A place to reply

The snowflake needs more advice. He says:

So the question is…

With the troubles I have already experienced and the good I am trying to do via my story…

With my credit ruined, my reputation tarnished, my behavior sharply criticized, my past dug up and exaggerated, myself and my associates verbally abused, and even my family being stocked..

Notwithstanding that some of you can’t stand my care-free personality, my preference for self-employment and occasional Jamba Juice outings..

With all that…

WHY do so many of you think I still deserve to go to jail??

For the record, I'm in no position to call the "deserve" part, I just think the prison part is a safe bet based on what we know.

There is something I do know. Casey has not experienced trouble in the least. I'm also certain that based on "troubles I have already experienced" he has no idea what could happen. I'm not going to go into Hep C infection rates and worse, I'll skip right to the worst case and no, it does not involve kneecaps. Worse. I can forsee an "irregularity" in his citizenship application that only turned up during a routine mortgage default review. Perhaps until all this is cleared up it would be best...

OK so here is why Casey should go to jail. Let me rephrase - why Casey NEEDS to go to jail. For his own good and the good of the country.

It's painfully obvious that he has no intention of stopping. He still fancies himself a businessman, an investor, etc. Everything but what he IS - a lazy 20-something who wants things he hasn't worked for. He continues to talk about buying a shell corporation despite EVERYONE telling him it would be fraudulent and illegal. He still talks about pulling off other "sweet deals." He speaks of shady alternative income soures. He will NOT stop unless we stop him.

Miguel said...

Also, I'd hazard a guess that the only genuine financial pain he's ever suffered was when Wells Fargo rightly docked his current account by $1,000.

He needs to feel a lot more. $2.2 million isn't a real number as far as he's concerned - it might as well be $2.2 billion (another figure he's been parlaying around). The day he's forced to get a job and also have his pay docked by 95% to pay off his debts is the day he'll actually start paying his dues. Or go to jail - I'm not fussy.

Casey, in solitary confinement, protests dinner: "Meat loaf AGAIN? Come on guys, with all the troubles I've already experienced, can't you get me some filet mignon and Jamba Juice?" :-p

The dude with the "will work for food, God bless" sign is worth more than Casey.

Yet, a job is beneath him somehow.

He's just a lazy idiot looking for the easy way. Guaranteed he's spending some of his mystery money on lotto tickets also.

But I have no desire to post on his site any longer. What's the point.

"With all that…

WHY do so many of you think I still deserve to go to jail??"

I'm not going to say straight out that he deserves jail, because all I know about the situation is what he and others have posted on blogs (just text on my monitor).

However, given the gravity of the actions he has claimed to have committed, he does deserve to be investigated by law enforcement. Then if he is indicted, he deserves to face justice before a jury of his peers. And if found guilty and sentenced to jail, then yes, he will deserve jail.

CASEY I ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ THIS PIECE OF ADVICE FROM THE FEDERAL AGENT:

"He also pointed out that Casey should get a job, two or three if necessary. He should focus on paying the creditors that can do the most damage to him in the short term"

Casey won't get 1 job (forget about the 2 or 3) so what else is there ? My vote is for 3 hots and a cot (prison)

If I am not mistaken, I think the "agent" also said that part of why CS wouldn't be prosecuted is because most lendors wouldn't want to pursue or cooperate, plus third party tips would be required...

Fair enough. But I think a few people dropped some forms to the IRS. I've already had emails from Sac DA's office saying this was forwarded to their fraud office, a similar email from one lender and now this ...

Eh-hem. If I may beg the blog's indulgence while I re-post something from Sunday...

"...mail...Included was a letter from one of the mortgage companies that holds one of Our Hero's notes.

You see, following Heidi's lead I sent an email to one of the lenders both Our Hero & I use. As a customer I was expressing dismay their reputation as a lender was being dragged down on a blog and directed them to that site. I never expected to receive an actual **letter** in return.

Interesting. They thanked me for the information. While it is obvious they are not thrilled about being mentioned, they do note that even morons & idiots (my words) are allowed to blog their opinions. But the specifics on the loans were of interest to them. Cheers."

Or would it be stalked where you or your family are followed and activities documented?

So while it's perfectly ok for Casey to pose for pictures at Jamba Juice that literally pinpoint his location or pose for pictures while jumping on a trampoline in his parents' backyard, it's not ok to have his bullshit verified visually?

I was hoping he meant the stocks in the village square and for a brief flickering moment thought perhaps he'd secured gainful employment as a 17th century debtor at Colonial Williamsburg and we'd all get to throw things at him and jeer this summer. "Notwithstanding that some of you can’t stand my care-free personality, my preference for self-employment and occasional Jamba Juice outings.."

Successful businessman =/= "carefree". Making money and success requires HARD work. Shithead can't move paper from one side of his desk without naps.

"Preference for self-employment". I have no problems with someone who wants to be self-employed, but shithead has no "job", he scammed banks. His "job" is simply doing dilligence on things most people do AFTER work is done - and he can barely do that - and now he's blatantly demanding that people who read his blog REMIND him of things that should be printed in bold red ink in a dayrunner, and starred and underlined multiple times.

It's not the profession he pretends to be in, it's HOW he tried to go about that profession, by lying and defrauding banks. I don't care if he was setting up a hand made furniture business, a private accounting office, or a rug cleaning franchise - if you lie and defraud to get your "seed capitol", you are a criminal, and belong in jail, period.

'Jamba Juice outings"...shithead created this himself, by admitting he overdrew his checking account to "treat" himself, after doing effectively nothing.

He'll never admit what we want to hear...but it's fun watching his cage get rattled daily. This response is in direct opposition to the defiant one the day before. He's trying to negotiate, but I think he doesnt realize it's past the point of no return...

Anonymous said...

Wow... where to start...

Casey's quote:
YES, I overstated my income, misrepresented owner occupancy intent and concealed the cash-back from the lenders.

Well, to me, that's one, two, three strikes... YER OUT!

Okay, in Casey's words: the 'gray area' about mortgage lending. Let's take a look:

Overstated income? Yeah, I'm sure it happens all the time. But as long as you pay your mortgage(s) on time, every month, it stays in the gray area, right? Right.

Owner Occupancy? Another gray area. Maybe you intended to occupy the property while you did a re-hab for resale. But... and the 'ouch' here are the words 'primary residence.' Ow. That's gonna hurt.

Cash-back from the Lenders This one has you caught cold, dead to rights. The Lenders (Mortgage Companies) had every legal right to assume that the disbursement of funds as reported on the HUD-1 statement was a true and accurate statement of where their loan monies went. You deliberately stepped outside this box when you had the Seller pay you DIRECTLY after the close of escrow. Or your shell/fraud LLC, and then get the funds back to you.

This last one is the Big One. You and Galina lived the High Life for a year. Trip to Hawaii. Real Estate seminars. Fancy dinners. Somehow, you pissed through over $100K, and have nothing to show for it. That must have been some year-long party! Shit... you don't even have a decent car!

And that $100K is the tip of the iceberg. Somehow, in 18 months, you and Galina racked up an additional $140K in unsecured consumer (credit card) debt. Again: what do you have to show for it? A blue ball and a laptop? One room's worth of furniture? You and/or Galina must have a massive drug habit to spend that much money in that short of a time.

Simply stated: all of that cash back at closing represents money STOLEN from the Mortgage Lender. The Lender thought it was money used to buy the property. Yet part of it (as much as $50K per transaction) went into your pocket.

That's theft. It's not a 'gray area.'

Oh yeah: and then there are all the upcoming 1099 forms as a result of the impending foreclosures. The IRS will have some sick fun with those.

So why do you deserve to go to jail?

Simple: you stole a lot of money from Mortgage Lenders, and you and your wife used that money to have a great party for over a year. You did the same thing with you and Galina's credit cards. You've pissed through a mind-boggling amount of money.

And, to date, you've only accounted for a fraction of that as "real Real Estate Fix-Up Expenditures."

Casey: you are a liar, a thief and a criminal. YES you deserve to go to jail. For a long, long time.

Come on now. Some very very very good comments here. I'd love to hear a Casey rebuttal but we never wil. Keep them coming.

As to what happened to the $250,000 or so that up and disappeared (cause god knows it wasn't being spent on repairs or payments). I blame that on the wife though both appear to be addicted to spending. I don't think there's any drug habits here, just an addiction to shopping for expensive bad eurotrash clothes and dumping cash on vacations, food, whatever... day to day BS while sleeping and pretending to be a business man. "Galina, I gotta get this new suit, Galina, I gotta get tis new computer, Galina, I gotta get this new PDA phone (with no appointments in it) so I can be ready when nobody calls. Oh what's that honey? You want some $400 jeans? It's all good baby, go for it. You're worth it and we'll be making sweet cash soon. Besides it's YOUR credit card!"

For someone who is confident that he should not go to jail and is "falling forward" he certainly whines a lot.

"Have you made up your mind or are you finally going to approve of me when I find a way to payback/settle all my loans later this year?"

Now he wants approval, poor whittle Casey, so so sad. Too bad we still think you should go to jail, you probably won't but you should.

Ogg the Caveman said...

I agree that drugs are unlikely. I can't think of anything that would be that expensive, leave Casey as lethargic as he is, and not show any physical signs.

As difficult as it is for me to fathom blowing through $250k on food and luxuries, that's probably what happened. (Bear in mind, however, that there's probably at least $50k in RE "education" in there as well as some tens of thousands actually spent on renovation.) Ironically, the most likely reason why Casey didn't buy himself a new car is that he didn't intend to blow all that money. It's easy to nickel and dime (or hundred and fifty) yourself to death while thinking that you're being frugal because you haven't made any big purchases. Casey and his wife have simply raised that process to an art form.

Anonymous said...

Am I alone in thinking that by "settle all my loans later this year?" he really means "write off and run away"? Not likely.

Anonymous said...

Casey considers the inability to foolishly spend large amounts of money he did not earn to be a hardship. The nerve of this kid.

Yeah, it must be really stressful to have to cook your own meals rather than Macaroni-Grill it several nights a week.

It must suck to not be able to upgrade the expensive PDA whenever the urge hits.

It must really be rough to not have a wonderful Hawaiian vacation to look forward to this year.

I suppose it must be difficult to realize that you could never re-create that lifestyle on your own... through hard work and careful money management.

He lived the high life for a quick minute and c'mon, guys! Have some empathy for the kid. It's finally dawning on him that this lifestyle was unsustainable. Surely that's punishment enough, right?

@Ogg

It is very simple to spend through that kind of cash. Particularly when you have no concept of money at all. Clearly this was Casey boy's first encounter with a chunk of cash. My first encounter with a chnk of cash was heavily invested. Sure we had some fun with some spec trades that went well. But we also got our asses handed to us a few times too - and that makes you GET IT. Not only that but we're both working people my wife and I - and had a nanny on the books so we understood how, as basically middle class people it is extremely difficult to support somebody's entire livelihood. If you undertsnad the value of the money it doesn't have the WOO WOO effect as somebody so brilliantly put it.

Anonymous said...

Like og, I too simply cannot fathom how he blew through so much money in so little of time.

I hate to spend money..I mean I loathe it.

I always kick myself in the ass when I spend 20 bucks or more and think that could go 1 step further to get me out of debt.

But I always seem to blow through quite a bit of money each month.

Where does it all go?

I dont know..nor do I really want to know...I am frugal where it matters and blow money on stupid shit every other day..I can afford it and it keeps my stress away.

I think Casey mentioned (maybe in the video where he speaks to the real estate class) that he and G lived in Tahoe for a while without having jobs. I can't think of a quicker way to burn through cash than moving to a vacation area like Lake Tahoe and spending the day skiing, shopping and going out to eat. I haven't been to Tahoe before, but I'm guessing rent at a decent place up is probably a few hundred dollars a day.

Add in a trip to Hawaii, multiple levels of classes from various real estate gurus (I think $50k is much less than what they really spent), and multiple full-fare flights to visit these properties and it would be easy to burn through a few hundred thousand.

Anonymous said...

I was at the gym and talking to a fellow comrade who was bummed that a collection agency had taken all of his money for an unpaid debt. Yes, Casey might think he has gotten off scott-free after all the houses are gone, but unless he files for BK, he will have some interesting surprises in the future. His credit card debt is the debt that keeps giving. He has no idea how badly he has screwed his future.

Anonymous said...

I want to add that this was college debt and five years later guess who came knocking.

Anonymous said...

If you look up Galina Suprun in the right people search engine it will show you that they had a place in NV right outside Tahoe. My sense of Tahoe was California side: Shitty, NV side not too shabby. Only cause that's where all the money is. Still I don't imagine that they were renting at a premium rate. Again though the place appears to have been in HER name. Casey has a nasty habit of letting her be the fall-girl. They probably ate like a King and Queen every night, gambled traveled to seminars. They lived like a rich couple and now they will pay for eons.

LOL said...

Indeed, Casey will be forced to live a different life for many years.

Real Job? nope, bad credit will keep him out of many good jobs and a real job means wage garnishments from the judgments that will be filed against he and Galina.

A Home? nope, he will be renting from family or living in crappy rentals due to bad credit.

He is about to become a poor person on the fringes of society, hiding from creditors, unable to BK his debts due to fraud. Forced to live a strictly cash lifestyle.

Anonymous said...

I think a lot of the cash back money went into purchasing the next house. Even with zero down there are fees and whatnot he had to account for. He probably made two or three mortgage payments with each as well.

Factor in living expenses, RE edumacation and the Hawaii trip and it's possible that it all disappeared.

I bet he got conned out of some of it as well.

On his legal troubles, even if he escapes punishment for what he has done so far, he's still screwed. He's not going to pay his various taxes, and the IRS will come after him hard for that.

Anonymous said...

Um....again with the "good things are coming" attitude. Obviously he's got it on because how in God's name else would he expect to have it all paid off by EOY??

SWEET DEALZ?

Er no. Most straight laced employers will consider him to be a liability after even a cursory background check - a worker with this much baggage is considered a liability in the workforce. Too much non-work-related stress and.um the possiblity he could get led out in cuffs by the feds while he's trying to install Vista on Mr. Smith's computer.

Agreed. But still, you have to admit... it's an awesome achievement. Let's play with some round numbers:

Say that he put $100K back into RE: property improvements, mortgage payments, and like that.

So he and his wife blew through $150K in about a year. Again, round numbers.

That's about $400 a DAY. And nothing more to show for it than a "Okay, so I made some mistakes."

Well, a couple laptops, some furniture, a few designer handbags, a crappy car... I mean seriously: spending that much every day, with nothing to show for it is an ACHIEVEMENT.

I personally don't want to see him in jail. I don't see what it would do for anyone. But I do want to see the chain of frauds stopped, and even now he still expresses the intent to keep on. Fraudulent apps with fraudulent income with fraudulent contracts submitted, closed out by signing fraudulent HUDs, complete in one case with a payment to a shell corporation - and he says he didn't think it was fraud? This is NOT a common practice. The average person doesn't do it. People get thrown in jail for bad checks if they keep on, and this is a heck of a lot worse.

He says he's going to keep on doing it, and my guess is that he WILL keep on, because let's face it, the only way the kid knows how to get money is to borrow it. And no one, but no one, is going to lend him or his purchased corporation money without a fraudulent application of some sort.

I really do worry about the Utah buyer, and I certainly feel compassion for the next person who gets stung, who may well lose his or her job over it. I'd hope that he gets probation with a ban on real estate doings for at least 5 or 10 years, and a restitution order.

Jail? Yes, jail for Casey works for me. 1 mistake? Okay, maybe. 8? No, not hardly.

Criminal intent? Only if lying and stealing is still considered a crime. Yes, I believe it is.

What an idiot: "Idiot" was originally used in ancient Greek city-states to refer to people who were overly concerned with their own self-interest and ignored the needs of the community. Declining to take part in public life, such as (semi-)democratic government of the polis (city state), such as the Athenian democracy, was considered dishonorable. "Idiots" were seen as having bad judgment in public and political matters. Over time, the term "idiot" shifted away from its original connotation of selfishness and came to refer to individuals with overall bad judgment–individuals who are "stupid". In modern English usage, the terms "idiot" and "idiocy" describe an extreme folly or stupidity, its symptoms (foolish or stupid utterance or deed). In psychology, it is a historical term for the state or condition now called profound mental retardation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiot

Maybe I'm wrong but I kind of get the feeling Casey may be close to suicide. Mood swings and erratic behavior (like removing entire posts that 40-60 people commented on) are often traits of those who are so self indulgent that they cannot face the consequences of their actions. Casey has to know by now the walls are closing in fast and furious upon him with no escape. The sweet life he has enjoyed until now has come to a close. While I believe he richly deserves whatever punishment the world metes out upon him both legally and financially (Thanks Homey for all your efforts) for defrauding mortgage holders and companies, I am asking for a certain amount of moderation in the comments. This is for the sake of anyone who may genuinely love him (his mother) on the chance that Casey will not want to face the music.

But since all three of the above are true, he can count his blessings.

I'm surprised as hell that only Cash Call is busting his butt. True story, when I recently moved, the change of address for one of my credit cards wasn't properly done. Only the city was changed but not the street address. The cc company started calling me every other day when they realized I was missing a payment. This for only a $67 balance. They were very nice when they realized it was their error and rescinded the late fees and interest changes. Heck, the CSR also told me to call back later in the week to have my APR reduced given my excellent payment history.

Some credit card companies will wait long months at a time building up interest on deadbeats.

It's not unheard of. A friend of mine ran behind with First USA way back when and never heard from them for almost three months or more.

Why do some of us want to see Casey go to prison? Because he invited it. Because the picture he paints of himself is profoundly unlikeable. Some of this is deliberate - the trolling comments involving the juice place and so on seem designed to invite hostility. Much of the distaste shown by Casey followers is due to the revelation of his sloppy and far too visibly reckless behavior. He's stupid, and conspicuous, and shallow.

I used to do crimes. Credit card stuff. I kept it quiet, discussed relevant issues only with conspirators, and in general made no display. People with whom I worked scams behaved similarly. Even though we were committing crimes, we judged people behaving in a dicklike fashion as worthy of incarceration. If the web had existed 25 years ago when I was doing this, and someone like Casey had posted the details of his crimes and ill-gotten gains publicly, even my ex-con friends who hated cops and prisons would have applauded apprehension and incarceration. Show-offs are usualy dumb, and they screw things up for everyone.

I eventually got caught and served three hard plea-bargained months of home confinement, and was allowed, oddly, to keep the $80K I obtained using credit cards. I never asked why the cops and banks let that go. I took the prosecution as a wake-up call to permanently get out of that particular business (and invested the $80K, which has turned into quite a nice retirement fund whose origins never attracted the notice of the IRS).

I post this to point out that I judge Casey not for his crimes. Crime can be profitable and fun, and it's tempting to the young. I judge Casey for being an unlikeable, idiotic dick. He has, in essence, gotten a giant KICK ME tattoo, then complains that people are kicking him. If he is offended that people dislike him because he is a self-confessed, contemptible jackass, he should shut down the blog and go ask his mommy to tell him how wonderful he is.

My humble opinion:

Casey will be arrested and charges will be filed. He will be in jail until he pays bail (Galina will need to go to CashCall to raise the funds).

A good criminal attorney (assuming Casey has the balls to find and pay a good attorney - otherwise, it'll be a public defender) will assist Casey in obtaining a plea bargain.

The result of the plea bargain:

Probation for XYZ years with the following conditions:
A. He is gainfully employed with one or two jobs and begins making restitution payments to lenders/cc companies.
B. He not participate in any RE, Insurance for Financial institutions or business enterprises.

If Casey isn't employeed with one or two jobs by the time he gets to his plea bargain, the judge will have his probation officer assist Casey in gaining employment - and any hopes Casey may have for a nice desk job will be gone - he'll end up working at a recycling center or janitorial service. Remember, though he did not get a prison sentence, he will be a convicted felon and his employment opportunities will be limited.

I think it would be to Casey's benefit to spend six months in prison - time spent in prison will reinforce for Casey that there are hard consequences for venturing into "gray" areas.

It's not hard to blow through $150K in a year, when you live a lazy, "I deserve only the BEST" lifestyle.

Remember, this is someone who wants to outsource paying bills.

I'm also sure he got ripped off by contractors, because he ran out of rehab money, thus the CashCall loan. The money on the whiteboard was supposed to fund things until houses sold, but he got fucked early on.

The Credit card debt is easy:

Fly business class or first class to seminars, property, and vacation. "Hey, it's a sweet tax write off!" Add in hotels, no Motel 6 for our little slackers, rental cars, food, clothing, god knows what else.

Slacker/fashionable clothing is expensive. One outfit could be one of our week's pay - a determined girl like Galina, let loose in Nordstrom or the higher-end stores could *easily* rack up $3000 a trip.

Buying every gadget/nicknack/whatever when shopping. I'm sure they've either thrown out or given away stuff each time they moved, because they were going to be so rich later. And you know Galina won't be caught dead in Target or Walmart, she's a Pottery Barn kinda gal.

Hotels, travel, clothes, meals, car rentals and sundry for their snake oil seminars - and the costs of the seminars, and you know shithead went hog wild and signed up for EVERYTHING.

Doing daily shopping at health food stores. That stuff is expensive, and after reading shithead's De.lish.ous links, the idiot is very into new age woo woo diet garbage.

The part that makes no sense is there's no Beemer or Lexus or Hummer...either shithead was too stupid to buy a car with the money he defrauded, or they were leasing, and lost them when the money ran out.

I know people who make more than 200K a year, and their monthly bills can be HUGE, if they only buy at overpriced stores, pay for convenience (take out, restaurants, dry cleaning, maid service, hiring limos/towncars to and from the airport, full cable packages, full cell phone plans with thousands if not unlimted minutes (TWO seperate accounts here), and just spending on stuff will go through money fast.

Figure they spent 10K a month, including covering all the bills on the properties, including taxes, insurance, mortgages, rehab bills, and assorted fees?

Easy.

This is a guy who thinks a 300 cell bill a month might be too high - that's over 3500 a year, alone.

bubba has something hard that will help casey venture into "gay areas"
lmao.

I think 8 years in the pokey ought to do it -- 1 year for each house. then, restitution afterward.

just imagine -- casey is 26. He's looking at a MINIMUM of 7 - 20 years. Odds are he won't get out of jail until he's 40. Imagine what his sweet babushka will look like then.

Yes, I do deserve the best! Why can't you pay me $5K/month passively? After all a nap is work you know! The magazines told me that it helps reduce my stress. I have a lot of stress to deal with which is more than anybody else can say!

So what's the harm people? I deserve to earn what all of you make working W-2 jobs but without having a schedule placed on me. I need time to plan and think, can't you all see this?

Anonymous said...

What is it you haters can't stand about me? It's my choice to be rich without ever doing anything but nap and have late night "business meetings" isn't it? Maybe it's my good looks that piss some of you off. I am quite good looking in that pretty boy way aren't I? Why won't you approve of me?

When I get that $22 million apartment complex and start earning sweet passive income (Galina says after we go on vacation and she buys her Spring wardrobe)we can start paying back those dirty pennies. I figure the bigger the apartment complex the faster I'll have the debt paid off. Besides, I'm already lining up sweet lines opf credit with my corporate thingy which my crooked CPA says will be totally cool as long as I pretend that there was no intent to break the law and then blog about it.

You guys just don't get it. I deserve this. I shelled out a lot of other people's money to learn how to be an entrepreneur and damn it I will be as I fail forward into the life of my dreams...

Schnapps said...

Besides thinking that stupidity isn't an excuse and the gene pool might need a little chlorine...why does he deserve to go to jail?

Because he broke the law. Plain and simple.

Moreover, he's aware he broke the law and there was probably aware of that before he signed the loans.

The Boy's an idiot and it makes my head hurt.

Maybe we should back off and give Casey a break! Why? Because Nigel says HERE that foreclosures don't actually hurt anyone except the borrower! I never looked at it that way! We need deep thinkers such as Nigel to guide us in these dark times, so we don't allow mob rage to go wild and prompt us to stick a fork up an undeserving ass bereft of "criminal intent".

Catch this gem:
Remember that this post only references single foreclosures. Multiple foreclosures have a significant impact on lenders, financial systems and communities.

Are not "multiple foreclosures" by necessity composed of many "single foreclosures", or have my math and logic skills withered from the heat? Do any "single foreclosures" exist in a vacuum? Do they not add to the body of "multiple foreclosures"? Nigel, you're gettin' way ahead of me. Slow down and explain.

Could the hater who trolled Casey with the $2 billion loan offer please step up to the podium please? You need to claim your Hater of the Year trophy.

Casey is lucky he's trying his scams in the USA, and not China:

I posted this on Casey's blog, but I doubt he'll let it through:

""Yes, I did rape her your honor, but I now tell people is wrong to do it, so let off the hook."

See how stupid that sounds?

Frankly, I want you to go to jail because as a 24 year old immigrant that own his own house, your complete lack of resposability for you and idiots like you makes THAT much harder for the silent majority of us who do things the right way to be succesful.

Thank you, asshole."

I certainly do not advocate the death penalty for scammers, like China or Uzbekistan. However, I am all for some form of capital punishment for Casey. Namely, 20 minutes with the angry ladies from this blog kicking him in his lil' flipper factory, of course to be filmed and put up on youtube.

Actually, that could make a great reality TV show. Every day, Casey is given ten simple tasks to accomplish. (Open the mail, take out the trash, cut the grass, change his oil, etc.) For every task he gets done, he gets a Jamba Juice or Macaroni Grill meal or something. For every one he blows off, he gets a kick in the balls from Stephanie J at the end of the show. Maybe there could be different ball kickers on every episode. Creditors, B list celebs, and so on. Think of it as Jackass meets IAFF.

Every single person who has ever read his blog would tune in every week just to see the end of episode wrapup where the ball smashing gets meted out. Great entertainment, plus it puts a stop to the Casey Serin bloodline. A definite win-win for humanity.

anonymous @ 11:57 PM:

He had a car, something like a Camry perhaps, that was declared a total loss as a result of a crash. I think he got about $5000 for it, used the proceeds to buy a $3k car (that was worth $1k) and then the other $2k to pay down some debt--maybe the first $1100 of the $3300 private loan, and $900 of rent money? It's in his blog, if he didn't delete it.

@segfault,
Actually I think it was a Taurus as well. He mentioned in those hidden blogs that he was brining it to his brother the mechanic to take a look at. Funny how he mentions that his brother had questionable skills as a mechanic (yeah, I'm sure his brother returns the feeling about Casey's questionable skills as an entrepreneur/real estate investor), but that he is getting better at it. So the question is, with all this money they had for everything else, why couldn't they get a new car?

I'll tell you why
1) They would not qualify for a lease or loan as they had a ton of credit already out there.
2) they didn't want to pay cash for a new car as that would eat into their extravagant lifestyle.
3) They always had Dustin or Nigel to drive them around.
