I have a "hidden agenda" if that's what you are talking about. Doesn't everyone? I've got paying clients interested in blogging about real things like digital flexography or medical services so I'm practicing and making my mistakes here. I'm also interested in real estate investing at the bottom so watching Casey the Canary in the Coal Mine is market research. Then there's the ego stroking an unexpected benefit along with the various other social pluses. I've been clear as long as it remains interesting I'll keep going. Lucky for those who can't or don't want to go past Caseyworld™ there are alternatives should that happen. But who are we kidding? There's dozens of chapters left in this story.

In this blog Casey blogs about defrauding numerous banks and lenders so that he could purchase 8 properties in 4 different states. Casey admits that he lied about his income to obtain these loans, he lied about his intent to reside in the homes and he also obtained well over $100,000 in illegal cash back at closing that was not revealed to his lenders.
Casey also has well over $150,000 in unsecured credit card debt and his houses are depreciating everyday. Despite all of this Casey continues on, without making any payments to his lenders on the homes, without paying property tax on the homes, and without even keeping liability insurance on these vacant homes.
On his blog www.iamfacingforeclosure.com he advertises his business site www.ablebuyer.com and refers to it as his real estate acquisition/investment company. How is a person that is over 2.2 million dollars in debt, with no job and insolvent, allowed to run a real estate business in California? Casey continues to talk of investing in Sacramento and I feel that the citizens should be protedted from such a scammer. It boggles my mind that someone can be this blatant and continue to stay in business and out of jail.
I would ask that your office investigate Mr Serins ongoing business venture and past fraud and act to protect the citizens of Sacramento County. Thank you for your time in reading this letter.

I admit to once having intentions on the Lower Pennisula but softened my northenmost ambitions in deference to you. I actually advocate that California split into 5 states so as to regain national influence. We'd add 8 Senators and about 17 Representatives. Best, 4 of the 5 would theoretically be "in play" for party majorities. That alone is worth the effort. As it is now I've already been approached for money by a former governor of a commonwealth I left 24 years ago. I used to post at IAFF under lots of names. I don't post at all any more, because I want Casey's little purple nuts to shrivel even further. However, I still refresh the page every day or so. Curiousity kills! What's the deal with the posts count, and the posts changing? The post numbers go up, and down, and sometimes when I refresh the page, certain posts will be gone or bear a different number. He must spend the whole day dicking with the damn blog to the exclusion of all else.
