Found a new Casey pic:
Under the Radar
Awesome VG. Can I use it for a post?
LOL VG!
Rob,
Feel free to use any of the pics I post.
VG
hey guys remember when Casey was so full of himself that he actually made those videos to answer questions from his fans? that part about how he is so busy with offers of people wanting to work with him...yowza. I think Dolph had a put a link to it back in Caseylandusa when it was around.
The guy probably really thought he was a cerebity (ha ha that was a classic from a few posts earlier)
Miss your blog Dolph...see, I don't always hate.
I know we are supposed to be boycotting his site and all, well I do by not posting, and apaprently people have noticed that the good posters are gone, but MAAAAAN, I don't want to miss the conclusion of this tragedy! It would be like leaving a baseball game with the score tied in the ninth innning!
I want to see him do the perp walk, I want to read about his new cellmate, I want to know when he gets his cherry popped in the pen, was it SWEET? Was it all good?
by the way I did not intend to imply that I was one of those good posters, I know my limits, unlike Casey.

Yeah you did you backhanded backstabber ;>
I've finally learned not to drink soda while opening a Vague Guru link. VG you da man!
um train wreck..where has that finger been?:-)
I confess that I still drop in for the comments every so often. Sadly, despite the boycott, it's getting halfway interesting again. Casey seems to have picked up new haters, plus a few old ones.
Today's highlights:
* Pelegirl is back.
* Some lackwit (#101) thinks Casey has a future as a financial programmer. Not only does programming require discipline and attention to detail, attributes which Casey lacks, but nobody's going to let him near software that handles money with his credit.
I grew up in Trumbull, CT (just north of Bridgeport) and I cannot understand for the life of me why anyone would want to live in Bridgeport. Its better than the 1980s, but the crime rates still high and the schools still suck (for Fairfield County). If one cannot afford Fairfield or Trumbull, I'd live in Monroe before Bridgeport.
During the next recession, crime rates will return to historical levels and when they do Bridgeport will again be a place to avoid. I feel sorry for anyone who is expecting to get rich off a SFH down there.
Just my $0.02.

Hey Ogg do you realize that the trailer park boys are claiming that they are best friends with you?
Casey said
"Updated the main entry with details about the auction tomorrow. See above. Too bad I can’t afford to fly out tomorrow and visit the auction. Would be very educational I think."
Boy can this guy be anymore subtle? I sure do wish I would get a valentine's just one day in my life. I sure do wish I could get laid once before I die, it would feel good I think.
@ Legion
Yeah, that's irritated me a bit from time to time, especially when they claimed that I was spending all my time on the internet flipping caves. Us cavemen know better than to get involved with that kind of thing.
Ogg,
Three magic sticks for your one Mastadon tusk. Deal?
@Ogg
Just trying to leach off your humor I guess. They are about as funny as...well they just aren't.
Sorry about my multiple posts, but I am on vacation, and well..bored heh.
I saw this from the post with the homeless dude

February 9th, 2007 at 8:34 pm OH THIS IS TOOOOO FUNNY! HILARIOUS. DONT YOU JUST LOVE CASEY’S TONE! I can picture Casey actually being pissed about this. Oh this is funny. Sorry Case.
Special Note: Rotten eggs eventually rot.
I really really believe this chick is off her rocker. If you read her previous posts you can almost see her slow descent into madness.
Oh, and MY special note to her: I gave Tim from MBA your number, address, and a carton of scotch. Enjoy!

Your words are music to my ears. From your mouth to GOD’s ears. Casey has always been in my thoughts and prayers. Maybe CashCall will be his ticket to success.
I MEAN SERIOUSLY WTF?!!?!?!
Okay nap time.
Just as long as they leave my city, Austin, alone. We've got enough of those dips in town already...
-Roastbeef
McAllen? Texas? OMG.
I frankly don't understand why Austin didn't bubble over. Great city, urbane, multifaceted, a State Capital, grown beyond its origins. It should have been infested with west and east coast equity locusts but appears immune.
I'm amazed Panama City is ranked #1. They already had a pretty good run up. It's hard to believe that a new airport is going to drive prices 72% higher when 45 miles west is in a free fall.
I suspect that some of the "new" haters are you geniuses posting under new names. Seems like about the time the good posters headed over here, some new talent found it's way to IAFF. Any one want to come clean?
Florida, just due to out of control taxes and insurance alone is not going to appreciate.
Rob,
There are certain areas (Gainesville) that are doing well but those issues are big problems right now.
DP-3 policies have been going up 30-100% + a year since '03. Taxes have been worse on rental properties. Panama City would have to more than double to hit that 72%.
Everyone that got in prior to '04 will be fine.
Man, I'm getting boring. I need to got over to IAFF and drop some F bombs on Casey.
At their site.....

Only a realtor would say “Florida is poised to become again a hotbed of activity. Always will be, who doesn’t want the sunshine and no snow!”
Hey house prices doubled in 3 years. Now that they’ve corrected by going down 10%, they’re going to take off again.
Hey Realtors, say hi to Santa and the Easter bunny for me.

Manchester NH. LOL.
@Legion
I just spent the last five minutes laughing my a$$ off over your YneOne/Flake of the century post with the carton of scotch...
OMG... ::trying to take a normal breath::
That is pure evil. I love it.
@Raging Anus
The Queen City
He bought into the machine baby... I just got my flowers and hell if they aren't stunning. I wonder what else is in the works?
Err thanks for the nipple T heh
Thanks Steph, it's great what lack of sleep and some free time can do for the imagination.

You're welcome. It's the least I can do for all the laughs you bring me.
Panama City aka The Redneck Riveria aka Southern L.A. (Lower Alabama) has undergone a complete transformation the last three years. Gone are all the old mom and pop motels. PCB has been a diamond in the rough for years - just now being discovered. This will be the first new major US airport in twenty years - slated for the first takeoff in 2009.
Property taxes were going thru the roof, however Bay County property appraisers realized that the increase in assessments were more of a detriment to the local economy at this point in time, therefore millage rates were cut this year. Homeowners insurance is a different question. Many of the insurers are pulling out, can't say I blame them. I had the luxury of living in New Orleans immediately after Katrina for 4 months as a relief worker. I just don't understand how the insurance companies can continue to insure the Gulf Coast without either taking a hit on profits (yeah, right) or taking those rates thru the roof. I expect my homeowners insurance to triple this year (home on the water) so it looks like it I will be the one bending over, not the State Farms of the world.
