Even living there it it is finished ready to move in overpriced.
At $170k I'd buy it and taker my chances with no fire insurance.

Clear and back in the mid 50's today.
T keeps the board room fresh with another firing and keeps putting another notch in his belt. He's not doing to bad IMO. Hillary continues falling down stairs on her sob tour.
They had forecast as much as 24" at one point, but I think they've backed it off to 12 as of now...I hope it stays on the low side
