I SO wish Nigel or Duane would call in.... or that he'd put Shark or Annie back on (though that's not likely, he doesn't have the guts to do so - are you reading, sunshine? That was for you!'

I'm still AMAZED at his level of self-delusion. Someone referred to him having some success and he actually said "in real estate or the blog?"

By the way, the whole "paying G's credit cards - that promise was SO two weeks ago!!" At the time I said it: that was when he thought doing that (or at least promising to) would win her back. Now that he realizes that's a lost cause - NO DEAL!!

I also think it hilarious that he constantly mentions that Duane apparently said he wanted to help him keep his marriage together.

IF Duane ever said such a thing, it had to have been several months, and how many Casey-burns ago?

Duane alluded to some of that post in the talkcast hosted by chief100.

I think Casey has now completely and royally toasted himself into oblivion. My suspicion is that Galina is now compiling paperwork to pass off to the Feds and will likely testify against Fliptard.

In all likelihood, that is probably why the Feds have waited to this point. More than likely, they were hoping to have the spouse turn state-witness. That pretty much seals the defendant's fate.

Enjoy prison, kangatard. A 5'8", 150 lb semi-vegan white boy like you will be the prison bitch in no time.

2) Measure your Anus BEFORE going into Jail. Get lots of Vaseline, buy big CostCo size boxes. Don't drop the soap.

Good luck!

Well, I just listened in on the fraudcast du jour and I must say...I think Casey FINALLY realizes that the haterz have been right all the way. NO good things are coming, he IS going to jail, the FBI IS after him, he HAS lost his wife, and most importantly, he shouldn't have kept going with the blog. He reminds me of those blackjack gamblers that go back to their room after being up 4 thousand and then losing it all plus 10 thousand at the table. He is gonna look back and think "I should have quit when I was ahead"

Frankly, I'm glad he is finally being investigated and more than likely he is going to go to jail.

Casey also probably now realizes to important things

1. It sure is nice to be free to make all the decisions himself when he is on his way to being a success

2. But being alone when your life is circling around the toilet sucks the big one..which Casey will be doing in not time in prison.

serinjustice said...

He is going to make a RUN for it.

My comments on the talkcast:

About 7:50 into the talkcast Casey is talking about people interfering in his life and says “…I got the attorney on one of then but that is, kinda, taking the turn for the worst…”. Question is, who was it? My reading is that it looks like the attorney wasn’t willing to take any action on Casey’s behalf. So Casey ponied up some money to get a legal opinion but didn’t get the answer he wanted?

Annie got cut off when it got too close for Prince Sadim‘s liking. You promised last week to pay off G’s debt with the blog money but this week you have other needs for the money – what a surprise. Prince Sadim also had forgotten he said that. This guy is going be some fun if he ever takes the stand in a court.

Sharky (CHJTS?) talks a lot of sense, then gets too close for Prince Sadim‘s liking as do some other callers.

Agree with someone else, it’s a very quiet talkcast.

Prince Sadim is still exercising ! What? The guy has the constitution of an anorexic jockey.

Need to capture that long post on IAFF, the “interview” with Galina, Prince Sadim will delete that as soon as he reads it.

Chef100 in your world it’s not OK for anyone to ask anyone other than their spouse for help? That’s effectively what you are saying. I’m not surprised Casey is thanking him for the support.

Unknown said...

Most likely the attorney explained to Casey it's in his best interest to shut down IAFF right away. This isn't about his wife. It's about some serious legal issues coming his way.

But is Casey going to jail?

Not a chance unless he blabs over the internet about a deal which might cause some the haters to scream, "Foul" to the authorities. Some haters want nothing short of jail time make no mistake about that.

Best thing for Casey is to disappear until his legal issues are settled and once they are taken care NEVER to discuss the particulars on his next blog. And we know there's going to be another. When? Nobody's know but there will be another.

PS. Why Duane does feel the need to tell-all about Casey/wife? If he'ss really interested in helping the woman why doesn't he do so privately? The guy's a total scene queen.

Miguel said...

PS. Why Duane does feel the need to tell-all about Casey/wife? If he'ss really interested in helping the woman why doesn't he do so privately?

I suspect it's because Galina (who clearly authorized Duane's posts) wants to set the record straight, given the staggering amount of shit that's been written about her since September - leeringly pornographic and viciously misogynist shit at that.

Silence is fine if you can guarantee that people aren't going to make stuff up as a substitute - but this has gone into overdrive recently following the divorce rumors.

Lost Cause, Thanks for the link. ABC does seem to be confirming that KC is under federal investigation. Here is a comment I would have left if they didn't have such a lengthy registration process:

The entire system is corrupt. FNM still hasn't straightened out their books after years of "creative accounting" and they are still listed on the NYSE. That is just one example. Wall Street has been ripping off everyone with the selling of copious MBS / CDO toxic garbage. Moody's, S&P, and Fitch were all in on the scam too. The SEC is a running joke. Anybody who grifts a great deal of money gets to be ambassador to something or other. KC is a small fish, but the FBI needs small fish because the big fish own the gubbermint. This country has always been corrupt, but I think it is worse now than ever before. This whole scam is Michael Milken / junk bonds / eighties greed times infinity. We are on the threshold of becoming disfunctional as a nation. Outside interests control the future of the dollar and no-one in authority has any credibility. KC is poster boy for the deterioration of the entire monetary system in general.

Casey is a small fish whose blog likely caught the attention of the government. As far as being the poster boy for mortgage fraud outside of those reading the multiply of Casey blogs I don’t think many people give a damn. I’ve never read mainstream articles calling for his head.

Once IAFF shuts down he basically disappears from public scrutiny making things easier for both his attorney and the government to cut a deal. I mean come on here… the guy’s what… 2 million in the hole? He’s never going to pay that back and the fact that he lied on his applications? In the overall scheme of things going on today? Minor stuff.

Anonymous said...

I should have said "a symptom" instead of "the poster boy", but you get the point. We're friggin' doomed.

Miguel said...

I mean come on here… the guy’s what… 2 million in the hole?

It's impossible to tell until he updates his spreadsheet, but the actual debt should be middle six figures.

Bear in mind that the $2.2 million figure came about when he still had his houses. Now that they've been foreclosed on, he doesn't have to worry about those - but he still has hefty credit card, CashCall and other debts.

Ironically, if you discounted the houses, his debt back in September 2006 probably wasn't that different from that ran up by the guy behind debtkid.com, though Casey's laziness and inaction has undoubtedly made it far worse by now. (God alone knows what the interest has amounted to now, especially on the CashCall debt).

Casey has made himself a symbol of mortgage fraud. Without the blog, the FBI probably would not have bothered. Right now, they need to show there are consequences to fraud. And with the spousal abuse posts out there, I don't think there is much sympathy for Casey. I predict a decent time in prison.

I like blogging but I sometimes I think we have an inflated opinion on how much we really matter.

Casey has been on a variety of news shows. These shows are likely to do a followup story when he goes to jail. The FBI gets a fair amount of coverage of how it is doing a good job. It also gets a bunch of annoying haterz to quit bugging it.

That Nightline update is huge. Other than rumors, it's the first time an FBI investigation has been confirmed.

Unknown said...

The Michael Vick story is huge, a story with legs and a story that has created pubic outcry. In other words a story the NFL and law enforcement can’t ignore it.
The Casey saga is basically a side dish, a human interest side to the main attraction: the Housing Meltdown. No legs and nothing that would push the government into acting. Maybe just blind luck but Casey rarely comes across as the big-bad villain. The media isn’t sympathetic but they don’t seem particularly interested in painting him as synonymous with housing fraud either.

It looks like I’m in the minority here but I think the worst that will happen is he‘ll get a slap on the wrist. No jail time.

Rob Dawg said...

The FBI is real. Do you think it was mentioned here without enough confirmation?

Anyway, the Feds will "practice" on Casey. Careers will be made in the various depts over the credit implosion that is showing up in housing first. Remember career prosecutors aren't in the business of triage when pickings are slim. They will grab the first leg, bite it off and move on. It won't be until the flood of fraud comes down that they start to pick and choose.

Lost Cause said...

How in God's name can the spouse turn state's witness? The spouse is not allowed to testify! What is wrong with you people?

Rob Dawg said...

Spouses cannot be compelled to testify.

Unknown said...

--The FBI is real. Do you think it was mentioned here without enough confirmation?--

Yes, but it was confirmed on Nightline not on here. There was never any confirmation. Never any links to something that could be substantiated. Just hearsay by those with an ax to grind.

As far as the feds "practicing" on Casey that remains to be seen.

So the question is if Casey drops out of sight next week how will tabs on him be kept?

Rob Dawg said...

And why is Nightline confirmation by your standards? At some point you have a level of trust you personally find acceptable. You are just being insulting by saying you don't trust what you read here and as a consequence you are unable to even begrudgingly put credit on the right place.

Unknown said...

Nightline is a national news organization without an ax to grind in this instance. I don't think it's unreasonable to doubt what was written at Exurban concerning the FBI. The parties involved (Duane/Mark V) right or wrong have a vendetta and although I'm no a fan of Casey or his behavior I would like the facts to be substantiated by a source outside. I'm not trying to insult anyone but usually on blogs such as this when questionable claims are made the person is often required to back it up with a link. And given the circumstances surrounding the Casey saga unless claims can be verifiable (Nightline in this case) I think it’s fair to find them questionable.

Rob Dawg said...

Everything you say is reasonable. You certainly should doubt blog content. The thing you just cannot bring yourself to say is that this time you were wrong. You go so far as to give the credit to Nightline 5 weeks after the facts. That's the insulting part.

Unknown said...

No problem. I was wrong. I didn't think I was trying to hide that fact.

Unknown said...

How in God's name can the spouse turn state's witness? The spouse is not allowed to testify! What is wrong with you people?

Go back to school, my friend.

A spouse cannot be compelled to testify by the Feds. However, they are free to testify of their own volition should they choose to do so.

More often than not, the spouse can often be "coerced" into testifying if he/she is also under scrutiny.

In this case, Galina has Cashcall seeking legal actions. And due to the California laws, she could potentially be liable for debt incurred during marriage.

However, if she can make a valid case that she was unaware of the actions of Casey and back that up with some evidence, (along with testimony against Casey), the Feds have probably already informed her they will admonish her of any wrongdoing.

On a side note, I keep hearing this notion of the fact that Casey will not be prosecuted because he is a "small fish". Sorry, but $2.2 million incurred fraudulently is NOT "small fish". That is big money. Bank robbers seldom come close to making off with that amount of money. So how precisely can the Feds ignore that amount?

It has already been proven that the Feds are investigating and Casey himself has stated that he now has a requirement for a defense attorney. Now why would be do that if there was no reason?

Hey Rob, any chance we could start a little side fund called the 'Casey Serin KY Jelly Fund"? A little good-bye gift from the Haterz? ;-)

IdleObserver said...

Remember the blogger who said Casey wouldn't face charges because LE has no interest in these crimes?

He is preparing to admit he was wrong.

Casey, you are so screwed.

anonymous said...

Casey will never do any "time". He clearly is not guilty by reason of insanity. It's obvious that he was brainwashed by late-night infomercials.

The health regimens, the positive-thinking, timeshares, real estate, get-rich-quick, etc, etc. ALL of them the content of late-night infomercials.

The infomercials aggressively use mind-control tactics and subliminal messages. That is not a joke. That is what commerical producers get paid to do. Casey obviously fell victim to this.

You people are abusing a victim. You've ruined everything he's done for the past year and are trying to ruin his marriage. And all the while he's just a victim of greedy scam artists.

You should be ashamed of yourselves.

serinjustice said...

He will make a run for it as soon as charges are made.

Once he sees how real they are and that he has nothing here to hold him back, he will run.

Lost Cause said...

Actually, the substance of FBI investigation mentioned on Nightline is a quote from the defense attorney, who may only be stringing Casey along, like so many other publicity hungry second-rate actors seen here on Planet Casey. He seems only borderline legit -- a Duane, Esq., if you will. Have lawyers never lied before? I suppose the US Attn would talk to him about it -- other than that, why is this real???

Lost Cause said...

PS -- perhaps the defense attn is telegraphing his defense in order to get the Feds off of his client's back. I think there are many ways for Casey to beat this rap. However, his numerous public confessions are not helping the cause.

Agent #777 said...

@Anon 11:34 AM

I would have a hard time arguing against your case. I wonder if he would be allowed to use that as a defense? I think that it would have been a lot easier if he had not come up with so many other elaborate plans.

Oh yeah...One Hundred and MURST!!

Unknown said...

I think I finally discovered how this entire Casey saga will end. I can see it now.

Casey, acting incoherently, comes running out of a nearby Jamba Juice screaming the following:

"Wheat grass is made out of people!!!! IT'S PEOPLE!!!!!"

Right before throwing himself off of a cliff.

*nyuk nyuk nyuk*

serinitis said...

@Agent #777

It is incredibly easy to argue against that defense. After the twinkie defense was successfully used, the legislature changed the definition of legally insane to be the inability to tell right from wrong. His constant posts about I knew it was wrong but its not a big deal, blows insanity out of the water.

I do believe he is mentally ill, but it is an insult to the insane to say Casey can get away with his acts because of his sanity

Unknown said...

IMO, firstly, the notion that Casey is "mentally ill" with a true mental illness (schizophrenia, etc.) is absurd. Personality disorders and other alleged disorders (bipolar) are merely behavior patterns, not illnesses in the strict sense of the word.

Serinitis has it correct -- Casey knows damn well what he did was illegal and wrong, or as he puts it, "creative" and "shady".

On the billion-to-one odds he was actually found insane, he still might not escape jail. He'd be sent to a psychiatric institution where doctors would attempt to rehabilitate him until he was found competent to stand trial.

Point is, this is not so much mental illness as it is a man-child who has spent has whole life being coddled and enabled, and is used to seeing no consequences for any negative actions on his behalf. End of story.

Agent #777 said...

I've always wondered about how the family plays into this whole debacle.

Judging by Duane's statements on the recent haterzcast, it would seem to indicate his parents do need the proverbial slap up side the head. And I always did get the impression that he was overly coddled. That is why I never bought into the whole "Casey is intelligent" rubbish. In my personal opinion, Casey is of average intelligence but was consistently positively re-enforced by his mother. (And possibly dad as well) So much so that he now actually completely believes he is special. It comes across in his statements. He has a "gift" for spotting "sweat deals". He has an entrepreneurial spirit. Etc, etc. So despite his obvious lack of mental aptitude, he nonetheless strives forward oblivious to his own inadequacy. And that is clearly a result of the nurturing he received from Madame Olga. aka "mom".

Not to say that positive re-enforcement is bad. But excessive amounts lead to the types of individuals like Casey who go through life believing they are great, always striving for achievements and milestones well outside their capabilities.

I posted at IAFF:

I don't think snowflake will allow it through - or, if he does, will delete it fast.

so - here it is:

----------------------

Casey:

Why is it G can not have friends of her own?
Why is it you say Duane is "interfering" in your marriage?
Why is it you don't want G telling her story?

You've been saying enough about your marriage and relationship and other stuff for over 10 months. Doesn't G get the opportunity to let people (your audience) know her thoughts and feelings regarding the relationship and how things came to be?

G WANTS HER STORY TOLD. She has every right to decide how she wants that story told, in which forum (i.e., internet, divorce court, a book deal of her own). She also has every right to decide who she wants to assist her in telling of the story.

G does not want you contacting her any more.

She does not want to attend your family's wedding celebration next weekend.

She does not want to talk about the taxes.

She does not want to talk about your criminal defense.

Pony up the sale proceeds from the blog, let her get square with her creditors, and let her walk away.

And stop talking about the debts being 50% hers (I believe what you said last night was "community property state..."). All of your loans, credit card and credit line debts were taken out in support of YOUR BUSINESS.

IMHO - you failed to incorporate or establish a "true business" because you knew that you would not be able to declare the properties as "owner occupied."

These were YOUR BUSINESS DEBTS. Your business FAILED. It is your responsibility to fix the mess - not G's.

And few final points:

First, the blog is a marital asset. 50% of the sale proceeds and 50% income earned is rightfully G's. Either pay now or pay later. And, if you say later, the money's gone... well, any divorce court judge would look closely to see if you committed fraud against your wife.

Galina's filing for legal separation does not release you from sharing with her any and all proceeds from the earnings or sale of the blog. What the legal separation did do is create a financial line between you and her so that any added debt you take on are yours and yours only.

And, regarding your criminal defense. Do not talk to Galina. Do not have your attorney talk to Galina. It could be considered "witness tampering." You are in enough trouble as it is.

One final note: Last night you said that you'd never gone to a hater site before..... LIE! The night of the beg-a-thon you took a screen shot of your computer showing everyone your paypal donations. There was a tab showing that you had a window open on the EN site.

I will post this at EN and CH.C in the event you feel you need to "mute" me again.

You know, if Galina did write a book, I think I would buy it. Who would not want to know the full, unedited story, and how it made her feel?

Murseboi should have considered this while they were still together, he could have shared in the profits.
