Pick Your Favorite Feature
Sometimes a property has everything. Not this time. What is the worst characteristic?
$320/sf?
4600sf lot?
Built 1932?
Microscopic rooms?
Proximity to a busy road?
Some kind of pipe running through the yard?
The yard?
R-2 windows?
The price?
Reading about Leonardo Da Vinci. Yeah he was gay; I knew that. BUT he hired /adopted a boy to be a trainee/assistant at 10. He was called by the author of this book a scamp, but by 15 he was Leonardo's boy lovers. Nobody seemed to be upset about it.
Back in those days they had no qualms about even castrating a male child if they thought it might improve their prospects. That send harsher than renting them one out to a quirky artist
Just got back from a local political fund-raiser at Echo Beach adjacent.
Some developer bought off a couple of local pols and thought he was going to put 400 units of ultra-dense apartment development on public property that is deeded for public use and access.
The place was full to overflowing with donors who plan to put a stop to it. Even Flynn showed up to speak some lines that were carefully crafted by the attorneys... ;-)
