It's senseless to pay that kind of rent (taxes) for a "cute" little shack, let alone the price of entry...

Wouldn't surprise me that the 1200sf included the patio under roof. Also; "An additional structure features the third bedroom and bath offering your guests a little privacy when desired or use it as a studio for your creations. " Probably includes that. It might not be clear but you can click on the address in the post to go to the zillow listing.

Notice that property taxes are quite a bit above the Prop 13 supposed 1% cap.
Ford. I have a partial sell order active until close of market today. $10.90 basis for the 1k shares I used as an example of my money/mouth would be sold at $12.28. Let's see. Nota bene. I never talked about my total Ford exposure or position.
I misspoke. I expect this "cutie" to either go for $1.1m - $1.2m soon or go off market because the "owner" will take it off the market unwilling to give it away.
The current "ower" appears to be rather deep under water, unless a greater fool comes along. So dropping off the market is a distinct possibility.
