TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS OF IAFF BLOG Please take notice that any transfer of the IAmFacingForeclosure.com domain name, is subject reversal under California law. Under stipulated settlement pursuant to California law, Casey Serin DOES NOT have sale rights. Therefore should money exchange between you and Casey Serin for a sale of said domain, such a sale is subject to reversal by court order.
Too much weirdness. My guess is Casey wants out of the deal and has received advice on how to do that. Personally I don't understand the need for drama. Either Case is taken to court or he isn't. At this point all involved should return to court ( hopefully Casey will have proper legal representation) and this matter can be settled once and for all.
Like I said since Casey "promised to come cleam". I told YOU and Duane that he was playing both of you.
I am into giving people a second chance, but Casey has already demonstrated who he is REPEATELY.
The only thing that makes sense for me as you why you and Duane keep coming back for more PAIN and EMBARRESTMENT, is that you both have a financial stake in this.
I hope not. Having said that, I hope you take Casey to the cleaners and proceed with your legal actions.

This is precisely why I have extended to Casey so much leeway and room, such much benefit of doubt so as to counter those erroneous claims that I took advantage of him. Nothing could be further from the truth! Were the latter not so, why would I be willing to present the Settlement Agreement before the court’s scrutiny?
In any case, I should not say more; I’ve a hearing to prepare for next week. Although I do appreciate your sentiments and respectful comments... Suffice then that there has been a method to what only appears to be my madness, all along.
We outsiders obviously don't know a lot of the inner happenings, but looking at all of these things from the outside, it's begining to look like a circus show with Casey being the ring leader.

I see Casey already spinning things his way at IAFF about you and Duanne.
I hope, I really hope that since Casey has pretty much made a fool of you by now, that you don't back down and accept his BS any longer. I know you already said you wont, so I hope I am wont be reading how all is good yet again in the near future.

For CH.c try deleting your cookies before returning to the page. I found the old cookies were preventing me from logging on. No problem once deleted.

Close down all web pages (IE). Clear out all cookies, open new IE window, go to the site and just log in.
It worked for me. Never got the emails, but I was able to log in.
