Not quite that bad. Arneill Road that has a freeway interchange. The freeway is about 400 yards to the left of the picture but Arneill is about 25 feet from the back door. Not much of a yard for $2700. It just kills me that earning $120k/yr doesn't get you a cheap house but barely this POS rental.
