It's just cheap laminate but how it got on Craigslist for free is the story. Two fewer dwelling units in the area:

3ft some 1 and 2 foot prices. I would keep but won't be installing soon
enough.

I took a lot of good laminate flooring to the dump. Sad I had no rental empty or need for it. Even though of doing a small practice approach for bowling but no where to put it.

Y'know. I have never believed Trump actually colluded with Russia in 2016. I think Putin desperately wanted Trump as President and was petrified of having to deal with Hillary.
But, my take on what just happened is that Trump openly, brazenly, and in full view of the world just colluded with Putin to fix his NEXT election.
Because, basically, after the indictments handed down, and the public evidence to date regarding Russia's election interference - Trump's response pretty much says with no room for doubt -- "Help me get elected in 2020, and I don't care what my intel people find out, you're gold."

1 1/4" rain, 50MPH wind last night. No real damage but some tree clean up.
The lesser evil in my opinion. O did a lot of harm and it is hard to back pedal to come up with solution with out a war. Everybody wins but loses something at the same time. The big picture will tell. IMO.

Well now Trump is backtracking again. I actually don't think it was because of criticism. It think this is just what the man does, and you can't believe anything he says whether or not you agree with him or whether it seems sensible or not. Therefore it seems best to ignore him until impeachment proceedings are initated.

I think the Dems have gone so overboard with this collusion and treason crap, that more people in the middle will go over to the Trump side. Good luck with that impeachment (much less conviction) of Trump.
Doesn't congress have to initiate impeachment? Not gonna happen any time soon. When he first took the job, it didn't look like he even wanted it. Now, I wouldn't be surprised to see Trump 2020.

It's amazing... in attempting to take down Trump the Dems are demonizing Russia to the point of starting WWIII... and any war with Russia would almost certainly decimate every blue district in the country. They're trying very hard to cut their own throats.

If Trump said he believes Putin over the US intelligence services there would be nothing treasonous about it, despite what John Brennan says. The intelligence services are not the country, the US, or even the government of the country for that matter. However, the intelligence services have been involved in an attempt to overthrow the government of the US by a coup against a duly elected POTUS over the last 18 months. That is in fact treason.

He wants half a mill, which is expensive here, even if it's a slum there. The prospective buyer sez he'll offer 400k, but it's only an acre and a half. I think they will settle in the middle. First house I've seen for sale on this street for a year?, 2? I think the wife got dementia.
More subdivisions are opening up. But none of them are affordable for the lower middle class and only a few for the mid middle class. Developers say they make no money on the hundred

Yep. I don't buy in to the college stuff. It has become more of a social status for most. I would rather buy them a house if they learn independence and understand money/wealth building. Already got the coffee mug. LOL!
If I had worked at the print shop instead of going to college and put the money into Apple stock I'd have owned the print shop for the last 30 years and be a billionaire.
