I'm looking to rent someone's credit and make it worth your while. I will pay $7,000 if you can buy my house and I will continue making all the payments after the purchase. I will remain the owner and a contract will be in place, and eventually transfer the house back to my name. I make enough to where I cannot get help but received a pay cut that I'm in a bit of trouble so I'm left with looking to make a short sale.

----
Just exactly is he "renting?" Where does he get $7000 to pay you at close. What do you want to bet that once you "own" "his" house complications develop.

A couple of years ago, someone was offering $50,000 to rent your credit. Now that was a first rate offer

So you buy the house in a short sale and he makes the payments on the reduced price? In other words, for $7,000 he can cut say $100000 off the price of his house, and live in the house rent free for a few months? I think this could be legitimate, I just don't see how he gets the house back in his name. Your name is on the deed, but he's making the payments. If he wants the house back, he has to pay market value, I suppose. Doesn't sound like it's worth the hassle for $7,000, and he's better off just getting a cheaper house.

Casey is currently thinner than ever and posing for "artistic" nudes with various objects in his mouth.

@Akubi

I am never going to click on that link and would you please never mention this again,

K, I warned you about "various objects in his mouth" - and the image that comes to mind is far more disgusting than the one presented. The fishnet outfit is the worst.
Speaking of fish and koi and such David Lynch is hoping to catch a Big One, but his taste in music has really gone downhill since Lost Highway.

It's all part of the cosmic unconsciousness!

If you liked the fishing video, check out the Octopus and Trout one.

Here's the Octopus and Trout linky: How To Make A Good Movie.
No, I'm not paid to provide these links, but I think it would be fun if everyone was a functionally "insane" as David Lynch.

Unemployment hit 11% here, and is expected to reach 14%.

How's Kalifornia doing?

Rob Dawg said...

Officially 10.3% and screaming upward but that's only because so many casual workers and Sched C and contractor worker types are never counted.

While things are going to get unbelievably bad California will form a shadow economy that will ultimately prove the way out.

Drug dealing, prostitution, gun running, immigrant smuggling, mortgage fraud, petty theft and Craigslist? Upward and onward California. Let us lead the way out of recession.

Rob,
What is your current prediction as of when the economy will start turning? Three, five years out?

Teri,

Be careful what you ask for!

Oh goody... one for citizens and legal aliens. Why should the "undocumenteds" have all the fun?

I like the idea! Some guy will pay me $7,000 and all I have to do is accept the full downside risk of his house!

Yup. I buy the place, he makes the payments. If the house goes up, he gets that... since we have a contract that says I'll sell it to him. If it goes down (more likely these days), then he simply walks away. Sure, I have a contract, but how am I going to collect?

Wow. $7k for all that risk. What a deal!!!

Someone email the guy for details on this $7K transaction. Should be good for a few laughs.
