Oh dear, the hub has a pinched.nerve in his back, which is hurting badly. Put the tems machine on him. Seems to be working. He had to take the stair chair upstairs. Was going full bore yesterday, had infrequent pain. I offered the tems machine then, but no.
Tens machines are great things.
The fire is entering the mop up stage. The Rose Valley area is getting a few remaining back fires for safety. 272,500 acres. 65% contained. No imminent threats.

Hot pad! then tens. I also do exercise taught by rehab. Been doing some after digging recently and feel great again. IMO.
Yesterday was my wedding anniversary, We were married on the winter solstice. Wife has mono right now so our anniversary plans fell thru and I sent it with her on the couch watching TV.
42 and sunny this morning for my walk. We could use some rain right about now, since it's Winter and all. Put out the last of the fires, wash off the ash, and start the New Year with a clean slate!
