Jolie, you do look pretty damn good.

T: you did fine, except that you should have taken Tony S's advice.

Casey is submitting himself to a grilling only because he wants money. So use the threat of non-payment to make Casey give straight answers.

You are a woman of your word, T, but make it clear from the beginning that if Casey doesn't come clean he does not get paid.

Also, last time, Casey did not know who you were. You caught him off guard. This time, he was mentally more prepared to get roasted, and therefore evasive.

So use leading questions to keep Casey from straying off the track or changing the subject. Questions that can only be answered "yes" or "no".

Eg: "yesterday in your recorded conversation with CashCall, you said your rent was $600. But on your blog you say it is $550. Did you lie to Cashcall yesterday?"

He tries to weasel out, use the money like a sword over his head. "Answer the question."

A word or two or three about T and the interview......

First, she got into this due to my big mouth. I popped off and said I would fund the interview. With no time to prep, she accepted the challenge to interview Snowflake. I feel horrible I put her into that position because I had to leave town due to a commitment. If anyone was "let down"....I was the one who did the "letting down".
SHE DID GREAT....and any criticism or "should have" is easy because THEY weren't in the fray; she was. Inteviewing anyone, much less someone with the attention span of a gerbil, is extremely difficult......so hat's off to T....we all, at EN, owe her a debt of gratitude.
One more note, even Snowflake acknowledged. As soon as she finished the interview, SHE KEPT HER WORD and paid him immediately. Anyone else note who is honorable and who isn't? I feel he was shocked because keeping his word is a foreign concept......

T said...
I'd have to agree with that, Jim. He stumped me on more than one occasion with the whole, "you don't know the whole situation" excuse and, to be honest, he's right. I don't.

Actually since Snowflake is controlling what he does or doesn't post on his blog and what he does or does not answer (either at his blog on in his TalkShoe casts) how in the heck could T or anyone but Snowflake "know the whole situation"?!?! I would have nailed his ass with that very point over and over again but then I learned that in law school (unfortunately no I don't do criminal law nor do I practice in California).

Hell I don't think even the fliptard knows his whole situation...it's called being delusional and it's about the only thing he has going for him...that and getting people to feel sorry for him and give him money or a place to live or whatever. Hopefully more and more people will wise up and turn their back on him when it comes to offering him help. Everyone is still free to point and laugh at his utter idiocy though ;-)

I'm certainly not interested in reforming Casey or trying to understand him as every day I am more and more convinced that he's a shyster, an unrepentant scam artist who should be doing the perp walk and being eyefucked by as many law enforcement officers as possible.

What I'd really like to see/hear is Homey DA Clown have a talk with the fliptard...I'd prefer it be done in front of a judge, but I'll take a Talkshoe cast if CS is willing to pimp himself that way.

Now *that* would be sweet!

She was horrible. She paid him with someone elses money. Big fucking deal! Lets call a spade a spade, T is an uneducated woman with a "sheister" past. Karma baby!

T,

I am sorry to say that Casey took your a** and hand it to you on a plate with a fire cracker sticking out of it.

T, the big mistake you made was trying to reason with a Con-man. Casey is a good con-man. You are tried to put some reason into him, but you learned the hard way by making a fool of yourself.

The only way to deal with Casey is to NEVER sympatize with him. You need to bring out cold hard facts to Casey and stick to them.

T, you said you and your kids have gone without while you paid your debt. To think Casey took your $250 bucks that you could have spent on your kids is just horrifying sad.

Big BIG mistake trying to think that Casey is an honest man.

T, if you would have stayed with cold hard facts, just like a lawyer would do, you would have won.

Like how Casey lied on the owner occupied loans. He can call them "shady", but the cold hard fact is that Casey lied.

Once you grilled him on this, you then move forward how that lying and not paying the banks is criminal. Once you nail him with this, you move on and on.

Your mistake was thinking that Casey is an honest person like you are. T, you paid your debt, Casey has no intention of doing that. This is why you got so upset and almost cried on that call.

Casey will keep trying and trying new "ideas" and RE investment so long as it is not his money. Eventually, he will succedd and pay back the one lender while he screwed 10 other lenders.

This is why so many people are frustrated at him. He is succedding by pure brute force with hurting many on the way. This is nothing new.
