YES, definitely curious about how the aquifers are supposed to recover. I'm also curious as to if the moisture drought has anything to do with the earthquake drought, and what effect this monsoon of late will change that.

Just got back. Clearing nicely. Waiting for the long range forecast. NorCal looks cold enough that much will be snow and not a flooding problem.
The rainwater is red because water in California is for fighting over. That and a couple drops of pomegranate juice for the photo.

We also need to discuss LLs question about aquifers. When you collapse system they don't refill. Like a crumbly old sponge you let dry out.
