Wow this is a good 4th of July! Family is coming over later, Our new house is very close to where they shoot off the fireworks so we are going to have a great view just sitting on our front porch, and Lost Mittens really followed through (not saying that I didn't think you would but there have been at least a couple of people in the Casey Saga that promised retribution that has yet to be seen). When casey "blogged from Seattle" the cat was out of the bag. Unfortunately this incorrectly led to suspicions that confidences had been compromised. Not so. Like I said, get ready to track more players on the field. This may have started out as singles tennis but is quickly resembling a rugby pitch.

He is lazy and has sociopathic tendencies. Before the whole RE mess he got himself into, the signs were there, but he was at least able to keep a regular job. Once he bought his properties, he thought that the market appreciation would do all of the work for him.
One time, he even patted himself on the back after sending out 2-3 emails with resumes in the span of 1 week, thinking that this was enough effort to find a job.

But someone on eBay using the ID "jeffd1975" is located in Oklahoma, not California as one might expect from an alleged insider. It could be a coincidence, because the "jeffd1975" ID isn't linked to the Gmail address, but it's certainly odd.

That just didn't ring true for me. It would ring true that he would ask, but not that she would go along with it. Everybody talks about her being subservient to her husband, but even my friend's superreligious, very traditional Catholic wife would never quit paid-for school for a short-term gig just because he said so.
It has been mentioned that Casey and Galina argued, she expressed her dislike for certain things, she was able to stop working on rehab projects even though Casey wanted her to, so the whole "she does what he says" thing just doesn't hold water.

Reading through the posts, it appears we have a large portion of Haterz in PDX.

We then layout for the news media in black and white Casey's lies, manipulations and fraud and let it go from there. I'm sure there would be a reporter or two who wouldn't mind making sure Casey never felt welcomed in PDX or Oregon again.
Of course, soliciting infestment in Hammar securities without registering Hammar or obtaining exemption is 169% illegal securities fraud.

I go to contract, then I introduce the parties, then IF they go into business together I get paid on a percentage and a performance basis.

I do not spend the money until it is paid to me because I earned it.

Hey Rob, those pretty rockets you show got me in trouble with municipal law last night. Yeah, I know, I was trying to carry on the tradition with a little civil disobedience.
The interesting thing was that I was all done shooting 'em off when the cops showed up. Some kids saw us shooting bottle rockets, so they showed up with a sackful. 10-year old kid was tossing firecrackers into the street when a police car shows up.
Lady cop says she doesn't like to do this, but has no discretion in the matter. Confiscates kid's fireworks (I had none outside at the time). Says she needs to issue a citation, so who's going to take responsibility for this operation? It's my house (with my housemate) so I go talk to her. She says she's sorry, it sucks, then gets my info and starts writing something. I thought it was a warning.. nope! Notice to appear. Possession of fireworks.
Fireworks are legal in state here, but not in the city limits.
Court date Friday. Should I contest? I'm willing to take responsibility for the consequences of shooting off fireworks, but it appears I'm being charged with possession of fireworks I was never in possession of.

You put yourself out there as a public figure. No judge (especially in California) is going to grant you damages (or anything other than a kick in the ass) for someone asking if you paid the filing fees for your lawsuit against Casey.

Yet YOU went out of your way to contact and HELP this criminal.
Casey leaving Galina and running off to Australia were not criminal acts, they were acts of a asshole. Were you not offended or concerned about his criminal actions. I doubt it since you went out of your way to contact Casey and then tried to help this criminal negotiate his consequences and accountability.

What they leave out is how much money they envisioned everybody involved making in the process. Why would you go out of your way to help a known criminal? Well it appears that Casey, in his new post, has admitted that even for a potential lawsuit he is going to adopt the "ignore mode" defense.
This kid will not understand anything until the sheriff comes and arrests him. Only at that point will it become obvious that even when his eyes are closed, reality is still there waiting for him.
