Housing Bubble, credit bubble, public planning, land use, zoning and transportation in the exurban environment. Specific criticism of smart growth, neotradtional, forms based, new urbanism and other top down planner schemes to increase urban extent and density. Ventura County, California specific examples.
Was only there long enough to get the impression the area is doing well and stable. It would be hard to tell. The hole in the wall breakfast place was awesome and on the more expensive side.
This place is a destination. And forget the prices because whatever meal you are there for you can easily skip the next meal. Breakfast? Skip lunch. Etc.
Oh, and a real deal. Mrs Dawg and i went to the Wicked Spoon in Las Vegas for "breakfast." At 2:30Pm we paid the $31 and had a nice buffet of all the usual; eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, hot and cold cereals. and "Lunch" was already out with everything you'd expect. At #PM it was dinner time and the breakfast stuff was replaced with dinner foods. We noshed for 1-1/2 hours and then did not eat for 22 hours afterwards.
I remember from long ago on a trip to check on my Dad in Sedona when we made a side trip to the Great Hole In The Ground. We took the kids during Easter Vacation. It was in April that year so dumb me thought it would be not too cold. Ha Ha Ha Ha Gasp Choke!! We planned to camp out. Spent one night in a tent in Calico CA. Asked the ag inspector in Kingman if it was going to warm up. He said in a couple of months. There was two feet of snow in Williams. I remember that there was about 6 inches of snow on the ground at the Grand Canyon. We got the last available cabin. All in all the canyon was wonderful. We went to the ranger talk the next morning and we were in the fog. The room had a big window that was supposed to look out over the canyon. Nothing but fog. Then just as the ranger showed up to talk the fog lifted presenting the canyon as a multilayered cake frosted with snow. Beautiful!!
Great memories all. Not to sound needy but are you liking my pics? They aren't the usual fare (okay #2 is damn straight up touristy) and I'd appreciate feedback.
Breckenridge at 9200 ft was mid 40s night high 60s day. It snowed one night above 11k. Vegas was 100 before during and after we were there. I wore shorts regardless as even two generations away from New England wild temperature swings don't bother me.
An impressive share, I simply given this onto a colleague who was doing somewhat evaluation on this. And he the truth is bought me breakfast because I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I really feel strongly about it and love studying extra on this topic. If potential, as you develop into expertise, would you thoughts updating your weblog with extra details? It is highly helpful for me. Large thumb up for this weblog post! slots for real money

First!
Talk about a hole in the ground!
I heard about a lot of restaurants closings in Flagstaff due to the minimum wage increase. Did you see any evidence of this?

Worth every penny.
From the looks of the food it would be worth a premium. Not exactly Denny's $2-4-6-8 menu.

Another great deal.
Maybe Canada invades us. I surrender, i surrender.
We’d have to ask them to invade nicely.
I'm sure they will be polite. Alex Trebek can be vice pres/PM.
Love the RV, modest breakfast lavish lunch or dinner.
What would Canada be with out us? Just Kidding but Crazy T is fixing a lot of what should have been done decades ago.

North Mexico?
Our downstairs AC broke. It's Trump's fault.
Kali is Mexico now.
A/C a Chimerica product?

Dunno.
Odds of the 2 weirdos making a reasonable treaty?

As promised. A new post already.
