2600sf+ and a very usable deck and of course the garden shed of spousal exile ~340sf. 2 car garage is oversized as well.
About the same here. Covered Porch instead of deck. Acreage. Fewer flowers, more sawgrass!! More turtles too.
A good size for us. When we get old the largest step is the mandated 6 inches to the garage. Other than that carpet and wood floor strips aren't even a 1/4 inch tall inside.
Now -if- I can get Zillow to leave 2 lbs of gold every month instead of these damn bricks of cash I can use those for doorstops.
