Make no mistake. Hiking at 9000+ feet is not like hiking at even 6000 feet. It's still all good and you see things you won't see anywhere anytime otherwise. Still the hiking part is a constant thing you need to pay attention to. No casual behavior. Everything is deliberate.

A recent trip to Colorado Springs showed how impaired my breathing has become. Can't imagine doing a 14er.
Nice EV camper will it plug into the campfire to recharge? Ducks and runs! :)
Groves of Aspens turning in the fall is great to see. We had them in our front yard in Colorado. Love the old soldier as they have bent limp limbs full of character.
Recently leafed out Aspens are coming in future posts. That light green new growth when they flutter more than quake.

Cancer doc the other day and passed that one. Today the GP and the good news all the numbers have dropped and even one blood sugar med was dropped.
Weight loss is paying off. Next the toe doc LOL! next month. Mediscare is great!
