I imagine now the next round of reveals and exposés will be delayed while everyone has a chance to make ammends. Sad really since flippy the manboi has been doing nothing but playing for time for the last 8 months. I know, "give him a chance, what's the harm?" The harm is that he's racking up near $200/day in penalties, interest, late fees and principle. Casey has an anti-job that is sucking the last drops from his family. What's the deal? I do not like people putting words in my mouth (or attributing things to me that I never said). Dear Gentlemen,
I have been pondering SERCASEY's marital status and wish to share my ideas with the group.
Holy cow! That is one of the most astute things I have read on EN. I have only been reading IAFF.com and EN for probably 2 months. This my first post.
To answer the question at the end: Now I am at my question for the group, and that is: will you view Casey's future actions as unfavorably now that he is separated, as you would were he to still be married?
I view Casey on a precipice, peering into the void. He can jump one way or another, jump to one side and it could be a fast or slow decline into the abyss, where there are monsters, jump to the other side and there could be redemption. It is a great existential crises he faces. I left him the following comment on his blog, but do not know if it will be published due to a php error, and when I attempted to re-submit the comment it was flagged as a duplicate, so, I do not if Casey will see it or not. Some say he reads here, some doubt this. His situation reminds me of a poem.

I like you Casey. You are unique. But, you have to admit that the above quote can't really surprise you that much. I wish you all the luck in your personal life, and hope that you can find happiness in that life.
Don't let the bastards get you down. The way to truly show them is to work hard, preferably at something you like, but even at something you may hate, just to earn some dough, and have the blog. I am talking like working 80 to a 100 hours a week, like a 40 hour a week job, a part time job that 15 hours a week, and 15 hours a week on the blog. Earn some dough, make some payment, and save what you can. No get quick rich schemes for at least after five years of making payments, working, blogging, and saving. You will learn a lot about people by working alongside them. I recommend a job as a night auditor at a decent hotel. You really only work 5 to 6 of the 8 hours you are there, and they just have to pay someone to be there the rest of the time. No one else wants to work this shift, so you are also liked at work.
This 5 year plan will give you the experience that you need in dealing with people. After that 5 years take your savings and do what you want with it. Invest in the craziest get rich quick scheme that you find, think of, or that finds you, if you like. But I believe after working at least 80 hours per week you will learn something of yourself, pay off some, or all of your debt, and may not want to invest that dough in some crazy scheme, but in yourself, and that will show the bastards.
