Interesting that they decoupled after tracking so similarly. Has the demand for platinum in manufacturing gone down lately?

Did the world see that Casey is invested in GSPG and think "Casey in a gold producer? That means no more gold will be found ever!".

In any event, that is a much nicer picture to see than the two sumu's.

...or the 80s are back and men are now wearing a lot more gold neck chains? For more fun, overlay the gold chart with any of the shadow M3 charts.

I've also figured out that the pictures inspire the posts, and not the other way 'round.

Hey Rob,
Forgive me if this type of advice is something you would prefer not to give but...

I am looking for a solid local credit union for a decent amount of my savings (under 250k). The big banks are scaring the crap out of me and the distance between me and my ING account has always frightened me a bit. Have you looked into any of the local CUs? I really dont know the right questions to ask. Finance is not my area of expertise.

My God, how did we fall this far this fast?

We once laughed about it, but greedy idiots like Casey have destoryed the fabric of our country.

This is going to get ugly.

Time to go shopping for some protection from Mr Smith& Wesson. "When seconds count, the police are only minutes away"

Mike,
I use WFCU (Western Federal Credit Union). They are not the best because of some mergers leaving them with some expensive employees at the top but they are most definitely sound. The ATM access is top notch, lending is low, return rates are fair. The fees are absolutely the best ranging from none are you sure to wow, why so low?

As a general rule any CU is safer than a bank. The FDIC is running out of bullets to kill the vampires leaving only the stronger vampires. Not a good place.

Those of us who may or may not agree most certainly do not personally have a variety of self defense items. I promise. Theortically I can imagine those items of which I have no firsthand knowledge would involve scoped small bore precision deterrents and "can't miss" "you want a piece of this?" intimidation and concealed carry backup. Just thinking out loud.

I have not checked out the soundness of Golden One Credit Union, but I really like them.
