If we had 7 inches of rain tomorrow, we would be in trouble. The water table is right up to the surface, and above next door. My phone doesnt like the letter p any more. The last reporting. . . Also a broker was pointing out the obvious- you can't get a mtg with a broken roof.
You can have it. I was really worried about being flooded last nite, and my neighbor prolly worried more. One person the hub taked too had fiends over and they could not leave because their driveway was flooded.
