Geez where is Nigel...maybe the aspiring web journalist could help this guy with a career change:

http://www.brokeruniverse.com/grapevine/thread/?thread=376668

"Soon to be ex-New Century manager needs advice

I'm a successful manager at New Century who just bought an expensive new house 8 months ago. The builder in my subdivision just lowered base prices by $80k, making me instantly upside-down on my 80/20.

I want to move back to my home state to cut costs but my savings has taken a hit over the last six months. I don't have enough cash to sell at this time. To continue paying the mortgage I'll need a job with high income...whether that's in the mortgage biz or not. Sux because I've been with the company 8 years.

I'm in a fine mess and any advice you all can give would be great."

A lot of software is ready "out of the box", but you have to cater to a lot of different browsers, and stuff breaks for no good reason. Our studio provides web design (and yes, Snowflake's stuff is pretty much pedestrian at best, nothing custom, it's all "out of the box" stock templates and basic, entry level Photoshop filters), and we're constantly have to tweak because what works in the latest IE won't work in Firefox, will work in Safari but only sometimes...makes me glad I did'nt switch to web design in the .com boom.

I've been takinga break from the Snowflake slush for a few days, and aside from trying to whore himself out to media, it strikes me Snowflake is talking just to fill the void - the reason for his site is gone, and he has no future. I'd feel sorry for him but I'm waaaaaaay past feeling anything but loathing and disgust. He strikes me as he condemned man talking about a pardon "any second now!" as he's led to the gallows.

As for Nigel...what a utter, complete tool he is. God, get over yourself, bitch! Nobody cares what you have to say, you were a bit player in a small time web drama, you're yesterday's old queen and the subject has moved on. Silly bitch. I refuse to go to your blogs because you're not even worth the fraction of a penny in electricity it would take to go there, and I will *not* contribute to your hit count, which you so desperately cling to to try and prove you have any revelance at all. Stupid twat!

A successful manager at NEW for 8 years should have known that we've been going downhill. If he/she were successful for 8 years, he/she would have been able to see her monthly checks were a lot higher in 2002-2004/5 than they are 2005-2007. Common sense would say that buying an "expensive home" probably wouldn't be an ideal move.

For those of you catching up, Phillip is the guy who bragged that he was going to keep his tenants' security deposit, even though they did nothing to damage the apartment, because that was the "current trend," but eventually decided not to after several people pointed out that it would be stealing. In other words, he's an honest, ethical businessperson--only when he's called out on it multiple times--just like Casey.

This VA Tech shooting has me sad right now.

Please write the General and complain about their ads being on Nigel's DHC site. There is no way in hell this dude should be able to make money off of advertising when he makes the argument that Casey's issues are the moral equivalence of the Nazis and the Jews.

His advertisers should know what kind of scum bag he is.

For those who don't want to go to his ad laden site, here is the text to use for emails:

It is better that 5, 10, 20, or 100 guilty men go free than for one innocent man to be put to death. This prinicple is embodied in the presumption of innocence.

"Yes, but Casey's a scumbag. He lied on his loans. He deserves to be railroaded! He doesn't deserve the protections of the law. Again a slippery slope. People often wonder how states like Nazi Germany or North Korea or some of the African and South American dictatorships come to be. It happens slowly and with one freedom or objector removed at a time. A famous poem written about Nazi Germany reveals the process -

They came first for the Communists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.

Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.

Then they came for me,
and by that time no one was left to speak up. "

I then point the email reader to Casey's website and choice links. Nigel admits his mistake but won't remove the post. What's next? Saying Casey is being persecuted much like African Americans were during the slave trade? That Casey is being given a raw deal much like the Armenians did when the Turks attempted to exterminate them?

I mean my God Nigel, what the fuck are you thinking? You HAVE to be deep in this mess to write such uninformed drivel.

Back when Columbine happened, we had a student bring a gun to school and threaten folks (Middle School in GA). Very tense, but no one was killed then. I have a friend who lost friends when Columbine happened.

Such a waste. Makes me want to move to the Criminal Division...

Well, it would ruin my fun of spelunking, wouldn't it. I mean, that's half the fun of your blog right there. Trying to source everything on your wiki is tough work, but hey, at least you got some media exposure to help documenters like me out!

/Serious/

Casey, dude, seriously. I don't wish you ill will, but I worry for you and the future of your family. These ideas and education you have man, I don't think they're helping you. You're going through different plans, you seem lost to me, and that wrap could have some problems brewing. Also, I don't know if you knew, but there's taxes owed on your Sonora Ave property (which I don't know what you sold for, but I imagine I'll find out that it was for a loss, the assessd value is horrible.

I think you gotta get some income now. I'm not even talking about your debt, you're going to get 1099ed, be sued by your credit card companies, outstanding loans, etc. I know you have a tough time figuring out who to trust or who to listen to, and you've been listening to the wrong folks and not listening to the right ones.

Goto http://www.my334442debt.com/ and see what that guy is doing. Your situation is worse than his, but he's doing it all right. People screw up, its a fact, but what you pursued man, its like the lottery. I know (you know, economist and all that) this. Most folks who get wealthy do it slowly, and you dont even notice them, until one day BAM, they've retired and are in the good life.

I don't know what you're going to do, but your current path is not working. Change it, for the sake of your family.

And if you *want* and would *listen* to advice, let me know.

Gotta go back to my job now, lunch is over for me.

I only krak on Nigel because he's mentioned here. I don't have his blogs bookmarked or anything. It's funny to think that one EN regular reads Nigel's blog, posts here about it, and we make fun of him as a group without substantially increasing his oh-so-precious traffic. Then, he either pretends to ignore it and sits's'fumes, or posts here with a fake screen name to defend himself and denigrate EN. I don't really give a ratzass about him. He's just a fun abstract target, apparently deserving.

One thing I know about Nigel: he has a crayon.

Generally, the reasons one would not put a job on a resume:

1) The job is not relevent to your current career
2) The job happened a long time ago and you don't want to look that old
3) You were only at the company for a few months
4) You left the company under bad circumstances and are not able to provid a good reference from your time there

Is this the same R. Prestwich that has a radio program on KTKZ radio in Sacramento? The phone numbers are 916-923-3300 or 1-888-923-1380

http://www.sellingguides.com/articles.php?tbl_issuesPage=2&int_id=22
"Rebecca Prestwich CSA, RIA, and president of Sacramento, Calif.-based Secure Tomorrow, hosts her own hour-long radio show on KTKZ radio (1380 AM) on Saturday mornings. Because Prestwich wants to syndicate her show, which is dubbed as a weekly guide to the golden years, she buys the airtime, and then has sponsors who help her offset costs. The radio program lets Prestwich reach a large population (the station has about 70,000 listeners) and solidify her status as an expert in her field. “It elevates the public persona of who I am and what my company does,” she says."

Within my personal spectrum of probity, from saintly to sulfurous; Casey's amorality ranks far lower than any form of immorality. Nigel's obtrusion while unwelcome, ill considered, sophomoric and poorly executed is but a side show.

Anonymous said...

What a long strange weekend it was: Casey comparing his scaminars to medical school, Nigel comparing Casey's situation to the Holocaust. Chaps: are you both so divorced from reality that you can't see how absurd you sound?

Casey's still deluding himself with his hourly-rate calculation. $500 for 2-3 hours work: sweet! Real estate investor makes $250 an hour!

No. Firstly, he's almost certainly underestimating how long this deal actually took from beginning to end -- how much time did he spend negotiating the price, drawing up contracts, shopping the deal around, "dealing with tire-kickers", closing the deal?

But secondly, he made $500 on this deal; how many other leads did he pursue and ultimately reject? A princess, great: but how many frogs did he have to kiss?

His real hourly income is his total revenue, less his total costs, divided by his total time.

I suspect even over the period of this deal it's a pretty low number; and we all know how it works out over his entire "investment" career.

But what *really* scares me from Casey's post is this:

As I formulate my comeback plan I may have to do some wholesaling but at a much bigger level. Wholesaling apartment complexes, commercial deals, luxury homes, mortgages/paper, etc...

The buying-apartment-buildings fantasyland again, but dear God: now he's considering trading mortgages and notes?

He claims to be learning from experience; but surely the lesson from the Utah fiasco (or indeed the Countrywide note) is that he's *not* competent to deal with legal documents or financial instruments.

r-boy is right: he needs to be stopped now before he digs himself, and others, into much deeper trouble.

Hammar was a company that casey is listed as Agent for Service of Process> It was filed in September 2003, right after Casey started working at Res-Com. He has a gap in his resume of a year and a half. I assume that since Hammar and Secure Tomorrow are at the same address in their corporate information, then they must be related. Hammar has since been suspended< due to one or more of the following:

Failure to file and pay the annual Statement of Information. Failure to file a Statement of Information on time may results in a $250.00 late fee.

In addition, the California Franchise Tax Board may assess interest on the $250.00 late fee.

Failure to pay the minimum tax of $800.00 a year (assessed after the first year) or failure to pay any taxes that are owed.

Failure to file tax returns. Tax returns are required annually regardless if the corporation was doing business or not.

Failure to file the Statement of Information with the California Secretary of State which resulted in a $250.00 late fee that has accrued interest.

NOTE: A corporation can be suspended by the Secretary of State ONLY, the Franchise Tax Board ONLY, or both the Secretary of State AND the Franchise Tax Board.

I'm trying to prove a point to a friend that building a basic blog & website are not rocket science. The premis is, if two Monkey Boys and a Dawg can do it, so can we. (no offense Rob)

I found all the great software online & am getting a good start but there's one thing I don't know. How do you register a domain name so it becomes uniquely yours? If my end product is good enough for one of my friends businesses I want to give it to him and don't think a blogspot address inspires a lot of confidence in that context. Blogs like this, yes, but for where money is involved, no. Thanks!

@R-boy...regarding Secure Tomorrow, an 'anon' posted this comment on my blog last month:

I would question if the author really has done his homework in determining fact from fiction.
I know of at least one glaring mistake. I am not a "KNOWN ASSOCIATE" of this Casey guy. I do know that Secure Tomorrow rented a building a few years ago that Casey later aquired. Secure Tomorrow has never had any dealings with nor has any knowledge of Casey or his family. Do your research next time and don't rely upon some photo taken infront of a building.

Who knows whether or not that's Prestwich, but I always thought it strange that he/she would say "that Casey later acquired." Don't think I ever searched the property records to pin that down.

Anonymous said...

How can Casey consider trading notes and mortgages? Wouldn't one need a license for such activities? A bunch of guru seminars does not count.

Aspeth, that's interesting. Secure Tomorrow deals in variable annuities, the kind that old folks gets scammed from constantly. The NASD cracks down on them hard.

Domains are easy. Just GOOGLE and then follow suit. I make my living doing a number of things - web management, 3D animation, sound design, mixing, 2D graphics, soundtrack composition, etc, so I'm familiar with how easy EVERYTHING is. No one thing I do would pay the bills, but by mastering all disciplines, I make a living and much, much, more.

I normally lock down a domain for 10 years. You have that option. It's cheap. Hosting for most accounts is also cheap. It's so cheap it's a throwaway expense. Keep good records and you can get away with murder. It's Monday afternoon and I am drunk. Get the drift? I am a drunk and also a successful multimedia professional. Keep the records for your clients' domains. Mark them up. You can turn a $70 fee into $2000 easy. You'll also be regarded as a "whizzzz". At times, I feel as amoral as a 2002-era "realtor". But I don't feel bad about it. I actually deliver something in return for my fees, and my life is a joy. Collections are running 90% +. It's all adequate.

Aspeth said...

R-boy...Yes, anytime a firm dealing with older people's finances is called "secure tomorrow", there's as much cause for concern as when a mortgage lender is called "integrity first."

I'm thinking that if there's a link, it was that Casey was 'bird dogging' deals between ST and realtors--from experience, I know that it's a common (shady) practice for the annuities guys to try to get agents to convince clients to sell the house to put that money into annuities. Then they want a sweet referral fee from the agent as well.

Check the clients for Casey's web design co. There are bound to be some R.E. agents there.

From the Sac County Assessor's ofc:
"Certain types of residential building characteristics (such as duplexes, 4-plexes, mobile homes, etc.) as well as commercial building characteristics is not part of the Assessment Roll, is not maintained in an electronic format and is available for purchase only."

Snowflake may have a longer history of fraud and scams...surprise, surprise...

Anyone I have ever run into that has been trying to scam as long as he has, was generally raised by another. I'm beginning to suspect his father or mother or whole family may indeed be a bunch of scammers. His father may have been in or associated with the Russian Mob before he came here.

That type generally sneer at real jobs, and have several scams running at all times - and generally white collar scams, not the street level stuff the gypsies tend to do.

_THANK YOU_ for the time you've been putting in to this. Many have asked and will ask why there is a community of people that seem 'out to get' Casey. You can see, following media exposure, he has new readers that post things like, 'how sorry I am for you [a 'hater'] that your life is so devoid of purpose that you feel compelled to spew vitriol on some poor entrepreneur's website'. I need not respond to this hypothetical rhetorical question, as you and I have the same answer already.

My question for you is this, and if you cannot answer, that is fine:

* Do you think that Homey is with law enforcement? I followed up several of his early posts and when searching for the names and places he would listed I did find results in Google, therefore I wondered if he wasn't just very good with search engines, and perhaps a Sacramento native.
* Do you think the most recent 'Homey' post, without the In Living Color affectation, was the same Homey as before?
* If so, what did you make of his warning to Casey to appear at that address, and do you think Casey's presumed failure to appear is significant?
* Do you think Casey believes he is in danger of prosecution?

Thank you.

Lord knows I don't have the mathematical skills or RE/business knowledge that many of the posters here but...

Snowflake bought some rights to some property for $100. He sold those rights to someone for $500. The way I figure it, that's a $400 profit, not $500. Okay, I can see in Caseyworld, where Cashback on Closing is profit, this is $500 to the positive, but I've seen other posters here refer to Snowflakes $500 profit. Please, in simple words, explain the error in my thinking.

Knowing Snowflake, he borrowed the $100 to buy the rights, and never paid it back - thus $500 profit.

Ultimately, the "gold in them thar hills" rests in the purchase contracts themselves. The real estate agents, escrow agts, appraisers and mortgage brokers associated with this debacle are in for a world of shit.

Careful, it's not impossible that Casey might consider stalking charges against you. The reality, like it or not, is that while nobody seems to have any incentive to press charges against Casey, he has every incentive to press charges against you. Anonymous said...

Do you think Casey believes he is in danger of prosecution?

I'm no r-boy, but my guess: maybe, but he's choosing to ignore it.

Casey genuinely doesn't believe he's done anything terribly wrong; he sees his current circumstances as "bad enough punishment".

But even more strongly, he's brainwashed by all the "choose to believe" bullshit. He may see the gathering storm; but he will not acknowledge it. He is truly blessed" it is not adversity, it is a learning experience; all entrepreneurs fail; as long as he believes in the comeback, it will happen.

If it were me I'd be unable to sleep at night. But there've only been a few times on IAFF when the self-empowered failing-forwards it's-all-good facade has cracked to reveal the frightened kid behind it.

It's not harrassment or stalking if you the other party is emailing to discuss the issue at hand.

It moves into legal stalking when it turns into unsolicited harassment, threats or failure to cease communications when asked to by the victim.

As long as Casey is a public person who answers emails from other people, it's not stalking.

I don't buy the Casey Jr. speculation, myself. (Although it would explain why Casey still carries medical insurance; and why it's pretty much the only of his bills that he hasn't fallen behind on...)

Rereading the current IAFF post -- is it just me that finds the entire assignment-of-contract thing a little, well, iffy?

Isn't it basically a way for the "wholesaler" to act as a intermediary between the seller and the real buyer, without the need for that pesky real estate license and the regulation it implies?

And isn't it basically predicated on misleading the seller? Was it clear to the seller that Casey wasn't ever going to buy the house himself? Not from the Offer to Purchase it isn't; it's only the weaselly "and/or assigns" that gives it away.

I'm sure Casey sees this as "adding value" and "win/win/win" -- the seller was desperate and Casey got them a sale. But to me it seems like he pocketed $500 of value by exploiting a desperate (sorry, "motivated") seller.

Presumably this is also the mechanism by which those "WE BUY HOUSES" signs work -- throw out enough lowball offers and eventually someone will be desperate enough to bite?

Re: Time is of the essence

This is standard language in most real estate contracts, most commonly, something like "time is of the essence for each and every provision in the contract." If you don't include it, the dates for the various provisions aren't considered to be absolute. If you do include it, if one party is late in complying, the other party can back out.

Oh, good grief. Snowflake is justifying scrubbing the "hater comments" from his blog, and he blames the haters for "doing harm" to Phillip, Nigey, Amy, et al. Oh, and there's a link to the DHC blog as well...

Says he was inspired by this e-mail he got (he probably wrote it to himself)

"Subject: Listen, you gotta start deleting those hate comments

Those haters are ruining your blog. It is because of their rubbish, that your intended audience (people who are genuinely interested in what you’re doing) are slowly slipping away from your blog. That’s why you’re getting less and less positive responses - the haters scared most of the nice guys away!

Remember, it is your blog. It is not your job to give every cuckoo a place to post his garbage. On the contrary: Your job is make sure that your blog is enjoyable useful and clean.

Yours Truly,
One of your regular readers"

Now who does that sound like? Go ahead, Casey, delete the hater comments. Watch your blog die.

Oh, and Snowflake is having problems with CashCall...

Also, he says he has "some bad news on the CashCall situation…" That would imply that the Moneygram was all for naught. He won't reveal more until tomorrow.

Part of me enjoys some of the hater humor ... I don’t get affected by it. In fact, this is part of life. Every entrepreneur faces negativity on their way to success. Other people tell me they come here for the comments too.

Casey, Casey, Casey. No sane person "enjoys" crticism even well founded or well intentioned criticism. It is supposed to hurt. You have deeper issues to address. You are NOT an entrepeneur. Do you call people who jump out of airplanes skydivers? No, not unless they are prepared, equiped and successful. Were/are you prepared/equiped/successful?

There are three clicks here. Haterz™ who cannot turn away. Newbies who don't know. Parasites who sense blood. There is a very small contigent of the curious who either jion the three or never return.

There are enough Haterz™ that you will never escape your past present or future. No threat or weird staling involved. You have solicited international attention. No Sacramento DA can ever run for reelection without expecting Serin questions. No FBI mortgage fraud announcement will ever avoid "4 Sate Casey?" comparisons. No Countrywide earnings report will go uncommented referencing "what about the $50k?"

Any ideas?

Yep. Lots of ideas. Wanna hold a vote?

#1. Turn yourself in.

#2. Stop digging.

#3. Focus.

Face it. You were lying. You won't do any of these. Don't tell us you've changed. You are still lying when you pretend to be interested in suggestions.

Now would also be a good time to explain Haterz™ to the newbies. They don't hate you. They don't even wish you harm. The very very worst of your Haterz™ want only that you face justice here on Earth. Is that hate?

Anonymous said...

As I recall Amy left because YOU called her some variation of a hottie and put her picture up on your front page.

On Goal Orientation:
There is one central personality dynamic derived from the growth and forward movement of life itself. It is a future-oriented striving toward a goal of significance, superiority, or success. In mental health, it is a realistic goal of socially useful significance or superiority over general difficulties. In mental disorders, it is an unrealistic goal of exaggerated significance or superiority over others. The early childhood feeling of inferiority, for which one aims to compensate, leads to the creation of a fictional final goal which subjectively seems to promise future security and success. The depth of the inferiority feeling usually determines the height of the goal which then becomes the "final cause" of behavior patterns.

We all saw how bent Nige got (for five minutes before he realized defending Casey gave him lots of traffic) when the business deal fell through. Imagine what might happen if his primary source of traffic migrated to EN? He;d most certainly try to grab a piece, but most of it would be gone. We're supposed to be the reality-based community here, can we try to stay that way? G may or may not be pregnant - we do not know - but I'd like to see a bit more in the way of confirmation before we start counting the weeks and planning the virtual baby shower.

Leave Fantasyland to Casey.

LOL @ Stephanie 10:12!

I guess if your apt prediction comes true, we can look forward to Casey's new blog, iamfacingchildneglectcharges.com!

I believe 75% of the people encouraging Casey to crack down are actually haterz, driven by anarchistic principles. I myself encouraged him to censor all he wishes. It works for Nigel! Nigel's got a blossoming (heh) web blog empire, and censorship is his best friend. Friends, the more they censor, the stronger we become. But more importantly, the more we laugh it up.

[posting here rather than commenting at DHC; we all know he reads here anyway]

Nigel sez:

IAFF has about 150,000 unique monthly visitors.
75% of this traffic is composed of return visitors.
35% come from search engines.
There are over 3000 inbound links.
Over 1300 blogs link to IAFF.

and uses this to justify a view that haters form a minority because the number of hater comments is so much lower than the number of visitors.

Sorry Nigel, but all this reveals is that *commenters* at IAFF are a minority of the readership. No big surprise: in pretty much all media, traditional and otherwise, lurkers far outweigh commenters. Vastly more people listen to the radio than call in; vastly more people read newspapers than write letters to the editor; vastly more people read Usenet than post to it; vastly more people read blogs than comment on them.

Now, it's possible that haters are more vocal than supporters. But that's a subjective viewpoint, not something you can draw from or substantiate with the numbers you posted.

An equally valid view is that the comments *do* form a representative sampling of Casey's readership. If this is the case, Steph's analysis suggests that in fact the haters form a substantial majority.

And if we're making subjective judgements: how do you think that 75% return visitors breaks down into haters vs supporters vs foreclosure-help-seekers? Which do you think is more likely to return to follow the story? My money's on the haters.

And haterz, why don't you take a big swig from the glass in the photo.

Nigel, why don't you go fuck yourself?

And fuck your wannabe "haterz" catchphrase too. How many T-shirts have you sold?

Ticktock, ticktock, Nigel; your fifteen minutes is almost up and you're starting to sound desperate for attention. Why don't you create a few more sockpuppet accounts to agree with you?

Hey Rob:

You know what would be way cool? If we took up a collection here at EN and buy some "ads" on Casey's site.

Headline of the ad:

Casey Serin - the Real Story

Ad text:

Don't believe the hype. Don't beleive the PR. Casey Serin is not a victim of shady RE agents or mortgage brokers. Casey is responsible for his own decisions, actions and failures.

I would find it very funny if the Haterz buy a few ads....
===================================

Next Ad:

Headline:

Casey Get A Job

Ad text:

Casey, it is time to repay every dirty penny. Get a job.
===================================

Next Ad:

My Husband Started this Blog

Ad Text:

And I didn't even get a t-shirt

-----------------------------------

Next Ad:

You can call me Casey

Ad Text

But the guys at EN call me snowflake.

===================================

Next Ad:

Headline:

Learn more about forecloser

Ad text:

Go to your local library.

===================================

Anyway, a little creative thinking and a couple of small donations by the EN community, we could guarantee the Haterz maintain their presence on the site......

-----------------------------------

Next Ad:

Headline:

Jamba Juice

Ad text:

This ad just paid for one wheat grass shot at Jamba Juice. I love my sweet haterz and thank them for their support.

===================================

Anyway, I'm certain for a very small amount of $$ we haterz could have a lot of fun messing with his site with a few well worded adds.

News item (and sorry, not a joke): Zillow is illegal in Arizona

Zillow, the real estate social networking service is facing a cease and desist order in the state of Arizona. The order has been issued citing the fact that Zillow needs to be a certified appraiser in order to provide such information to the general public.

I always thought the Olympics was about athletes from around the world coming together every four years to compete in their respective sports.

Little did I know that the true importance of the Olympics is what pins you walk away with, and what parties you could get into.

Did I miss the part where Nigel discussed the athletes?

Hey guys - Nigel says there is only 12 of us. I say he proves himself wrong again.

Anonymous said...

Nigel thinks there won't be any google interaction with the new forums. He really knows nothing about Google does he? All it takes is any of us to go to Google and point the bots to the forum and the URL and the deed is done. Best yet? Post the best of the best on this blog so the info stays out there for all to see. I find all kinds of forum posts on Google. Nice try Nige.

Bwahahahahahahahahahaha. The only dummy I see is the one who thinks he is smarter than everybody else.

JohnDiddler said...

Nigel said that regarding Google? That's hilarious.

Nigel never had fame, dood. He had acrimony, but not fame.

If twelve wackos author the hundred or so caustic replies Casey gets each time, that's like ten per hater. I GOTTA GET MOVING.

Anonymous said...

John - I doubt there are 12 haterz even though I know what you mean. I believe there are hundreds at least. The most active are anons like myself. Nigel only claims that because he knows he only has 12 fans. Nigel claims 2759 visitors per day which some have said is wishful on his part. Seeing that Technorati ranks Rob's place very high so it means Nigel's site gets at most 12 total visitors. They happen to be 10 haters and 2 different Nigel posting IDs.

Casey is emailing with me, so that's good. Progress. Though my "dude get a job" may not get through.

No worries guys, still going to be keeping on keeping on with the spelunking.

As far as if Casey got arrested, I'd know, I think.

Speculating about babies seems silly, but entertaining.

Does anyone know what he sold sonora ave for?

Anonymous said...

@ R-boy
He claimed he only made a few thousand off of the sale.

Don't let him talk you into turning down the heat. Lord knows he'll say what he thinks you want to hear to get you to lay off.

Couple of IAFF obsvervations:

Somebody pointed out that all of the supportive commentary was structured thusly:

"Casey,

Suportive comment, Haterz suck etc.

-Supportive guy"

Indeed that is correct. Which leads me to believe that either Casey and Nigel are really SO bad at the sock puppet game or somebody is puposely making it look tht way. I think it's the latter and DAMN FUNNY actually. Take out those, and you got about 3 "supportives".

Secondly, regarding the bad news about Cashcall. They're clearly his biggest problem right now. They clearly scare him, and they're not gonna settle the way he did with Aaron Lomax. No way. They're coming for him and they're gonna get their money. Funny how his last payment has probably already been wiped out by their enormous interest rates and penalties. Not so funny that it was "Hater Money".

So that leads me to the point of this rambling. Will Casey perform another Beg-a-thon? I for one hope that he does. And I sincerely hope that he gets no support this time. I also will expect him to dance like a money for "promised payments" that mysteriously never appear. I loved the $800 phony donation last time. That must have been absolutely gut-wrenching for him to have to send back. GUT wrenching. I could almost hear his tone as he explained to Galina that no, they actually DIDN'T really have all of that money.

R-Boy said...

Ming,

No worries.

Anonymous said...

R-Boy,

I'm surprised that he's corresponding with you. He must find your level-headedness in communicating with him while remaining determined to put him away totally unsettling. I know I would. If it were me, I'd probably not ever email you at all. But then, I'd never be in that position in the first place! Perhaps he's trying to figure out a way of slowing you down (or stopping you) by keeping the channels open. It's a good technique, but ultimately it isn't going to work. Keep it up R-Boy.

R-Boy said...

Whatever motive he has, it doesn't matter to me. I'm glad he is communicating though, because the situation has to be stressful and there's not going to be many folks who are going to talk to him in a level-headed manner.

Anonymous said...

I'd think lots of folks are going to talk to KC in a very level-headed manner. Hundreds of haterz for the last six months or so have been ripping their hair out trying to talk sense into Casey.

He does not want to listen. But apparently Casey will listen to you. I am glad.

@ TK
Don't forget he had to pay a fee when he got the $800, and another fee when he reversed it. Wah-wah-wah-wah-waaaaaaaaaahhhh

@ R-boy
I can't find the post where he says what he made on Sonora. It's somewhere in there though. He didn't say much about it other than he sold it via round robin and made a little money off of it.

I forgot about this post where he spells out which houses he got sweet cashback on. It's interesting to reread those old posts. He seems like a different person.

It is very interesting that Nigeypoo had all this success with the Olympics and made all these connections and yet somehow did not manage to parlay that into more success. You would think he would now be working a big time PR or marketing job somewhere - LOLOL. Instead he is fucking around with mortgages and two-bit blogs with a bunch of looser ads on them for 'work at home' shit.

FEAR ME!

Anonymous said...

For your information, the next time Samuel L, David Hasselhoff, or Lindsay Lohan need to buy a home in SLC for 25% over market value, Nigel will be the first person they call. I'm pretty sure they've got him on speed dial.

Anonymous said...

By the way, I heard that that celebrity party Nigel went to ended with Suge Knight dangling Nigel off of the balcony.

Anonymous said...

It makes no sense all these supporters keep popping up and signing their names the exact same style.

Casey I love you!

- John P.

Casey can the haterz!!!

- Jenna C.

I mean how is it so many cheerleaders sign the posts the same way? Nobody would see a lot of these since they all get moderated at the same time. Are we to believe that cheerleaders sign their "names" when nobody else does? Even Casey's biggest cheerleaders don't do that.

This proves to me somebody is creating all these people to give off the perception of fans.

Thoughts?

Again, too much similarity in responses and the same sign off. Something is fishy and I bet it's got Nigel written all over it.
