Hey rob, while in seattle did you get the feeling like it was New england but prettier and the pine trees are on roids? when i have been to the pac NW i always feel like i am in Maine, just with bigger trees and mountains.

Robbo is trolling with staged pictures just like I used to do all the time! Sweet. :-)

A butterfly landing on a flower? A leopard peering out from behind bushes? 2.2 million bucks says the Walrus copied the pix from another site. ;-)

Ctulhu 2008?

Those downward pointing pentangles are symbols of devil worship, and I see three of them.

Yes, Ctulhu 2008. Our campaign slogan; "Why vote for the lesser evil?"

My copy of The Necronomicon decribes The Revered Old One thus: "...a monster of vaguely anthropoid outline, but with an octopus-like head whose face was a mass of feelers, a scaly, rubbery-looking body, prodigious claws on hind and fore feet, and long, narrow wings behind. ...the long, curved claws of the doubled-up, crouching hind legs gripped the front edge and extended a quarter of the way clown toward the bottom of the pedestal. The cephalopod head was bent forward, so that the ends of the facial feelers brushed the backs of huge fore paws."

Of course no one has gazed upon His Magnificence and retained sanity as we are wont to judge it but hints of the awesome power may be glimpsed here: http://horrorsnotdead.com/images/cthulhu.jpg

"Why vote for the lesser evil?" ROFL! Speaking of which...how does one put this delicately? ...I thought that you lost a few pounds? And I don't mean when the tin of butter cookies slid under the couch cushions?

Rob Dawg said...

Yeah, 25lbs. Doesn't it show? Mostly because I found some old sandwiches and a six pack I had forgotten about in a belly fold. That helped.

Lost Cause said...

Yes, the 25 lbs shows. It really does. Yup, I see it.

My elephantine memory recollects that you weigh about what I weigh, and there is no way that I look like that.

Is there?

194 yesterday for the doctor (5'10"). Of course that picture isn't me but the one really bad pic you've seen isn't representative either. Now that I'm probably not going to die at any moment getting back to a reasonable weight has been easy. The cause and effect chain was that the heart failure caused the unusual weight gain not the other way around. My cardiologist was very surprised because he says most bypass patients gain weight. I'll post a real torso shot soon to show off my scar and let you judge for yourself. Hope my photoshop isn't too rusty. ;-)

And remember voting Ctulhu '08 means never having to say you're part of the problem.
