Wow! a chance to own a piece of the Golden Mistake and a PI of less then Grand! The American Delusion is alive! I wonder how much free assistance money is available?

One, maybe two scoops of the bulldozer.

looks like it may fall over even without the bulldozer.

White walls, white cabinets, white counters it's so the buyer "can imagine their own things there" right?

Rob Dawg said...

At 520 sq ft the buyer should imagine either their stuff or themselves but not both.

Pretty sure the sellers bribed the termites to hold hands until after escrow.

That, my friends, is a shack.

Lawyerliz said...

Someone will buy that?
Really?

Lawyerliz said...

That's a 40k shack.

HaHaHaHaHa!!!!
Compare my San Joe's Nose house at $810/sqft. Very affordable!!!!
SF Bay Area prices are gonna blow I tell yah!!!
The San Joe's Nose kids are gonna sell soon and the daughter and grand daughter are gonna come live with us. Allows them to save like crazy while waiting for the crash to buy.
The old shack in Palo Africa Zillows at about 2000/sqft.
STAY AWAY!!!! IT IS CRAZY HERE.

Median Sam Nose House is $1.17 million.

You could tear down that 520 sq ft shack and build a new 600 sq ft shack.

Looks like the treehouse fell out of the tree.

Hoho

Hehehe

How much did this cost at the depth of the great recession? 184?

Firemane said...

There are deer blinds in the woods behind my Mom's house that are bigger than that.

Lawyerliz said...

Yeah, but the don't have a sheet and potty. Or, Maybe they do? Giggle Giggle. What was it sold for the last time?

Lawyerliz said...

It doesn't have a shower and .

Good Morning!

Should it be presented as Hand crafted by pioneers with the finest materials at the time. Designed with the modern pioneer kitchen for the discriminating cook. Indoor plumbing! Park your wagon and come in out of the elements!

For 185?

LL, The American Delusion is not about rational thinking. =:0>

Miami still has about 12% underwater housing.

Maybe this sweet deal is more appealing:

In general if the web sites don't have a prior sales history then it hasn't sold since the mid 90s.

How can we have a bust, when we havent had a boom yet.??

Rob Dawg said...

You can fall into a ditch without having to climb a hill first. As milk toast as it sounds we are probably entering a Grand Pause in housing costs as a portion of household income.

Lawyerliz said...

I guess if you've held on this long you will keep holding on til the house reaches break even.

LBD said...

Market pricing? Seems a bit closer to a lower level of insanity then the other one. What would new construction be out there these days?

Firemane said...

Tell me, Mr. Realtor, do you always multiply your sales prices by a factor of 4? ...

Lawyerliz said...

Well, one must make a profit.

Coincidence?

LBD said...

Profit? let it ride!

Lawyerliz said...

No. Me and stupid spellcheck.

Went to a buy solar panels thing at a friends
Made by Tesla.
Any solar power thoughts?
On the way a tween with a death wish ran right in front of our car. Luckily we missed. Would have ruined our and his whole day

Rob Dawg said...

Solar decisions may seem hard but you only need two numbers. Dollars per installed watt and watt hours per year.

LBD said...

Good morning!

Cost of solar this late in life makes no sense. How many years to payback and there is something else to care for.

I am expanding my hot water solar for the bigger pool right now but also converting a 35 gallon electric water heater for back up.

Lawyerliz said...

That is an exit point. Every cent wasted.

Lawyerliz said...

Your Kalifornians are the5th largest economy in the world.

Rob Dawg said...

There are strange economies to solar. If you can get below $3/w and the tax credit is still available ROI could justify even for short terms.

Lawyerliz said...

Hub thinks you are right.

Black unemployment is 6.6 in April, the lowest ever measured.

Rob Dawg said...

This isn't the first time we've noticed similar brothers of different upbringing. Your dear husband knows his hard math/science.

I would also suggest that existing solar PV is a resale property plus above installation costs. In other words $30k of new work will add $40k of resale value.

Firemane said...

Don't know if the tech is quite there - but solar in the land of Earthquakes strikes me as a potential plus.

Oh yes, he is now writing a faster than light novel, involving gravitational waves and the Alcubierre Metric which he says was thought of by a Mecican guy(and thus not worthy of Trump's attention ), who let me see, used Einsteins equations to get faster than light with negative energy
