"sadness, regret and relief"
I feel a mixture of sadness, regret and relief. I feel sadness that I couldn’t stop the foreclosure.
I am highly offended that he refers to them as "homes".
They were never homes to him. They were Monopoly pieces.
Casey is an utter piece of shit.
Yeah, Casey, "it's all good either way." Keep telling yourself that. You're human garbage, you produce nothing, you succeed at nothing, you have no honor, morals, or integrity. Al you do is leech of others. You belong in jail, to keep you from screwing any more people or banks.
You want sympathy, but you stole money and bet it all on red, and want us to pat you on the head and say it's okay because it came up black.
I despise you. I loathe everything about you. I hope you rot in jail.
Casey - I can't believe you'd say "its not all my fault"
You are the one who purchased the property at the price you paid.
There are a lot of "you shoulds" I could say right now, but I'm too frustrated......
Now - to the next question - how are you going to pay off your unsecured debts? You have two personal notes coming due - one for $5K and one for $22K that you took out last fall. What did you do or have you done with the $27,000 dollars? You also owe your good friend $2,200 (from the $3K loan). Then, add on to all of this, your credit card and cashcall debts.
Also, what is the status of the Utah property? There is a payment missing. Can the "owners" of the property even sell it? Do you have the deed or do they? When they sell it, do they provide you with the funds to pay off your loans prior to pocketing the profits?
Letting things go to foreclosure was easy - you did nothing. Rather than "passive income" you created a "passive loss" for the lenders. Shame on you!
Please, for the love of God, tell us what you are doing to repay the other debts?
The redemption rights seems like a pretty good scam. So it can go like this:
1) Casey buys a house. 80% first, 20% second mortgage. 2) Casey defaults, and sells the redemption rights. 3) Redemption rights owner only needs to pay up the 80% first and owns the house.
First 9 repies. Why would anyone put themselves through this?
1. Thinker March 29th, 2007 at 3:58 pm Congratulations on your new foreclosure. At least you seem happy about it. Let’s all be optimistic and positive about everything in life.
I feel much better already. Well, I’m back to my 2nd job searching to pay off some of the debt I have.
2. Robert Coté March 29th, 2007 at 4:01 pm No “guilt?” You know for forcing some little old lady in Peoria to choose between food and medicine because her supposedly safe retirement funds came up short due to unexpected loan loss reserve additions? Hey, any of the people you borrowed money from announce any layoffs lately? Any feelings for those people?
No, you just keep telling yourself that no one was harmed, your number one fan in SLC says so.
3. HungryBear March 29th, 2007 at 4:05 pm Too bad, dude, that was a sweet house.
4. You Mean House, Not Home March 29th, 2007 at 4:07 pm A “home” would be a house that you actually lived in. Swearing on a loan application that you intend to live in a house does not make it a home.. unless of course your oath actually means something and you go ago and live there.
So change the name of this post, deleting the word “home” and inserting instead the word “house”.
Thank you. I am your number 2,759 fan.

it’s you who “lie” on the loan and get cash back for your fun juice then don’t do the payments,
YOU DO IT ON PURPOSE, IT’S ALL YOUR FAULT.
YOU SHOULD GO EXAM YOUR HEAD~ may be hit on the wall a few times until you understand it’s all your fault.

7. James Sivco March 29th, 2007 at 4:16 pm Why does my name keep coming up in Google searches for mortgage fraud?
8. lovin_it March 29th, 2007 at 4:21 pm Casey, Hang in there. It’s all good. You have done an amazing job with this blog. Find some way to apply your talents that will generate some cash and make you & the wife happy.

touchy touchy touchy now now now anon, you are venting negative feelings about Casey the cocksucker.
T doesn't like that.
T only likes positive comments about Casey, she will have none of this "hope you rot in jail" type stuff.
T can predict the future and predicts people can change, especially con-men and white collar criminals like Casey Serin.
T likes to call real genuine Casey haters, "assholes"
T believes that Casey was just naive and "fell-in" with the wrong people (gurus).
but Casey will change and become a W2 9-5 employee and looser taxpayer upstanding citizen, Stanford graduate, and forget all about his entrepreneurial whims and mega-millions real estate ambitions .
ultimately, such a metamorphosis probably will only occur in T's mind and never enter the crooked Casey Serin "how to make it in life" playbook.
if Casey doesn't change as T asserts, she can pay me $1 million.
I don't have to worry about paying T a cool million, since most of the guys know - the kid ain't never gonna go legit in his fuckin' worthless life.
Posted chez Nigel in response to a comment of his, regarding T's being full of the HATE:
Yes, perhaps she said those things. Maybe she even meant it.
But nowhere did she say "I am full of hate." You're putting words in her mouth. You quoted the others directly, yet you insist on replacing what T says with your own words . Seems unfair, and even misogynistic to me. Why wouldn't you replace the comments of the men you out with your own words? Why only T?
So...after 4/27 he should be done. Any guesses on when he files for bankruptcy?
What are the chances that it will actually be granted? PLEASE tell me there is no way that all this will be behind him with no repercussions. I cannot imagine a greater injustice.

T doesn't like that.

Not true. I absolutely believe Casey should go to prison for his crimes. In fact, I think prison might be the turning point in his life. He might actually learn to "keep it real" in prison where his bullshit will not be tolerated.
What I don't like is people saying he should be raped. Have you ever worked with rape victims? Well... I have and the aftermath is horrific. I do not wish that upon anyone.
Oh, and how bout you blow me? Yeah, how bout that?
I agree with the proposal that Casey (and Galina) be sentenced to indefinite probation the terms of which are 25% garnishment of all wages earned (minimum hours of 40/week) until every penny of principle is repaid.
I still hope that Yulia's stuff doesn't get nabbed by Cashcall, but doubt if there is any thing that could possibly change their paths than royally hosing the sister who opened her home to the urchins.
I don't want Casey to go to jail and waste more of my tax dollars. In fact, I want him to be relieved of some of his debts, but left with an amount that he can realistically repay. Then I want him to spend the next ten years paying that off. Ideally, it would be nice if the DA would charge him with fraud but cut a deal with him where as long as he meets his repayment plan, he stays on the outside. I also want the banks to make sure that the liar loan door is closed so fliptards like Casey can't exploit it again.
Casey sucks, but the banks need to take a hit too. Sadly, they won't, investors will.
For those that are interested, the last sentence contains a dangling preposition. Raise the bar, kids.
I don't use dangling prepositions much. I use vernacular when its appropriate. Or as ever-quotable Sir Winston Churchill said, "Ending a sentence with a preposition is something up with which I will not put!" :)
So, to appease the grammarians, I will rephrase:
In other words, I like your ethics and where you've placed who you are and those ethics within the society that surrounds you.
:)
That being said, can anyone tell me why the following sentence is gramatically correct?"
"Nacho, the cat, is hot," said Missy, the dirty old lady 18 year old cat.
I've been following Snowflake's blog for a while and EN for the past month. I have a few questions that maybe someone can answer.
I'm thinking Gaysey must be making some money somehow, since his website is still up and he still has a cell phone. By the sounds of it, his cell phone bills are pretty substantial. If he didn't pay his hosting, I'm sure they would cut him off quick. (Although I do recall hearing something about donated hosting at some point, I think).
If he missed just 2 cell phone payments, I'm sure he would be cut off instantly. Cell phone providers don't fuck around.
The reason that KC isn't trying to resolve the Utah payment issue, is because he took the money (big DUH, I know).
I bet that he holds up their sale and ask for more money to clear up the matter. That is, he is going to want a percentage of the profits because he is now their "partner" in the sale. Don't all true RE moguls do this shit?
Otherwise, it makes no sense that it wouldn't get resolved.

Of course, that would mean taking responsibility for his lack of actions. Can't have that.
