Answer: $450,383,005.00

Question: How much has Angelo Mozilo realized in stock options since 20 Jun '04?

The puts and shorts are so juicy. I can't wait to hear the positions we are taking.

Now.. if only that picture had green hair.... 8-)

Imagine what I could do with $450Mil, or $225Mil/year. Boggles the mind.

I have 100 contracts for Sept $15 puts. Buying on this short of timeframe is gambling, but the odds are in my favor and I can afford the loss.

Puts on what issue.. CFC?

BJ,
Listen to the two here who have paid for a BMW in the last three weeks with puts and shorts. Me? I'm a freakin' chicken, sorta. I tend to invest in events I understand. I didn't think I understood CFCs position enough so I didn't invest. Same reason you won't find me near silver.

Everybody: New pictures and events at 410 Avocado! New post later today.

Question:

Which oompa loompa made 450 million screwing over all the other oompa loompas?

Why is this man smiling? 'Cause he just made four hundred and fifty million freaking dollars, you W-2 loosers.

And just landed a huge contract as a spokesman for a tanning oil and collar starch start-up. "Keeps my hair, teeth, and shirts their whitest, while keeping my skin a toasty orange brown!"

Other Things That Annoy Me Dept.:

Why is Hugh Hewitt shilling for a no-doc mortgage company at this late date? Some guy called mortgage minute man or some damn insane thing.

Correction, Angelo made $338,000,000 once you deduct the option cost.

Yes, it's still an ungodly sum of cubic money and the whole thing stinks.

I would use options (puts/calls) instead of shorting. The 'bailout' on options is generally less expensive. I was just wondering which issue because CFC is not the only one in trouble.. though it is the only one I know that is run by an oompa-loompa..

The other problem is that I don't have the spare time to watch the stock because of my W-2..

One thing to make the coin. Another to hold onto it.

I hear the lawyers have already started filing charges against CFC mgt on fraud since they knew the stock was about to tank because of liquidity issues and sold their shares while telling everyone "all is well".

In this case, it looks like a slam dunk even more impressive that someone going after Snowflake.
