Nigel's Sites are so Bad...

"Nigel's sites are so bad..." "How bad are they?" "Nigel's sites are so bad that posters put in their two cents and demand change back.

Alright not so funny. That's why I was hoping to hear you do better. I mean I feel like I loose intelligence just by visiting. It seems as if he visits real economics blogs and writes up the opposite for his commentary.

PR Newswire:

"In an effort to expand his base of blogs about insignificant real estate markets, No longer aspiring to be a web journalist and happy with his place mortgage broker Nigel Swaby is set to launch quinterkansasrealestate.blogspot.com.

'I have always been interested in being the biggest fish in the smallest pond, so I plan to roll out no less than 10 new micromarket blogspot real estate sites over the course of the next year,' Swaby said.

'With 3 homes for sale in Quinter, one certainly can not make the argument that there is an inventory issue HERE!' Quinter, whose population crested the 900 mark in 2003 is a quiet community whose market appears to be unaffected by the nationwide housing slowdown. As a result, Swaby has contacted David Crisp of Bakersfield to pitch a high-rise luxury condo development. "I haven't heard back yet, but I think it's a homerun!" In the meantime, the award winning blogger will continue to focus his efforts on starting blog fights with people more intelligent than himself, and find other income streams while SLC real estate continues to appreciate in value at a 20% per year clip. "It's been extremely hard to do all of this blogging with the shit-ton of mortgages I've been brokering, but hey, if you want to make a name for yourself, wear pleather, drive a used beemer and have a pool, you've got to work hard, and spell right!"

Good morning to you FMW and everyone else.

The I-5 in Los Angeles is closed in both directions because of flying embers from the Griffith Park Fire. Should be interesting to watch the traffic cams.

R-Boy said...

Uh Rob,

Explain what I-5 is and its importance in LA commuting for us East Coasters.

Hello America,
I'm Cotton Swaby. I like to play expert on the Internet. I'm here to tell you about mortgages and my company, High Cotton Loans. We are offering first time buyers special programs in order to keep those Salt Lake City home prices rising. We can put you in a new home today! Low low monthly payments! Buy here, pay here! I need your help in order to make my crystal ball prognostications come true. We also have an award winning blog about all things everywhere. I like to paraphrase others and toss in a few little tidbits of my own that I discovered somewhere on the net. So again, why am I talking to you today? To emphasize buy buy buy. Keep this economy rolling. We can do your mortgage and offer you foreclosure advice if you get into trouble. I've found my niche and I've plenty of irons in the fire. Remember, 'award winning' means no one else entered.

This was a paid announcement by Cotton Swaby. Cotton Swaby may be a compensated actor.

One of the fires is about 3.5 miles from my place. We have had a smokey smell in the house the last two nights.

That Casey son-of-a-bitch always has a neat way of writing his blogs to suggest that he'll pay back borrowed money, doesn't he?

Bastard hasn't paid back ANY dirty penny and doesn't plan to with the corp cash he "borrowed" to pay his personal bills. What a little biotch!

Yeah, Nigel is also a wanna-be financial analyst, letting us know the state of the market narrowed down in a small neck of the country where they don't even allow music. From selling "olympic pins" to becoming an expert in mortgages, only because banks allow easy credit to people who can't afford to pay them back! This made Swaby and expert alright! He'll be back to selling left over pins in a few months!

Anyways he's one ugly homely dude!

I think I-5 is the I-95 of L.A., only with I-66-at-rush-hour type traffic. Shutting it down would be the equivalent of shutting down I-95 North and South heading into a holiday weekend.

I hope the Zoo is OK, I have very fond memories of that place as a child. If Hollywood or Glendale get a little de-congested courtesy of the fire, that's not as big a deal. It's only a matter of time before massive wildfires roll back a little of the development in the West (much as hurricanes have done for the Gulf Coast), but I digress.

I-5 runs North/South through LA and is one of the most congested freeways down here. Shutting it down around Griffith park means all those folks that live north of Glendale will have lots of fun getting into the city.

I-5 also runs south to SD, north to Sacramento and all the way to the Canadian border.

Shutting down I-5 means it'll take me about 15 minutes to go from March lane via Pershing Ave to get some decent Mexican food on Charter Way in Stockton, CA!

Nigels "predictions" regarding the Fed and rates....

Yeah dumbass, you and millions of other people made the same prediction - one that was more than obvious to anyone who can read.

I hope I can be excused for getting back on topic. ;-)

I saw this little nugget in the paper the other day, and meant to post it. Sorry if this has already been posted here.

"The good news is Florida is no longer the mortgage-fraud leader. UTAH is tops, according to the Mortgage Asset Research Institute. "

Anonymous said...

Yeah I bet Nigel is really raking in the leads like he claims.

Just like the whole world linking to his "award winning" blog that people only read for a good laugh.

He's such a deluded twerp.

Nigel's sites are so bad...

Even fellow gay rights activists refuses to link to his sites.

Rob Dawg said...

Thanks 777. I'm not surprised UTAH! has floated to the top of the mortgage fraud cesspool. Look at our own little turd of a junior broker to see just how professional the industry is there. THe State board issues regulations that in no uncertain terms prohibits its members from prognostigating on interest rates and Nigel decides that only means when he's talking directly to customers. The guy's capacity for self delusion speaks poorly of te entire industry.

"The good news is Florida is no longer the mortgage-fraud leader. UTAH is tops, according to the Mortgage Asset Research Institute. "
Let's guess what won't be the topic of the next blog on SLC. Or will it be that Utah mortgage brokers are intelligent but not astute?
Nigel's problem is that he takes himself so seriously with his "spur of the moment" replies but doesn't stop to think that he may be contradicting himself from some time earlier. Someone has a Nigel "verbiage-o-meter" or similar. I want to start recording MTBC (that's mean time between contradictions). The next one I'll be looking out for is this relating to foreclosures "Even prosperous places! Do tell the details. There are none. " So nowhere prosperous is facing foreclosure? Cape Coral Florida? (Where Jeff has 3? properties, also home to the well known poor man Russ Whitney isn't it?) Now I've not been to Florida for many years but I don't recall that part being "not prosperous". Estimated MTBC 2 days if he gets any replies on his blog.

Anonymous said...

Just realised, Casey must have bought in places that just weren't "prosperous". Just think how useful that 20/20 hindsight would have been. Casey would still be OK now or at least would have broken even. All he needed to have done was buy in "prosperous" areas.

Nigel's sites are so bad, Al Quaida wouldn't post their beheadings on them.

Okay, I could have sworn that I already posted this, but I'm just back from a trip and a bit out of it.

Isn't this month the one-year anniversary of Nigel getting his cute little mortgage lending certificate?

We should send him a cake with one candle in it so he can puff his chest and feel like a big boy.

I mean, that's such a milestone! Think about the untold thousands of lenders out there who do not have Nigel's industry training in award-winning buggering, uh, blogging!

I like the idea of Nigelwatch. My neighborhood has several multimillion dollar foreclosures and we've barely begun.

I just compared the entire State of Utah to the County of Ventura. Utah 3,912 houses worth more than a million. Ventura 14,465. Talk about a small fish in a smaller pond.

But your neighborhood just can't be prosperous, an award winning blogger says so.

Morning Haterz,

Couldn't get enough of Nigel's award winning commentary on DHC? THIS is what Nigel is talking about! You all come here and denegrate Nigel's greatness and that is just wrong. Nigel doesn't have to take this you know. Nigel finds all of you immoral AND amoral. Yes, Nigel said it --- AMORAL AND IMMORAL DAMMIT!

And Miguel, don't be an a-hole! Nigel says it's Alternate Take not Alternative Take! Why would Nigel refer to music in order to defend Nigel's bestest pal in the world, Casey Serin?

You Haterz are despicable and Nigel hatez you all.

Swaby OUT!

Nigel Loves Nigel said...

Asspeth,

Thankz so much for sending Nigel a cake. Nigel hopes you do send him something. Then Nigel will hire Nigel's forensic accountant buddy who will track you down so Nigel can post the findings.

Yes, Haterz, Nigel sees this as a win-win. SLC is kicking butt, loans in SLC are making Nigel money, Nigel owns a pool and Nigel has a foreclosure site coming.

It's all coming up Nigel!

Swaby OUT!

Anonymous said...

Why would you need a foreclosure site when SLC is growing at 20%?

Rob Dawg said...

Nigel Immoral Amoral Swaby is starting his foreclosure site for Northern California having stolen the idea from Dandelion. Utah at 2.6 million and all of its special circumstances is just not a leading or trailing indicator for other regions. Now that it is also the leader in mortgage fraud we can expect the classic overregulation that will force the likes of Nigel out of the industry.

Nigel's advice to people facing foreclosure.

"Facing foreclosure is a lot like cleaning a pool... like *my* pool for instance, which is indoors, so it doesn't need to be cleaned so much, so maybe foreclosure doesn't need to be cleaned so much; but I *should* mention that I have an indoor pool... which requires little care.

Anonymous said...

Nigel's blogs are so bad, companies pay him *not* to link them on his site.

Anonymous said...

Nigel Immoral Amoral Swaby is starting his foreclosure site for Northern California...

How is he allowed to do that given that his license is presumably for Utah. I recall he had some deal set up with someone in the area but on the basis of the above, I can set up a foreclosure referral site. Surely there is some possibility of licensing being required?
