Anyone Believe Him?

• Received a couple of more job offers, in web / IT type of work. Updating my resume and checking into those.

BS. He's got multiple offers and he's updating his resume?

• Talked with my accountant about domain sale, taxes, etc.
• Talked with bankruptcy attorney
• Talked with business attorney to see if there is any progress on the lawsuit.
• Talked with a corporation attorney about my corporation
• Talked with the other defense attorney
(I’m starting to love attorneys, expensive but necessary.)

BS. Anybody who can afford an accountant, two marriage counselors and FOUR attorneys has so much money that they don't have Casey's problems.

•Setting up an appointment with two different marriage counselors. Might as well get some professional help. This is just for myself for now, hopefully for BOTH of us one of these days. Who knows. I’ve screwed up enough that I can only work on myself and hope for the best.

Okay, now with this last we see what the Caseyworld£ RDF does. Translating; he read some want ads, intends to hire a raft of attorneys and is unwilling to accept that his marriage is all but over. That last cannot , cannot get any better until Casey gets himself straightened out first. Not simultaneously, first.

This is a to do list not a done list. A CYA post to prove he was turning his life around for whomsoever he is trying to fool this time. No one buys it.

A lot of attornies will give 15 minutes free just to size up your case and see if they want you as a client. He probably got good advice in those free minutes. He has paid one attorney that is dealing with Mark.

as far as the marriage counselors, one is probably his pastor and the other is going to cost $100 for an hour of time.

From reading that mortgage fraud blog, it seems all the action is back East.

Georgia, Florida, New York etc. Nothing from Az or Ca.
Is everyone pretending things are going get better if they don't spook the sucke,..err I mean buyers or is Casey's pixey dust flying high and far on the West coast?

As for young fliptard, could he be covering tracks before he takes off with the IAFF money and hides under a rock for 10 years.

Yes, it seems like he is in some time warp. He talks about a possible sale, yet Mr Krowne is now listed as the owner. Something seems a little "off" - not that this hasn't been uttered before in reference to Casey.

I like all lawyers he's suddenly got in tow.

@ Agent #777,

I saw your post about missing the HaterZ meet up, and yea, we can try again.

Honestly Wondering, from Lake Mary has disappeared from the EN board.

Anyway, hope you had a great trip.

E mail Alpha Dawg and he can give you my e mail address.

He's just using the "first 30 minutes free consultation", or he's using up the last bits of corporate credit or he's got an advance off the buyer. I now think that the last is the most likely explanation and, of course, who is Prince Sadim going to spend it on? Himself of course.

Arthur Wankspittle said...

I would also say he's back on an up cycle. He's still delusional, I do think he has NPD. It was discussed on here a long time ago that he is un-employable, and to add to those difficulties he is currently homeless.
"We need to run a credit check as part of the application process Mr Serin, so what's your current address?"
Chances of passing? delta x of 0 as we used to say. (polite version)

Too easy, he's trolling again.

The URL sale isn't final. The buyer has a 2 day "inspection period". Who knows that thats supposed to mean it sounds to me like a Casey "I have 2 days to decide not to sell it to you" period.

Agent #777 said...

How do you know this?

Did he post that on CH.c?

Did he provide the rest of the terms, like did he get all cash, or is it spread out over a year or two?

I think that he is planning on taking off overseas again, perhaps for good. Could it be that he was foreshadowing with the Norway post?

Wish I could buy property like that. Get my name on the title then have 2 days to change my mind.
I think the buyer has been shrewd and has given Prince Sadim a bit of money up front once his (the buyer's) name is on the title.

The ultimate revenge would be if the new owner of IAFF did put down a small amount and now with his name on the site he stiffs Casey for the rest!

Surely he could sign a promissory note for the balance? (How do you get smilies on here again?)

Agent #777 said...

I think Casey would only be a "cash on the barrel head" type guy. I don't think he would go for a contract and terms, because people just ignore those all the time - don't they?

Although if he wanted to enforce it, I am sure he could, with his team of lawyers.

Arthur Wankspittle said...

Wouldn't you love to see Casey get "Casey'd"?
Buyer: "I can't pay you now I've got this court case coming up and you know how expensive lawyers are. I can pay you in full when I win the case (* subject to nothing else coming along that I can think of that I might need the money for)"
Casey: "But, but... we had an agreement..."
Buyer: "That was days ago.."

Just wanted to say that the picture is brilliant. I'm still laughing.

I cannot believe he has 4 lawyers. Most personal lawyers (i.e. the type an individual would hire for this stuff) tend to be jack of all trades. They may have a focus area, but you can hire one firm to handle a personal bankruptcy, a minor business lawsuit and corporate matters.

Criminal defense is its own beast, but in most towns, you can find a small shop, usually run by an former DA, who handles that along with everything else. Granted, when the feds come after you you might want to upgrade...

Casey,

I would imagine something is going on with you and/or this blog that we dont know about.

I notice you say things such as mentioning different types of attorneys (SEO reasons)as I believe there is more to it than just mentioning you visited with these attorneys. Why would SEO matter at this point?

You never did mention a formal criminal charge or indictment at all just the possibility? What is really going on with that?

Eric said...

I would bet this is part of their deal for transitioning the site. He will start trying to build seo terms related to sueing mortgage lenders and such.

Buyer: Finance me the sale of your blog for no money down and some sweet cash back and I'll pay you back with interest after I flip it. LMAO!

Does anyone know how much fliptard eventually sold the domain for? I am assuming he didn't get his $100k, otherwise he'd be bouncing off the walls in glee. $50k? $30k?

I'd piss myself laughing if we discovered he got a price which was the same or less than Duane offered.

Eric said...

I'm not sure about the details or if there was money afterwards, but I've been informed it was $50K.

Unknown said...

@SouthernBread,

Did you get the $50K info from a reputable source, i.e. not Casey himself?

When you have committed as many crimes and screwed up as much as Casey has you need a LARGE clean up crew.

If you needed your house cleaned after a party you would higher a single house keeper, but if your house was the Metrodome after Katrina one house keeper ain't going to do it.

When you are a Katrina sized mess you need a Katrina sized clean up crew.

@roger,

Very true, but the issue here is that Casey doesn't have much money, at least as far as he says himself.

So, either these other 3 lawyers are 15-minute free consultations, or he's making it up. It wouldn't be the first time Casey imagines himself talking with his high-power team.

It's upsetting to see how he now says that G's credit card debt is HERS... and he might help with that. I smell a sweet imagined deal in which he gives her a little money for her debt ($100) in exchange for all those documents he can't get his hands on. What a scumbag!

Rob, everyone, this is a great blog post about Casey. The title says it all (but the body helps hehe)

$50k?

Now I am curious. I wonder which of his creditors is first in line for that amount.

Eric said...

I have been impressed with Casey's recent plans.

Where can I hire this kid for a high paying job requiring good judgment and critical thinking skills?

Arthur Wankspittle said...

The more I think about this, the more likely I think the payments will be staged and conditional. Think about it, how else would you attract and deal with Prince Sadim?
I'll give you $50k for your blog, $5k now then $5k's and $10k's conditional on a,b,c and x,y,z.
Casey can go boasting about how he sold it for $50k.
Buyer will get it for $5k because Casey will never follow through with a,b,c and x,y and z. Win-win! Sweet!

Rob Dawg said...

$50k? A dollar a day for fifty thousand days. Sweeet passive income.

This just shows what a nasty piece of work Casey is really. Money for a raft of lawyers but none to clear the debts he's saddled upon his wife.

it would appear Aaron Krowne posted on IAFF a while back: http://iamfacingforeclosure.com/132/2007-goal#comment-23407

Also would appears Krowne has been added to the banned words filter.

Krowne appears to be in the middle of a lawsuit and is seeking donations for his defense, yet he has $50K to throw at Casey. Strange.

Eric said...

I thought that was odd also. How can you beg for donations and still afford to buy Casey's domain? He has to have something up his sleeve. I'm thinking he's going to setup another blog or something similar and attempt to bait us all again. Then I think he will try and get the advertisers back.
