Irma Gonna Go Someplace
The "spaghetti models" keep shifting ever westward but look at all those models running straight up the State. Keep a weather eye open.
Yeah. Some of them are dead on. I got destroyed once totally. Don't need to do it again. But planning to go to Shands in Gainesville for some testing. If we have to runn, various places to go to.
watching a Canadian Football League game on ESPN3 (don't judge me!!) up in Toronto..they are having a weather delay..I think it's the remnants of Harvey (I'm not kidding)..what a storm!!
I hope Irma is not a " what a storm ". I hope by tomorrow I'll know where we stand and if all the hurricane improvements we did heLPS any. But it's a 4 and that's very very bad.
I'm actually considering boycotting the NFL games this year. Gonna be tough because the Seahawks look primed for a SB run..but the whole thing with the players protesting during the NA has me reconsidering my interest in this sport..
Seahawks and Patriots look to be advantaged if the league is serious about faster games. I have Brady and Gronk in my fantasy lineup but if they each only play three quarters it won't win me matchups.
Everyone needs to ignore the anthem protests. No coverage, no commenting. After a few games of getting ignored one of them is going to ask "did you see me?" To which the reply should be "we also saw you pick your nose. Are either football relevant?"

can't wait for the next time the owners and players union meet for contract talks (2020??) and the owners offer the players much less money..directly reflecting the decreased tv viewership that the players actions have caused.
He gets, car, boat, and every thing else sick. No trains, no Disney rides, no buses or canoes. No airplanes. He can drive a car, but not be diven. He can ride a horse He can't ride in the dark or for more than 3 1/2 hours. This as all gotten worse as he gets older.
He's not a meteologist,.but an earth and planetary scientist with NOAH. Kept trying to ride on the hurricane flights with different drugs. Finally he was banned from all fight because the groaning and throwing up bothered the other scientists and he got banned
Then he worked at the State attys office, then NASA. Now retired, and taking writing courses. He was talking about another course and I said , you don't mEan your getting another degree? And he said why not it might be useful. That would be four.

Hurricanes and fires every where. I would own a trailer in either environment, leave and buy one to replace it after the devastating event.

read somewhere the Cape just coughed up even a bigger storm behind Irma...hope not..thoughts and prayers for everyone in the path..

Isn't Gainesville inland? Used to pass it on I75. Truckers used to call it "cow town"... Or was that Ocala? Nah... Ocala was"camper town"...
