Vent Get It All Out

There isn't going to be anything interesting happening in Caseyworld™ for a while. Casey may bloviate or try to justify his bizarre behavior but he is effectively emasculated and just spinning in place. The important thing to watch out for is money. If he is allowed near any substantial source he has the potential todo great mischief. I think he's going to run but understand I have absolutely no information to that end. So, post, vent, get it out of your system because there's nothing else happening.

Casey's latest from IAFF:
How long will this abuse of our legal system continue?

How long indeed.

Come on Rob. This break in the action is your opportunity to come out with the big story everyone is wanting to hear.

Casey is heading to Nigeria! Not only does the Nigerian government not cooperate with the US, but it'd give him a chance to get back in touch with his ethical and moral roots!

Seriously though, do we at least know if he's welcome at his parent's house anymore? Or has that door closed?

Rob why don't you go to court today to throw tomatoes at Casey and hold Mark's pickle?

Your support of this prick Mark Villasenor is tarnishing your reputation. I think Mark is worse than Casey.

I hope next time you have legal problems like DUI or something some dick like Mark shows up to waste your time, money, and energy. And the haterz contact MADD and ask the judge for maximum sentence. It could happen to anyone.

And I hope when that happens to you Duane shows up to separate you from your wife and you can communicate thru Duane to her.

Why dont you invite Mark Villasenor into your house after the court today for an update? He will probably slip and fall in your house and sue you for millions that is why. We all know he is that type of scum and so do you. Casey is a lazy idiot and you and Mark are creeping old cyber stalkers IMO.

That being said, this is very entertaining. hehe.

Catch up soon as should be back on properly later in the week.

I agree. Casey is a fool but I don't think he's a mean person. Mark V. on the other hand is an ambulance chaser. Any lawyer worth his pinstripe suit should be able to get this case tossed out of court. Unfortunately, Casey can never get his act together and I think he is still without legal representation.

OMG would you people please go attend the Lovein that has become IAFF. For crying out loud! Casey is a thief, con man, criminal, liar, and idiot. I think to the winner go the spoils. Just because he is going to get swindled by an even bigger con man than he is...that is no reason to jump all on Casey's side.

Why? Because of the way he treated his wife? No doubt the man is self-centered and narcissistic but I don’t find him deliberately hurtful or vindictive.

@RobDawg:

"Anyone who doesn't think Casey is mean is lying. Just flat out lying. You cannot post on the subject without knowing at least the public aspects of his cruelty."

Just because Casey is "mean", it doesn't follow that LMP can't be just as mean or meaner. AFAIK Casey has never threatened to rip anyone's f****in' throat out. Doesn't that sound like a "mean" thing to do?

Again, it's the old "enemy of my enemy is my friend" mentality. The haterz hate Casey. LMP is sticking it to Casey. Therefore the haterz must love Casey. Sorry, it doesn't work. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" meme has led to all sorts of bad decisions in the world, from things as important as the US propping up right-wing dictators during the Cold War because they were "anti-communist," to as trivial as the dumped guy who decides to date his ex-girlfriend's mortal enemy to get back at her. Inevitably, those actions fail.

If LMP wasn't Casey's "enemy", nobody would be supporting him now. Other than you, Rob Dawg, most people here are starting to see this legal tete-a-tete for what it is: two extremely unlikeable and unsupportable scumbags locked in a dance to the death.

The Researcher said...

Ah, fark. "The haterz hate Casey. LMP is sticking it to Casey. Therefore the haterz must love Casey." Of course I meant LMP in the last sentence there. My kingdom for an edit button.

Ok, so Casey isn't mean. We get that. But here is what Casey is:

- a con-man
- a thief
- an admitted criminal
- a liar
- a narcissist

So he may not be mean, but the guy racked up 2 million in debt and has/had no intentions of paying ANY of it back. That affects me, that affects you. To me, I think Casey is a little worse than however bad you think LMP is.

Rob Dawg said...

Everyone is missing the point. How do you deal with an asshole? By -acting- like a bigger asshole.

Casey is pure reptialian brain. "I shall pursue this until I prevail" does not work. It has NEVER worked and everyone here seems to think LMP or anyone else should keep trying that path anyway. "I'll rip your fucking throat out" does work. It has produced results. Nobody led with the aggressive physically descriptive threats, they were a last resort.

I'm hoping Casey is able to get some legal representation for court. If he was to listen to it, the matter may finally be resolved. Perhaps not to Casey's liking, but resolved.

My take on Casey and the Lawyer.

Yes, Casey needs a lawyer like last September. Now Casey needs a legal team. Not a legal defense team, that would be a waste at this point.

If there were any money anywhere in this whole sordid mess what Casey could have used up until last week was a legal guardian wit power of attorney. Again, a waste at this point.

The reason Casey does not have a lawyer is because he knows that the lawyer will insist he shut his Jamba hole and stop blogging and stop chasing shiny objects. It is that simple. This is why he is asking for free legal advice, so he can ignore it when it doesn't conform to Caseyworld™.

IMO Casey doesn't have a lawyer because he doesn't want a lawyer. That simple.

The Researcher said...

@Rob Dawg:

"Everyone is missing the point. How do you deal with an asshole? By -acting- like a bigger asshole."

Oh, so LMP's schtick is an "act", huh? Just keep telling yourself that, if it helps you sleep at night.

By the way, LMP's latest "act" is to claim that he has "never divulged his full identity" AFTER he filed a lawsuit. Not only is the guy an asshole, he's an idiot too. The folks at Caseypedia had the guy's name, birthday, and legal history...is LMP going to sue them for a privacy breach too? I can go on Lexis-Nexis and look up his own house details, just as the Caseypedians looked up Casey's details...will I be the next target of a lawsuit?

Rob, LMP is bad news. Fecal matter (to use a euphemism) like Casey attracts flies like LMP. But I don't want flies in my house any more than I want a steaming pile of fecal matter. Lastly, again, loudly proclaiming that Casey is bad does not make LMP good.

The Landlord said...

By the way, all of us arm-chair lawyers do need to sit back and reflect that we don't know the details of the case. We can postulate that LMP is vindictive, or that Casey owes him big time, but it's just all speculation.

That being said, speculate away. Just keep things in perspective.

P.S. I'd have to agree with Rob in why doesn't have a lawyer. There's an old chinese saying (which means the saying is new, and from nowhere near the orient)

"Every man is in search of a very wise person who will tell them exactly what they want to hear."

No one likes an expert who tells us that we are wrong (but most of us are secure enough to accpet such advice).

The Landlord said...

Missing from the last post, the chinese saying reflects why Casey doesn't have a lawyer.

Loss mitigation by definition means association with unsavory characters. I understand how people can have issues with LMPs public personality traits and whatever but the blanket condemnations don't seem justified in light of results.

Nyt said...

C'mon now people, maybe LMP is not your first choice for the avenger, but give the man a little credit for being the guy who put on the cape. Casey's has had this coming for quite a while now, personally, I don't have an ounce of sympathy for him. Empathy , yes, what he's going through stinks big time, but sympathy for it?? He's the guy that cajoles and connives his way through life, telling everyone what he thinks they want to hear, and then, when he doesn't uphold his end of the bargain, wonders why folks line up to kick him in the behind. Of course, this is after months and months of the same people trying to help him......
I think when it comes to Casey, "mean" is a relative term. IMO, I don't believe that he is mean at his core, but I do believe that he's so self-centered that he'll throw anyone under the bus to get the shiny thing. Last straw for this mid-western girl??? The statements that all he wanted was his wife back, he'd do anything to get her back, the 20k was so vitally important to the cause, he wanted to pay off some of her debt, show her he was serious. Once he discovered that he couldn't buy his way back into her good graces with 20k, it became, "I need the money for MY defense." Not an altruistic bone in that boys body. No turnaround, no new ways, just the same old ME FIRST mentality. Now, he seems to believe that he should just be able to go about his business without paying any kind of price for all of the damage he's done. If you've lost a little money on him, if you're feelings have been hurt, if he's defamed you or offended you, it's all good, he really didn't mean it, and you really should just get over it.....PUHLEEESSSEE. I hope LMP gets all he's looking for and more...I hope Galina never looks back and I really hope that Casey does a wee bit of time in the pokey!

What results? More page hits for Casey? Nothing else has been resolved, CS is still bloging on and they're headed back to court yet again.

Mark is a frustrated desk jockey who knows just enough about the law to spout off impressive sounding words... often incorrectly.

Rob - NOBODY is saying Casey is a good guy, NOBODY is saying Casey is anything but a con man and a crook.

What justifies the "blanket condemnations" are Mark's own actions.

Actually, NO - it doesn't. The vast majority of people who get into financial trouble had no intention of defrauding their lenders or missing payments. People have accidents and can't work; they get divorced and get screwed; they get laid off and can't find another job; etc. etc.

A small minority of people in default just don't give a shit, or they're criminals.

Loss mitigation - for those that do it the RIGHT way - is about helping good people get back on track from an unanticipated event that causes them some financial hardship.

I'm surprised your buddy LossMitPunk didn't explain that to you ... in between lawsuits.

***********CASEY PLEASE POST THIS***************

OMG, Mark and Duane are truley obssesively in love with Casey!

Several factors create a climate for obsessive love:

1. leisure: too much time on their hands with nothing to do. (need I say more)

2. education: nearly all obsessive lovers are educated people and thus able to think about and analyse their feelings. (Mark and Duane seem to be smart, well-spoken individuals)

3. feelings of vulnerability and a perceived failure to belong (this one definitely fits Duanes and Marks profile): applicable to people such as those who do not have a recognised place in the world (e.g., those who are required to perform an unfulfilling job), and those undergoing dramatic life changes and the associated fear and lack of self-confidence.

4. an inflated opinion of oneself (this one fits all the major players in this debacle, especially Mark and people at EN): this is believed to ultimately stem from insecurity, with this insecurity driving the obsessed to seek an individual with attributes that they want for themselves

5. particular childhood experiences: such as deep feelings of unworthiness during childhood that lead the obsessed to seek out one who finds the obsessed similarly unworthy in adulthood (I cant say for sure on this one, but can you share anything with us about your childhood Mark?)

6. feelings of being special and/or different: there is an apparent correlation between feelings of distance from peers (whether real or perceived) and obsessive love (Mark definitely believes he has special litigation skillz)

7. inequality between the lover and the beloved: the beloved may be married, older, too young, famous, or otherwise unattainable (Casey is too young for Mark and he is of the same sex, therefore, Mark knows that he cannot be with Casey-plus, Casey is already married)

Since obsessive love is more of a delusion than actually falling in love with a real person, it can lead to dangerous results depending on how far the obsession grows. Obsessive love can lead to stalking, rape, murder, and other harmful things to the target of obsessive love or anyone the person believes is “in the way” of their delusion. In one case, John Hinckley’s obsession for actress Jodie Foster caused him to attempt an assassination on former President Ronald Reagan, because he believed it would grab her attention.

For those of us here for the entertainment, the LMP character is just about perfect.

What I'm looking for now is something like the ending to the movie "Fargo" (when the William H. Macy character is apprehended). I'd like to see an attempt to flee justice that is so ineffective, so stupid, so ridiculous - in short, something so Casey, that it wraps up the entire affair neatly and entertainingly.

I now know that we can't depend on law enforcement. But we still have the entertainment value.

Hard to believe it will soon be a year since iaff started!

So Casey can abuse the system in pursuit of his "shiny things" and LMP is wrong for using the system to file a lawsuit that may or may not be frivolous?
I have yet to see an actual lawyer, practicing in CA say that this lawsuit is frivolous or abusive...did I miss something?
Currently I'm tossing the whole "ends justifying the means" philosophy in favor of "by any means necessary"

Is this what you do? I have nothing against it... it's all legal business, from what I see. But I think it's the "Gurus" who planted the seeds in criminal Casey's mind, and am wondering if you're a "Guru".

Calm and rational doesn't work with this guy. He'll just say "I'm working on it" and then ignore you completely. He is pathological and basically only on a single course; get money any way he can, lose it. He's a broken record, and he will not stop doing that. We've had our little UN-style talks and angry letters, and surprise surprise, it didn't do anything. @Rob: "I see people doing the equivalent of calling prison guards criminals because they associate with known felons."

Actually, the mentality that's been prevalent among the trolls has been much more simplistic than that: being a public figure is enough of a crime to make someone worthy of attack.

Literally every single person who has been publicly identified-- Casey, the wife, the parents, the little sister, Nigel, LMP, Duane, Marty, and of course yourself--has been exposed to the pitchforks and torches of the lynch mob. Oh, there's always some sort of justification given, but it's staringly obvious that the reaction has been, in most cases, far in excess of any "crimes" committed (Casey's parents' crimes were . . . what?) Nigel, in particular, is a picture-perfect example of a person who was treated as total scum when his only crime was being a somewhat self-important blogger (if that were a crime, we'd have to lock up a million-odd bloggers, but I digress.)

All of this, of course, coming from trolls hiding behind anonymous identities. Oh, I post from an anonymous identity just like most of the people here, but I don't use that as a shield to hide myself while I sling mud at everyone who crosses my line of sight. But as has often been pointed out, anonymity and worldwide access has a powerful transforming effect on people and brings out sides of them you might never otherwise see.

The rich irony, of course, is that many of the trolls are, in fact, WORSE people than Casey or anybody associated with him. I don't doubt for a second that we have some real-life legally convicted violent criminals here, as well as more than a handful of drug addicts (must . . . suppress . . . names), people who have abandoned their families, etc. And yet they can feel better about themselves by pillorying some guy who runs a blog about real estate, only because they know his real identity.

The real story here isn't who LMP really is; we already knew that from when he started to work with Casey. The real story is who the trolls are; we don't know, and we may never know, but I've got a reasonably good guess as to the type of people they are. If they want to keep up the attacks on anyone and everyone, let's see them put their real names out there, and we'll see how they compare to the people they're going after.

Eric said...

From what I can tell, the majority of trolls are some of the loosers from Ch.c. They are trying to disrupt the flow of open discourse. I tried to post over there to ask why they were trying to attack LossMit and why none of them would provide their real names to allow themselves to face the same scrutiny but they never gave an answer. Only potshots and strawmen. They are big and ballsy on their boards, but they don't have the balls to say anything to LossMit's face on the talkcasts.

Oh, it's going to stick alright esp. for those following the drama. Yes, he may remember as the one who brought Casey down (assuming that happens) but what many readers will also remember is the over-whelming number of posters he turned-off.

Surely, then, you will be the first person to put down their shield and identify themselves publicly. Correct?

"And yet they can feel better about themselves by pillorying some guy who runs a blog about real estate, only because they know his real identity."

"Knowing (their) real identity" has nothing to do with it. People would be pillorying LMP even if they didn't know his name, because it's his actions, not who he is, that are so odious.

The painful truth is that you guys got suckered by Mark and Duane because you wanted so badly to believe that Casey's enemies were your friends. The idea that there can be more than one bad guy in a story is just way too much for you to handle.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Casey show up with an attorney. I think Marty might even help out with some type of retainer. Marty can get 100% if he helps Casey win. Marty gets 50% of nothing if Casey loses. Plus Marty knows how to manipulate Casey. Think about it.

It's very interesting that Casey didn't formally abandon his deal with LossMit and Duane until after his phone conversation with Marty PAGEDADDY Stewart.

Eric said...

If Casey had any sense about him he would:

1) Transfer the domain over to Duane without questions.
2) Beg and plead with LossMit and Duane to go back to plan. Pay off G's credit cards.
3) Contact a Civil Attorney and proceed to sue every lender that gave him money.
4) Find one who will split the proceeds 50/50 with him.
5) Sue and possibly win a case or two. Maybe even get $2-5 million.
6) When the lawyers cut him his check, pay off all debts.
7) Put the extra in a legal defense fun. Claim predatory lending, bad financial advice from investors offering financial planning advice without being financial planners.

LMP drops the IAFF "No Deal" post on his desk and the records of IAFF not being transfered on Saturday as stipulated. Judge gives LMP the earliest open date and it's over in 3 minutes.

Bingo!!!

I had trouble swallowing that "marty is under the bus" BS during the love fest late last week.

But I don't think Marty can get really involved, as Mark will then push to get disclosure there. That is cryptonite to his Pagedaddy business.

To me, Marty is like a mountain lion with his paw in a trap. He could gnaw it off and limp off like Nigel, or he could wait for the hunter and spring at him. Bigger stakes/risks for sure.

Robs' bringing up Casey as a flight risk is a bullshit diversion tactic. Trying to protect his fat girlfreind Mark. See Rob troll his own blog. Are you going to get a cut of the money Mark fleeces from Casey?

H Simpson,

I still have to disagree. Marty is a slimebucket in my opinion. However, if he felt his business was in danger, he wouldn't be committing on the other site. He wouldn't be joining the talkshoe's. I think he's too greedy to go away.

Sprezzatura,

I'd hope so. I'd hope they would countersue. Sadly, they aren't looking too great in the media so I'd be scared they'd settle to keep the case on the d-l.

It's very interesting that Casey didn't formally abandon his deal with LossMit and Duane until after his phone conversation with Marty PAGEDADDY Stewart.

Yep. I think there is more going on with Marty than we currently know.

Casey's "but he might, you know, TALK ME INTO STUFF" justification didn't ring altogether true: it seemed to me that he was actually very scared of Marty.

H Simpson said...

Nhaaa, FackEners, BS on you.

Casey has shown a willingness to bolt with no warning.

Someone compared him to OJ.
OJ had assets to protect (at least before the trail started), whereas KC has but a murse and an "It's all good" delusion.

Eric said...

yeah but OJ had reliable transportation :)

I think it would be funny to see Casey driving down the interstate, murse around him on a scooter going 45mph while the LAPD attempt to catch him.

OK - Thought you were kidding until you responded to Sprezzatura.

What would CS base his case on? He lied about his primary residence, his income and hid the fact that he was buying 8 at once. That's why it's called fraud.

NOBODY would have lent him the money had he been honest.

Wasn't the lenders that got Casey in trouble.

Damn! And I thought we were being so careful. I think LMP and I have talked twice(?) on the phone and exchanged a few emails. There's a deliberate distance for good reason.

Thanks for the idea however. A fishy treat in the tip jar sounds tasty. Actually... on second thought no. There are better places for that money than feeding the fat walrus beer belly.

Casey will sue with:

"Your Honor, to me money is like a drug. I am an addict for money"

..continueing..

"Those evil bankers giving me all the money I requested was like a bartender serving me too many wheatgrass shots. They, not I should be held responsible for the results. Help me send a message to the bankers that they need to watch how much money they lend to people like me"

Eric said...

for some reason my last post didn't go through:

I'm just playing devil's advocate. I don't think he has a leg to stand-on. But I could see them settling out of court because there are some people out there who do have legitimate complaints with predatory lending. The lenders would want to keep cases like this out of the press.

Either way, Casey would probably file it in small claims court, then never show up.

The Casey Reality distortion field seems to be affecting some of the bloggers. I keep reading about people feeling sorry for Casey and think Duane is out of line. Duane is just playing hardball and getting Casey to fulfill his contract and live up to his word. Duane is not forcing Casey to do anything that Casey has not already agreed to do. The man child has been weaseling out of contracts like a little bitch for over a year now. Weather it is a liar loan or a verbal agreement with Nigel, just as the ink is drying Casey vacillates on these agreements and is looking for the next big deal then opts out. In every other case the partner chooses to just cut their loses rather than take Casey to court and require that he fulfill his contractual obligation.

I’m amused by Casey calling these court motions Duane has brought against him as being ‘childish’, there is nothing ‘childish’ about legal binding contracts. What is ‘childish’ is when a man makes an agreement, signs a piece of paper committing him to those actions then fails to fulfill his obligations because he does not fell like it. Unfortunately Casey’s childish behavior has been re-enforced by inaction taken by other harmed parties in the past. I take no malice to those previous harmed parties who did not sue Casey because they are adults that realized that it would require more money and time to pursue Casey then they would get back. Because they are adults they realized that it is in their best interest to cut their loses rather then get revenge on Casey in court. Furthermore Duane knows of Casey’s disgracefully history of following through on his agreements and is probably following through on his original promise to Casey that he will not roll over if Casey balks on this contract.

Last comment on snowflake, very little is mentioned about how Casey has burned his wife once again. Listen to the last FraudCast again, it will turn your stomach to hear him bellow about how he is doing everything now for his wife, that she is the most important thing to him and that he has changed. The Sociopath is lying again! He decided at the 11:00 hour that he not his wife needed the money to protect himself. This speaks volumes about his character and how he treats relationships. Imagine that his wife is being hunted down by creditors, and Casey is being hunted down by the FBI. Casey can either save himself and through his wife to the dogs or he can save her and stand unarmed against the wolves after him. In true sociopathic snowflake fashion we get a view of his character and it is ugly. If Casey truly put himself first he would give his wife all the money he has left and get hauled off to prison alone, that would be true love. Sociopaths however are incapable of love, there concept of love is that it is a tool to get people to do what they want.

That "distortion field" could not even be rivalled by the warp field produced by the USS Enterprise.

One point though where I differ with the sentiments of others. The Casey Serin Reality Distortion Field (CSRDF) is an extremely localized phenomenon. Essentially only distorting reality around a very small area; in this case, around Casey himself.

Other individuals existing outside the field feel no effects of said field within their spatial location. While they can look into the CSRDF, they are oblivious to the effects.

In essence, the CSRDF affects only Casey himself. His "reality" differs from ours but because both Casey AND the CSRDF exist within our reality, both are eventually privy to the effects of general reality.

In conclusion, while the CSRDF can have an extremely damaging effect on Casey himself (and unfortunately, those who place their trust in Casey), the field itself is a localized phenomenon.

:-D

Just to clear up a few things. I am in no way any party to any legal proceedings going on. Casey asked me to buy the site. I said ok, then he wanted to sell to someone else. I said ok. THen he wanted to sell to me. I said ok. Then he wanted to sell to someone else. I said ok. Then he wanted to sell to me. I said ok, but it has to be done by noon Saturday,( I was tired of the wishy washy stuff). I waited until after noon EST, and noon PST. I emailed Casey and said I wouldnt buy it because my offer lapsed. Then Casey got mad and said I was presurring him. I will not buy Caseys site. Period.

It matters not what happens in any proceedings. I do not want Caseys site.

I am done with him. I hope this readers digest version helps.

" While they can look into the CSRDF, they are oblivious to the effects"

Journal from The Future -

At first, the CaseyRealityDistortionField (CRDF) was a joke. But in the eighth month of the CRDF, strange things began to happen. Real estate sales fell as both realtors, brokers and buyers were drawn into the drama. Interest rates rose.

Then network traffic began to slow and the Internet lagged like molasses. At CRDF + 10 months, the field expanded to Europe and Asia where productivity waned, sales slowed and minor riots broke out.

In the 11th month, the CRDF split off sub-fields, the LossMitProRealityDistortionField and the MartyRealityDistortionField. Las Vegas came to a standstill as more than 20% of the population were pulled into the mental maelstrom. Sacramento became a ghost town as people stopped buying or shopping, either glued to their computer screens or drawn into courtrooms or the Capitol Garage as their lives became part of the field.

In the 15th month of the CRDF, the sun itself began to oscillate and the Moon shifted orbit, circling further and further away from the Earth.

At CRDF + 16 months, a few of us escaped to Cheyenne Mountain, disabling all incoming electronic communications for NORAD and I began this journal. But who I'm writing it for... I don't know anymore.

thanks

So he had a week to close the deal and kept going back and forth about whether to sell to you or not...
Sounds like a replay of what you explained the first time you were going to buy the domain.

I'm not privy to what Lossmit is like behind the scenes... but at face value, I would think if casey could have found a better offer and kept in contact with lossmit, then there would have been no issue. Or renegotiated to get 10g for a retainer, and the remainder (still a good chunk) for a good will gesture to Galina...

Anyway, sounds like there were a whole host of better, more mature ways this could have been handled, but Casey wants to act like a child.

Broward Horne said...

"I am done with him"

Okay, when you say "done with him", do you mean for today? Or maybe this week?

It's entirely possible that Casey ran into a series of advisor & legal meetings that kept him from fulfilling the domain transfer.

In fact, the CaseyRealityDistortionField ITSELF may have caused some sort of electronic malfunction that caused the transfer to fail AND your emails to be deleted.

In which case, it seems only fair that you'd give Casey just one more chance. If he really, really, really, really, really, really, REALLY wanted to sell the domain to you, would you give him just the slightest effort, the smallest benefit of the doubt?

God, I hope not.

Pardon the off-topic thread:

Back in college, many moons ago, a friend of mine called me to bail him out of jail. I didn't ask questions (he was a fraternity brother, these things just happen). On the way home, he finally just started dishing. He told me that his girlfriend had broke it off with him. She said it was immature and direction-less. So he drove over to her house, wrote "bitch" on her car in shoe polish.
Her dad chased after him and arrested him. Apparently he was both her dad and the police chief.
What upset me the most about this story was not he did, but his attitude about how he got caught. "They were trying to make an example of me. They were being mean to me. It was just a prank. It wasn't serious. They are unfair. Why are they doing this to me?". No accountability. He has sense been diagnosed a NPD. He was forced to after his ex-wife forced him to get a psychological evaluation before a custody hearing for their children.
