I dare say near everyone participating here is in one of those Counties.

You will find Ventura in the middle between Hartford and Worcester.

First.
Yep Brevard County is one, even though by my standards it is a rather small county and is devoid of what I would call a Big City.
The book I am reading sez that George Washington participated in, or at least did not stop, a massacre of French soldiers, who it turned out were on a peaceful mission. He didn't ask. No military training. 22 years old.
Son informs me Comey testified that there is an investigation of Russian election interference, with conni ance of Trump campaign.
This is not good for the country. I was hoping to grin and bear it for the next 4 years.
comey sees himself as Kingmaker??
Tillerson, former pres CEO of ExxonMobil mobile is 4th in line.
LBD might not live in one...I doubt that sporkfed does, though he never made the jump from HCN
LBD? Maybe. I was surprised all those dinky Massachusetts counties were top providers. Hampden? Equally surprised at how few in Texas made the cut.
"Comey sees himself as Kingmaker??"
Not sure. I think he is looking to survive whatever transpires. Never liked that in a person. Reinforced by watching the movie "Valkyrie" yesterday. A rare case of my enjoying a Tom Cruise performance.
Hub think s he has a 10 year term and not service at the pleasure.
Wiki sez he can be fired.
Worcester and Middlesex now aren't as dinky as you remember
He threatened to tender his resignation back when he was prez. I doubt that he's a very nice guy, but he sends intent on protection his and his organization's reputation. That's something...
GWB... DYAC
Worcester and Middlesex now aren't as dinky as you remember
Middlesex I understand. Framingham/Natick I don't need GPS to navigate even now.
What's the attraction to Worcester?
All Comey has managed is to make all sides (there are many more than two) that he can be trusted but absolutely cannot be relied upon.
It is not where I would choose to be.
Damn you spell check.
Glorious.
Hub likes that formulation.
They had surrendered.
Dunno... Maybe cuz you can get a place for under $600k
True, but it's where I like the FBI director being. If he were in someone's pocket it would worse
J Edgar had everybody where he wanted them.
What I got out of the Comey hearing thus far is the comment that Russia seeks to undermine US democratic institutions. The conclusion is that they have succeeded wildly beyond their imaginations in this regard by putting a cloud over the Trump administration for the duration.
Interesting take.
Does anybody think we don't try to do the same thing?
If it weren't Russia, it would be something else. Like conflict of interest with the govt and some of his businesses?
>If it weren't Russia, it would be something else.
Yeah, but having it be about Russia puts an especially nasty twist to the story. (Traitor, Manchurian candidate, yada yada.)
10 year yield sinking downward.
WikiLeaks must've leaked the cia's playbook to them
Russia seeks to undermine US democratic institutions.
I will buy "infiltrate."
And diverts the discussion at from bubba's treachery with China.
McCarthy was eventually crucified for trying to weed out Comsymps from the US government, though there were certainly more then than there are now

Of course we shouldn't feel special in the US.
Russia seeks to undermine all democratic states.
Russia cheats. RUSSIA would like a piece of it's empire back. So?
We know where they are coming from and ought to be able to be able to deal with them in a strong but civilized manner.
Humh?
Russia mainly wants it's empire back, I think. Think how humiliated we would feel if we lost Alaska?
>Russia cheats. RUSSIA would like a piece of it's empire back.
Never could figure that out.
Russia is the largest country in the world by land mass, yet they feel the need to control adjacent countries for some reason.
Aside from the Urals and the Caucasus, Russia is damn near flat. They've had marauding hordes running through their country since before Genghis Khan right up until Hitler. It's no wonder they don't want hostiles right on the border. The last time Hitler made it from Central Poland to the outskirts of Moscow in just a few months, and probably would've taken it if Winter hadn't set in.
>They've had marauding hordes running through their country since before Genghis Khan right up until Hitler.
Yeah, but we don't have marauding hordes anymore. We're civilized now!

So that's where Marbury vs Madison cane from...
Depends on whether you call the Waffen SS civilized or not... That only ended a decade or so before I was born...
A draft top post post apparently posted.
Not me the county has about 30+K population The city is around 22K. Cows and corn rule!
