Timewarp 2006
"In February [06], there was a 2.1-month supply of unsold new homes from Ventura County to the Mexican border", said Steve Johnson, director of the Southern California region for real estate consulting firm MetroStudy.
Also in February 2006, I had just finished fraudulently buying my second house out of what would become eight houses.
The second house netted me roughly $30K in cash-back-at-close, and I promptly defaulted on the mortgage and ran back to Mommy and Daddy. I'm still trying to figure out a way to pay every dirty penny...
Keith, over at Housing Panic, says that I'm ultimately the cause of the current worldwide recession and food riots. It's all good!!!
