Grind up 1/4 or more of a Benadryl tab, add to dog or cat food. Although it is supposed to be anti-allergic, it is a good sedative. Make sure the doggie doesn't drive or operate heavy machinery, though.

Most dogs go nuts over cat food.

Some of the "details" that Homey provided to us, i.e. the identity of "G money man" have proven to be false. Here's what I wrote about Homey on his "Talk" page at CaseyPedia:

Just wanted to say, in my own research to find everyone's birthday, an old post by Homey provided blatantly incorrect information about Chris Record. Homey claimed his name was Chris E. Record and cited an age of 35 years old. From the format of his "outings", he appears to use a similar public records search tool as I do. He picked the wrong "Chris Record" though. I can't speak for his alleged e-mail conversations with Rob and R-Boy, but I tend to think he's not genuine Law Enforcement. Just IMO

He just wants you to THINK he has no CPA, or high powered attorney, or any other Evil Minions™ running around.

He will appear tomorrow morning, 20 people in tow, dressed in the finest custom blue shirt made and algea green sweater vest woven from the hair of indigent Irish orphans, toting a hand made Murse™ made from the pristine skins of only the most perfect of manatee, making the grand entrance to the court - "I am arrived."

He will then be seated on cushions of wheatgrass (freshly cut, hand picked by cute real estate babes with nice racks) while Mark must suffer the indignity of a hard, cold, worn plastic folding chair. His coffee will appear at his hand when he reaches for it, and with a snap of his manicured fingers, will summon his top lawyer, who will with less than 25 devastate Mark's case, life, career, future, and ancestry.

Mark will be sad.

After the judge finishes apologizing to Casey™, he will deign to nod graciously, and sweep from the courtroom with a whiff of fresh wheatgrass and newly minted 100 dollar bills, off to buy yet another billion dollars of real estate simply by yawning in the back of his limo and languidly waving his pale yet shapely hands at a random compass direction.

"Oh, Wyoming? I guess I could add that to my porfolio" he will say sleepily, and he will unfold a king sized bed from the side of his limo, and nestle in sheets of silk, embroidered with gold and silver koi, as his limo speeds off into a future that is, indeed, "all good".

Why yes, I do consider myself a friend of the court as a matter of fact. But that doesn’t address your concern, so (just to show I hold no grudges) I’ll explain. But please promise to MOVE YOUR LIPS WHEN READING WHAT FOLLOWS?

It is my JOB to assist those with mortgage issues; I do this for a living. At the time Casey represented to me he wanted to repay each subject lender in full, and THAT was my aim and function (have you ever seen anything I’ve written or heard anything I’ve said that contradicts that line?). After it became abundantly clear (based on factors I’ll not discuss now) Serin had no such intentions of “paying back every dirty penny,” I ceased working with him.

-----------------------------------

The following is from Caseypedia describing the Foreclosure Live broadcast on May 25th, 2007

0:19:06: 1. LossMitPro
Casey describes the trouble in his attempted business relationship with LossMitPro: "I kinda got busy and put you on the back burner." They discuss the consequences of the recent bank sale of Larchmont. Casey has no legal obligation to repay his lenders, but is strongly advised to: the "shady" nature of his loans leaves him exposed to fraud proceedings which will be triggered by the lenders' losses. In the same vein, Casey is advised that he cannot file bankruptcy until the loans reach a negotiated settlement, as the lenders will simply have the bankruptcy set aside. He is advised to continue to ignore his unsecured debts: "CashCall is the least of your problems", "tell 'em to pound sand."

Mark!!! Is tell them to pound sand some new lingo is the loss mitigation world for, “Casey you really should pay back every dirty penny if you want me to partner back up with you and help you.”

Mark - As stated on this live broadcast, your immediate words to Casey right before you entered into an agreement to help him settle his debts was, “tell em to pound sand.” in reference to him paying back one of his creditors.

I can see why you were so offended at the sudden turn around by Casey and the despicable revelation that Casey had no intention of him paying back every penny. I guess he was following your advice.

Be careful you don’t perjure yourself in court tomorrow. Casey is not worth it. He will self destruct on his own.

Broward Horne said...

I was pondering the Casey Serin / IAFF.com meme over numerous drinks tonight...

Rob, you altered the meme. You transmuted the memestream. Well, not you specifically. But at the point of maximum diffraction, you managed to transmute the "IAFF.COM" meme from a singular, Casey-controlled source into a "CASEY SERIN" meme sourced from multiple, lesser-bandwidth points.

That's fairly impressive.
Seriously.

I can see it now in the graphs. EN (and other sources) exploited the point of maximum diffraction (when IAFF.com ran out of foreclosures) and transmuted it into an ASSOCIATED MEME split across many different banddwiths.

It's totally awesome when I examine the graphs. It's my first empirical example of the Venturi Meme Pattern in ACTION. I mean, I can SEE IT happening in the graphs.

Totally awesome.
I'll probably add it into my Defcon presentation. Marty focuses on mechaniacal manipulations, I focus on the strategic synergy of memes in the ideosphere.

For reference purposes -

Definition of Meme Diffraction

Definition of Venturi Meme Pattern

You did it. You hit IAFF.com at the optimum entry point of maximum diffraction and REDIRECTED and REDEFINED the "IAFF.COM" meme. That's why IAFF is losing Google ranking but "Casey Serin" meme is rising.

It's awesome. Do you realize what you did? You TRANSMUTED the meme from a singular point source into associated but different multi-source memes.

Absolutely fascinating because I can measure empirically.

I'll write up a clearer, graphical explantaion tomorrow when I'm sober.

So why not hire a lawyer to go over the filing and submit it to the court? Surely that would only take a couple of hours of time and would cost no more than $500.

Despite my recent posts about LMP, this isn't meant as a criticism. I genuinely curious.

The Prologue from the book, The Alchemist... © Paulo Coelho

The Alchemist picked up a book that someone in the caravan had brought. Leafing through the pages,he found a story about Narcissus.

The alchemist knew the legend of Narcissus, a youth who daily knelt beside a lake to contemplate his own beauty.

He was so fascinated by himself that, one morning, he fell into the lake and drowned. At the spot where he fell, a flower was born, which was called the narcissus.

But this was not how the author of the book ended the story.

He said that when Narcissus died, the Goddesses of the Forest appeared and found the lake, which had been fresh water, transformed into a lake of salty tears.

"Why do you weep?" the Goddesses asked.

"I weep for Narcissus," the lake replied.

"Ah, it is no surprise that you weep for Narcissus," they said, "for though we always pursued him in the forest, you alone could contemplate his beauty close at hand."

"But..... was Narcissus beautiful?" the lake asked.

"Who better than you to know that?" the Goddesses said in wonder, "After all, it was by your banks that he knelt each day to contemplate himself!!"

The lake was silent for some time.

Finally it said:
"I weep for Narcissus, but I never noticed that Narcissus was beautiful. I weep because, each time he knelt beside my banks, I could see, in the depths of his eyes, my own beauty reflected."

"What a lovely story," the alchemist thought.

My material is all original. There's very little that's derived from Dawkins. And it works, I've tested it.

"Broward, if you are reading this: the business world has a way of undervaluing competence and over-valuing emotional intelligence. In other words, you aren't going to get away from politics by getting out of IT"

In other words, my country is fucked.

Okay.
But I knew that already.
I'm not so sure Casey wasn't on the right track with Australia.

trent said...

All is proceeding according to plan. Yesterday, I posted Casey's telephone number that he is using in Seattle, and it's officially confirmed at IAFF that he is in Seattle, staying with a Supporter.

Next week, Friday, July 13, it will become self-evident who I am and what is my purpose.

@Broward: politics reigns anywhere you go in the West (to include Australia, NZ, and much of Asia).

This is one reason why I live in Russia. although one cannot say that Russia is immune to it. Fell disclosure: my home is in Ukraine, but that will change with time.

I have no idea what a "rock person" is.

Aaaaand....another day of trolling has begun.

First out from under his bridge is casey insider, with a strong start - the other trolls have their work cut out for them to catch up!

And where is Mocha? She's been strangely silent. Did she OD, or did the fact that she was named in Mark's suit finally shut her the hell up?

trent said...

@Mouse and Pencil:

I am not a troll, I can assure you. I can't convince you otherwise, but the passage of time will prove me right (July 13).

Anyway, I hope you guys haven't been excessive in your prank calls to the telephone number I posted. It should be used wisely for maximum effect.

The last time someone posted Casey's telephone number, one of the readers alerted Casey to that fact and thus ruining the fun.

Eric said...

Mark is right, because of there being so many different courts, it is not uncommon to file at an incorrect venue and be reassigned. Let Casey spin, a delay is not a win.

@ Casey Insider:

PUT UP OR SHUT UP. What the hell is this telephone number that you keep harping about? Why don't you post it?

Mouse And Pencil said...

@alabama
It's also Casey's typical style to take a small side matter and blow it up huge so the original issue is lost in the confusion. I'm sure he'll whine and snivel about it, like he always does - different day, same old shit.

Mouse And Pencil said...

@casey insider

I don't care. Unless you have something to add to the conversation, you are a troll. Get over yourself already.

trent said...

@shamir

LOL. Scroll up a bit, someone else has already reposted it (I posted it yesterday).

Mouse And Pencil said...

Okay, before I go to work, I just realized something.

Be careful calling the number that "casey insider" is posting. It's a Seattle number, but we have no verification it's Casey's number.

More likely, it's could be a troll's number, who recorded Casey's voicemail message, and if you call it to leave a HappyGram™ for Casey, you have now just given your telephone number to whoever is behind this.

Is that what you're up to, "insider"?

Unknown said...

@LMP,

When is the hearing going to take place now? How did you find out that it had been rescheduled?

Anonymous said...

@ Casey Insider:

I called the number, and yes, it sounds like what could be Casey's voicemail... but so what?

@ Mouse And Pencil:

I made sure to call the number using *67 so that no caller ID information would appear.

One thing that perplexes me, however, is that '206' is obviously in Seattle. Now, I'm 90% convinced that this so-called insider is just a troll yanking our chains, but the coincidence that he also lives in Seattle while Casey is staying with a Supporter there gives this 'Casey Insider' an 'out'.

Also, if he doesn't live in Seattle, I imagine that it would be a pain in the ass to go through all the trouble of setting up a telephone number just for the sole purpose of trolling us here at EN.

There are a number of posters here who work at various government agencies; speaking only for myself, however, I'm only in a supporting role and not in a decision-making role.

And as important as Casey Serin is, the government organization I work for is more interested in little things like solving deep disfunctionality in certain agencies that will not be named.

Watched the fireworks last night on a bridge over the Columbia river (I think) that seperates WA from OR. The fireworks were being shot from a boat on the river. Those were the best fireworks I have ever seen. Much better and longer then anything we have in CA.

Also you can buy some sweet projectiles and fireworks in WA that would be highly illegal in CA. I love this state.

I have actually been staying in Vancouver WA I found out, not Portland, though it’s just over the river.

Thank you guys for your feedback and comments, i’ll answer questions as I can… gonna be busy today.

Yes, you can get some VERY high quality stuff here. I had some M-1000 Mortar Shells last night. Shock and Awe indeed! Pretty much averything they sell here is illegal in CA. I don't think CA even allows smoke bombs anymore.

Second -- for other people's edification, I'll give you this: your postings to Usenet indicate that you used a computer at Verity.com, also known as Autonomy Incorporated, to post your messages. Their global offices *are* in San Francisco.

Still think you're an elaborate troll, just like Tavington™.

Maybe someone who has a car is going with him? Or he's doing a share type thing, you know, like you can find in the paper (though that would be very un-Casey).

Or is a rental car coming out of his cigar box!?

(Well, not the car but the money for it, lol.)

There is probably some juicy credit left on the original 23k he obtained.

Anyway, i’m gonna gather my thoughts and write up a whole post detailing all of my involvement with Mark from the start. Hey, I’m not the kind of guy who put crap on the internet about people but since Mark is asking for it I figure i’ll provide some free publicity.

Tell that to your wife, Casey. Or ex-wife.

You know, I want to help his future clients know exactly what they are getting into

If Casey had a lawyer he'd be throwing things against the wall right now, screaming at him to shut his fucking mouth and stop blogging NOW about the lawsuit and Mark.

Another lawsuit? Hmmm. Let's give him enough rope to hang himself, the boy is on a tear...he's so upset he copy and pasted twice.

lol, usually one-day rentals are local only, maybe 100 miles allowed. There's usually additional charges if you're going to drop off in another city. Not to mention all the other charges they zing you with (and Casey's a sucker for them).

And then, of course, he's got to pay for gas and Grande Soy Lattes along the way.

Casey Serin is proving he has no team. How many months did he BRAG he had a "team" of professionals at his beckon call? Well, he needs help.

The dumb kid has NOBODY to blame but himself. Wonder what happened to the CPA he told us he had (ad nauseum) on those talkcasts. I remember how he'd try and shut us all down with the b.s. about his "CPA" and "Lawyer."

If these people were truly employed (retained) by Casey Serin aka Hammar Investments why does he feel the need to beg his 5 supporterz to help him find help to fend off Mark's lawsuit?

He has nothing and he needs to stop lying. He wonders why people get all riled up with his b.s.? It's the lies and bull that he shovels that makes the majority mad at him.

Does he not understand this? Oh yes, he does have a "131 IQ" so I guess he must but plays innocent to elicit some sympathy from those who see the haterz as worse than him.

By the way, with those who are more familiar, if you’re wondering why I gave Mark the joint-venture agreement… I will probably write a whole post on this next but in brief:

I trusted Mark as an advisor in the past since he was going to help me negotiate debt and stuff. This Mark’s “Loss Mit Prof” guest post here about this.

Then when Mark started getting “legal” on me I still wanted to find a way to work with Mark since I figure there may be a little bit of trust left and knowing Mark is a hot head I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. That’s why I called Mark from Australia and had a 5 hour (thats right 5 hour) talk with him.

We had a heart-to-heart and got to the bottom of why he is going after me. I saw that he has some good intentions and to show him some trust from my side I sent him a copy of the contract with my publisher.

I told Mark to NOT share the contract with anybody. It’s not like there is anything crazy in there. It just a simple joint-venture agreement. Yes, I know its written kind of funny, almost like a sales letter, but still. There is nothing bad or illegal in there. Mark is making a huge deal out of nothing.

The point is, I trusted Mark and give him lots of sensitive information. He was going to represent me for free with the lenders. I did nothing on my part to hurt his business in anyway. Mark is a hot head and has an issue with his temper in my opinion, and also an issue with pride - he wants to be the “tough guy”. Before I didn’t mind it too much as long as he gets the job done.

Now, Mark is turning against me and stabbing me in the back and using all the trust I gave him against me. That’s the worst kind of betrayal. All in the name of “tough love”. Right!

Mark, has been playing both sides from the very start. He was in the hater blogs as “LossMitPro” lightly hatin’ on me from the begnning and was telling me that’s “part of the plan”. Again, I was giving him the benefit of the doubt since he was offering to help me. I thought it was kind of weird for him to do that, now I know I should have listened to my instinct.

Granted, copyright may not be his forte (he never claimed it was), but it does make me question the strength of the action he is taken.

Not to be a spelling or English Nazi (goodness knows I can't afford to be called on my own hiccups!), but I thought you may wish to know "beckon call" is a somewhat common mondegreen[1] of the phrase "beck and call" where 'beck' is a silent prompting, and 'call' is an audible one.

[1] Mondegreen == mishearing - example: " 'scuze me, while I kiss this guy!" vs " 'scuze me, while I kiss the sky..."

more examples

Dolph said...

Soem Dood,

Okay - guilty. I am quite good at usage and spelling. Not this time, I guess.

Dolph:

Only mentioned it 'cause I thought you would be one of the few who would actually appreciate the info -- as I would.

The whole phenomena of mondegreens is kinda cool to me -- I love the one in "Garp" where a kid has been afraid all his life of this evil monster hiding beneath the ocean waves all his life, because when he would walk in the surf as a child, his mom would get concerned and yell for him to watch for the "Under Toad"... his mishearing of "undertow."
